    I loved working out with Joe ,10/10 for sure. I would give more stars if possible! Asks what are you goals & makes sure your form for workouts are perfect so you don't injure yourself. Makes sure you know exactly which workouts help which body parts.The time with him you are sure to have a great workout & target exactly what you want. Very friendly & makes you comfortable with trying these new exercises.

    I met trainer Jo during a challenging time in my life. What I learned was a holistic approach to managing sleep, stress, socials, nutrition and relaxation. Training here is no walk in the park. I highly recommend this place, but only for those who are serious!

    Are you looking to find the best version of yourself? Physically also mentally? It’s not easy but it’s possible. Try one month workout with this coach. He breaks every component of you and builds again. Be the pure of yourself without any worries. I mean any any worries. I’m telling you it’s not easy in the beginning specially when we are living in a materialistic society and bad habits of eating and less activities of modern life but it worth to find a strong beautiful mind and body. By the way for first second night you can’t sleep because of your muscular pain but with this pain you remember whatever you learned in his class . Repeat and repeat in your mind and then you like this pain 😁😁

    Trainer Jo's training is not just for weight loss but a complete lifestyle change. If you follow your protocol very carefully you will meet and exceed your goals. I lost 30lbs in 90days, I exceeded my goal but the most important change i have achieved is my mentality about training. Trainer Jo's training is very effective that it makes you enjoy excercising rather than grudging to push yourself to go to the gym. Trainer Jo keeps everything very simple. Training and Eating is so simple that it sticks. Very easy to follow protocols. I am stronger, happier and more productive now than I started but my training journey is just starting. Lifestyle Change - That's what Trainer Jo teaches :) Highly Recommended!

    My experience with Trainer Jo has been fantastic. He creates a personalized program for each client, which includes workout, diet and lifestyle and then keeps you accountable. Even once he has you on a program, he will tweak and change the program to account for your individual needs. In my first two weeks with Trainer Jo, I lowered my overall bodyfat percentage by 4%.

    I have been training with Trainer Jo for sometime now and I couldn't be happier with the results.     Joe is an extremely knowledgeable health and wellness practitioner, personal trainer, and mentor. His growth mindset approach helped me refocus my priorities and kick start my weight loss journey after a very long period of not caring. Joe demonstrated the right amount of patience and encouragement. After a month of seeing him I feel much more optimistic, energetic and lighter (lost 10 lbs). Highly recommend Joe for anyone who needs a major push. ❤️

    Jo has transformed my life! From day one, I sensed an incredible aura around him. He's a very unique individual with uncanny energy and a lifestyle that's nothing short of inspirational.     I was pleased to find and work with Master Jo since November 2021. I was searching for a coach who knows what he is doing for a long time since I was working out like a pro before and I knew coaches and I was doing coaching myself . HE IS NEXT LEVEL. I confirm , Not only I have lost almost 20 lb of extra weight but also I have increased my momentum ,physically and mentally .If you are committed to help yourself , your life and your family to improve and be more happy and healthy , he is the right person. He is not only a coach and a great friend , but also he is a mentor. He is a scientist and he knows the body like a physician, long story short , he knows stuff. If you were lucky and committed enough to get his instruction and mentorship , then it will be about what you have to think and do to get to a point many times more and gratifying than what you ever imagined.     After years of a typical Bay St. lawyer's lifestyle, it has been amazing to discover Jo. After 1 month lost 15 lbs and significantly improved fitness, through lifestyle change with excellent guidance, training (outdoor workouts are great), and support from Jo. Great return on investment and highly recommended.

    I have just begun my health journey with trainer Jo and have seen an immense amount of improvement not only in my physical activities but also psychologically. Trainer Jo is both a knowledgeable coach, and encouraging mentor. It is evident through his strategic approach and applications. He respects and nurtures the body and soul while also encouraging and inspiring fitness and positive mental health. I am a dancer and to me he is the best of both world the psychological and the physical. The intensive and the nurturing. The humours and the serious. The fundamental and the theoretical. His philosophy for weight loss or weight building, or for that matter health and de-stressing is very unique, and holistic. Thus, he is a teacher of sustainable health and not only does he teach you how to achieve it but along the way he is getting your mindset prepared for maintenance! If you are looking for a knowledgeable teacher of health and life with a no nonsense approach and a beautiful and humorous attitude contact Jo you will not be disappointed. Only suggestion is to listen and focus in his classes or to his instructions. He is a wealth of knowledge and if you miss what he is saying you will miss the whole picture. He speaks simplistically, yet his words are profound and impactful. I personally began this journey a bit skeptical, however, the more I listen to him the better my results become. By the way he has a beautiful and encouraging attitude, you do not need to talk much he can read you through your body language which is again part of his vast intuitive body and mind knowledge.
