The staff here are really helpful. I think the manager assisted me last time I was in. I ordered a pair of boots since they didn't have my size in-store. However they made sure I tried the closest size first to make sure I liked the feel. I was hesitant because I'm on a budget and they were super patient with me while I decided. Favourite shoe store in the mall for sure.

Disgusting customer service. Charged me twice for the same order. Refused to give me a refund told me I had to wait until the item was shipped to my house twice and then somehow find a day off after being a working single mother to go return the item an hour drive away. I will never shop at this store ever again and I will advise as many ppl as I can to not shop here

Shoutout to Tiffany who helped me and my wife find the best fanny packs for our upcoming trip! She was very welcoming and helpful, and was very patient in assisting us. You guys don't want to lose her as an employee!

The staff here are excellent! I have come in to look for shoes for both myself and my bf and they took the time to show me different styles. This has happened probably 3 times and they always manage to help me find what I am looking for! Very impressed with the customer service here!

I walked in looking for shoes. I was greeted by Quinton ( spelling of name may be off). Right away I was presented with great customer services. He informed me of specials they had. I chose a doc marten boot but was too tight fitting. Quinton suggested another doc marten boot. It fit perfectly. I put them on and walked out with them on my feet after paying. End of story. The service was great and I will definitely shop there for my next pair of shoes ( or boots).

My brother got me a pair of boots as my birthday gift which was similar to a pair of boots I already had. Went back and chose a pair of Chelsea boots that I had my eyes on for awhile but realized we didn't bring the original receipt- only the gift receipt. But Kyle remembered my brother making the purchase earlier in the day and made sure I left the store a happy girl by working his magic. I was able to do an exchange and get my chelsea boots! Totally made my day- thanks Kyle!

The young man at the cash register was amazingly awesome today I only wish I met up with people like this on the daily shopping 🛍 wow thanks for the refund and zero issues getting it thanks for taking the time to deal and fix everything for a fast refund , you truly should be supervisor ☕️

We just went to pick up Birthday Swag but Store Rep said they do not have such policy in a very rude way. Spoiled the day. Never recommend or visit the store again.

The girl that helped me was lovely, although I showed my virtual gift card and the store manager couldn’t put it in the system anywhere. I explained that a friend of mine used it 2 months ago and there should be some left over but he said it wasn’t working. Turns out it was a new POS system they were using and he didn’t know where to add it. Super stressful for no reason. I had to call customer service to place the order and she used the virtual gift card I had. I’m shocked at how a store manager didn’t know how to input my gift card with the new POS.

I really hope I didn’t spell her name wrong (sorry if I did!) but Neera was an absolute GEM!! The best experience I ever had at this location. She was the only one working and it was BUSY yet she greeted every single guest that walked in and still provided the best service. I was set on returning a shoe that didn’t fit- and she totally convinced me to just get a different colour in the right size. Im so happy with my purchase and even in a better mood after engaging with her! 1000/1000 very pleased!

SO I went to this place and I had interaction with the employee named Erica Barrientos. At first when I went I thought of just returning the shoes and go back coz the other employees were not as welcoming. But after she helped me out I changed my mind and instead bough other pair of shoes. Her services were very good and professional and one should definitely visit this store for a number of variety of shoes and comfortable once's within the reasonable price.

I went in to buy a pair of shoes from here and they were very nice and helpful! They took their time to order them online to my house! There was this one girl with very short hair who was really helpful and friendly, wish I would have gotten her name!

Surprised at how great the service was. Store was very crowded which I hate, but I got helped and left the store quickly with new boots. 10/10 shopping experience I guess a few more sitting spots to put the shoes on would be nice but it's a small store

If she begins to assist you in finding the right pair, she'll give you her complete attention. They've also got an extensive range of shoe care products and would give you a demo too. No hassles in returns. No surprise it's always crowded!
