Seriously the worst customer service and staff I have ever dealt with. Came in to return one of two bras I purchased. And they said they couldn’t find the purchase record. I HAD A RECEIPT and it was purchased 4 days ago. They said it looks like I already tried to return the items. I was wearing the other bra that I purchased and even showed them. Absolutely ridiculous.

Super clean and organized

The staff at this location did not allow us to use the fitting rooms. One employee said they need more time to clean the change rooms on busy days so they close the fitting rooms one hour before the store closes. The staff were rude and unprofessional. As a result, we could not purchase the items we wanted. The store was not even busy.

I give this location a 1 star but VANESSA a 5 star. I decided to give VS another chance and Vanessa was the only one who greeted me and helped me. There were 5 associates total on a Tuesday night closing all just mingling. Vanessa did a great job at measuring me correctly compared to other stores. I bought 3 bras and they are perfect. I did ask another associate, (didn't catch her name), about the underwear deal and sizing and she didn't even look at me while talking, no smiling, sounded just about done with her job. Oh, and they don't carry many xl underwear, which is disappointing for bigger bottom girls. Definitely won't be shopping at a VS again. All the best Vanessa, you made my shopping experience ❤️

It’s rare to find a store with so many rude staffs lol they do not want to help at all and many of their attitude is obnoxious. Really uncomfortable shipping here

Extremely unprofessional and uneducated store manager by the name Mima. She was extremely rude towards my wife and we had to leave the store even after spending well over $650 cad. Never visiting this location as long as Mima is still working there.

Learn some respect to your worker! They are really I respectful and rude to costumers, specially when i wan in the fitting room a black chubby girl was so mad and I respectful for no reason and not only to me to everyone:/

the manager at this location is so insanely rude. i purchased 2 bras that was in the 50% off section and one of them was full price at the cash register. I spoke to the manager for a price adjustment and instead of apologising about the store mistake (the bras was stocked at the 50% off section) she proceeded to tell me that i picked up a different item and that i think i should just get 50% off it.

Worst experience. Left waiting for a half hour for an associate to return with the proper size bra. Nothing was wrapped up at the exit it was a 45 minute experience to buy one bra I will never be back

I have to this location several times since the beginning of November /21 and was fortunate to have a lovely lady assist me (Ana) she was so pleasant and welcoming and made me feel good about being In there. On other occasions I found the younger staff to be dismissive and not attentive. Stores like Victoria secret need more inclusive staff that can relate to everyone not just the 20 year olds. Victoria secret has always been a go to place to get everything I want and nothing I need 💖 lol but if there were more staff like the lovely Ana Lady more mature women would feel more welcome in the store. Victoria secret has been around since my 20's and needs staff that can grow with the demographics of the nature staff that still live and enjoy the products there kudos to Ana who helped many times before the Christmas season I really appreciate the encouragement and suggestions

This location doesn’t even deserve 1 star that’s how bad it is. I never write reviews but for this one I had too. To take something off a mannequin does not take 20-30min like your staff told me to wait, I’ve worked in retail and the store wasn’t even busy it was a Thursday at 1pm - I could of removed it myself if I really wanted to but of course I asked for help and got terrible service. Plus you have 0 sizes from L and up in this store - way to make women feel good. Absolute garbage. My sale goes to La Senza any day.

At Victoria secret, the Casher made a mistake by billing me for an item that I exchanged and forgot a magnet tag on another item that I had to go twice after that visit to get everything fixed. Very impatient and unprofessional staff. The other staff on the floor don’t help customers with looking to items unless you go and ask them. All of them are just walking around pretending like working. I had the worst experience ever going there. I’ll definitely avoid going to this location from now on as much as possible.

Ada helps us a lot regarding choosing perfumes she was really friendly and nice welcoming.

The place is spacious for a 50 to 100 people.It is clean andtge kitchen is big.

I wasn't there since pandemic and I was literally shocked. First, the staff was unfriendly. There was just only one lady with blond hair who was friendly people and helped with the carrying items, rest of the workers wandered around without any care.The cashier was with "specific" look, felt like we annoyed her. It was awful. Second, the place by itself is a garbage. So dirty. Everything was in dust. The shelves with perfumes and lotions are disgusting and not presentable. Very disappointing.

I would like to say Begum was one of the greatest help at cash wrap. There were plenty of girls on the floor, however, no one had helped. Begum had managed to help me pick and choose everything I wanted with her personal testimony! She helped me pick out gifts and was very patient with me through it all. She helped me cash out and gave me an amazing experience. Thanks to her!! If you need any help look for Begum at cash 😊 Amazing customer service with a beautiful smile. She made my shopping experience 100/10.

Was there yesterday with our group of 4. Was approached by Melissa for a sizing and fitting. She was absolutely amazing! Very kind and not pushy. Knows her stuff but listens to everyone's needs. Ran around to get different sizes and styles for everyone and we all left happy. Astounding sales associate. Well done Melissa! You made our day!

Arrive at the store at exactly 6:45pm only to find that the staff decided to close and lock up early. This posed a huge inconvenience since I had a long commute to get there and I was specifically going to Vaughan Mills to visit this store. In the end, I wasnt allowed it and returned home empty handed.

The mall just closed literally a minute ago. I go to vs to return something when there was still 7 min left before the store closed. I was denied entry. I was told by the woman that they were at "capacity" at that moment 2 people walked out. And I asked if I could go in now and she said no. I asked why if there was still time and I only had to return something, not shop. She said because thats it, they allowed the last ppl in. I dont agree with her decision especially since I travelled from another city to do this errand. I believe their customer service should be look reviewed.

Good product and excellent help, but I had to stand where all the perfumes were in order to pay.... once I finally found the cash register. It gave me a headache. The synthetic fragrances are neurotoxic. 🤢

Seriously, rude and impolite manager. she did not accept my return just two days after shopping. she called security because I told her that you have forgotten to remove my tag marker. The manager told me that I have wasted her time otherwise her time is for customers. She refused to give me a gift card as well. I had driven a long way for nothing. It was my worst experience ever.

Hi I was in Victoria Secret store at Vaughn mills. I literally put my phone down to look at something Someone in the store stoled my galaxy s10 spoke to the workers working there no one seemed to care. I was told my Virginia Mobil also one of my friend who works at a different location that victoria Secret has cameras that they can look who took it. Such an expensive store and you would not think someone would steal a pho e. Very disappointed and upset with no help from the people or manager.

Everything is pretty but it's the worst store to be buying lingerie! You walk in knowing your size which you had professionally measured. In the dressing room NOTHING fits properly! This company doesn't care if woman get breast cancer, all they want is to sell something they call a bra!! Their items are poor quality for the price!

Store closing at 7pm but I am told fitting rooms are closed an hour before, I can still buy, go to mall's washrooms, try them if I don't like them come back and return. Unbelievable. If there is an option less than a 1 🌟 I would do it.

I’m so sorry for the low rating. I was there around Christmas and the best sales person ever helped me quickly and knew exactly what would work best. I bought so much that day and I love everything. The sales person was well trained, fun and fast. I think her name was Ana (she was a mature seasoned employee). But recently I went back and even though it wasn’t busy the person who helped me didn’t care and barely looked at me. I bought nothing and I needed quite a few things. Oh well too bad.

Nobody helps you at the store and everyone I dealt with clearly don't care about having good customer service. If they did, you'd see less miserable faces.

Shyanne was such a great help and I couldn’t have asked for a better sales rep to assist me. I was doing some Christmas shopping for myself and family members and she was patient because I know absolutely nothing about sizing and styles etc. she laid it all out in quick succession and made it so easy. People like her are why I still trust in retail workers. Can’t wait until I need something else I’m going to see her for sure!

Had the best experience at Pink today. The amazing associate, Israel, who helped me was so patient and knowledgeable about sizing. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience and i will be sure to come back to this location solely because of the above and beyond service I received from Israel.

I would like to commend an employee, Zeira, who was: friendly, accomodating, not patronizing (I was at least 40 years older than her) listened to what I was asking for and made helpful and constructive suggestions. I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from your company on [date]. I visited your store at Vaughan Mills and purchased some products. I then went to grab another item and when I returned, I faced a longer line than before. After waiting for 5 minutes, when my mother was still on the line with me, I decided to tell the cashier that it was not fair to stand twice in line. However, she didn't accept me and told me to go and join my mother on the line. I requested help because I was in a rush but she fought me. After a couple of minutes when it was my mother's turn, she didn't accept to sell the products for us and told us that she was the manager. When I asked her name from herself and other cashier they said they were not allowed to tell me. I had the worst experience of shopping from my favorite brand unfortunately.
