    By far the worst Rogers store I have ever been to. The young guy who was working there was great but their manager KEVIN was horrible. He was both belittling to staff and customers alike. No idea how on earth he ever became a manager. I really think the owner of this store should look into his employment. No wonder all the reviews on here are garbage. I Guarantee 80% of them are about him.

    Came in today to grab an eSIM. Simple two step process as I have done it 4-5 times now for both my personal and business side. However, walking into this location, I was told that it would be $12.00 for a simple sim swap because they have to “take it out of inventory” which makes no sense. Going 10-15km down the road to another location, got it in under 3 mins, no cost, no issues. Signed like usual and left. In all honesty, I don’t understand what it would take to prove to them this is not something that should cost me but this location definitely has a problem with overcharging customers for items that should be lower. The level of respect there as well was not amazing.

    Awful experience. Very novice and unfriendly staff. Noticed a few of the staff yelling at a few female customers which was disturbing. Will never come back to this store!

    Every time that I go to this location, had a problem with staffs. They asking me, several questions with no reason. Too much slow, and most of the time, I left that locationwith woth no resolving the issue. I looking for other location after that and less than 2 minutes they resolving my problem. The management for this branch is nothing to have to welcome to clients. If I could give them 0, I will do that for sure.

    I went to this place and had terrible service from them at the very beginning. Very rude people ,, don't want to spend extra minute and explain anything. Felt like they don't want any busines from costumers ( dont deal with David). I try to ask questions and seems like he was getting angry by me as costumer just clarifying my contract. Regret that I didn't go to other place where people more polite and happy to have me as client. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE , YOU WILL REGRET.

    I just want to return some equipments. But the store require you to take off your mask in order to take a photo of you as well as getting your ID before even answering questions. Just go to another Rogers store that is quick and doesn't take a photo of you.

    This place treats its customers as if they might rob the store. The front door is locked. You had to take off your mask, show your face to the security camera and a piece of ID through the door before they even open the door. When I finally entered the store and told them what I need to do, they say they charge $45 for this service (I later went to another store and found out it had to be done over the phone anyways, which means that the store tried to scam me for 45). I would just go to another Rogers store with less hassle.

    Have come here for Rogers Equipment returns as well as Fido activation. Staff is consistently helpful and courteous. Most recently went over Black Friday weekend to return legacy Rogers equipment and found out that they can do Fido activation, which had a good promo going. Luis helped me with the Rogers return then the Fido activation, porting over several lines, he did everything quickly as I had all the info ready. I had to go back next week because one of the lines didn't get the same plan, and he was there and fixed it for me without any hassle. Despite not being the closest store to me, this is the one I would go - It is open on weekends, and the staff knows what they are doing.

    I had a very pleasant experience at Rogers especially services provided by Mr. Terrence. He was very understanding, helpful and gave excellent customer service. Because of his services I will visit the store again.

    I had to upgrade my phone, and hate going into stores to deal with the headache. Erica was the employee who made my process quick and painless. I couldn't have been more pleased with their customer service and how friendly they were. There were a few discounts on my profile which caused some issues for my upgrade however Erica continued to work past it and fought for the discounts with head office. I'm really happy with my new phone and would definitely go back there in the future! I honestly have no complaints.

    Terrance and I have been in regular contact for some time regarding store promotions. He sends me text messages. This past weekend I went to trade in my phone and ran into some issues with the trade in value that required escalation by the store. Terrance was extremely helpful and did a great job of keeping me up to date on the situation and to follow up after my upgrade. I would highly recommend this location.

    I went in to this location, even after seeing all the bad reviews about the customer service. BAD CHOICE! I was walking in with a box that contained my devices that I was returning since I cancelled my service with Rogers. Firstly I couldn't open the door because I had to show my ID before they would let me in. Once I was let in by a rep, she provided no direction or anything as to where I should go. Once I got to the counter and explained I was returning my devices, the rep: OXBT said I needed to take out the modem and contents out of the box. I proceeded to tilt the box as I thought it would make it easier for him to take the pieces out, and he continued to instruct me to take it out myself. No offer to help or anything. Where is the customer service Rogers?!! Throughout the experience, I felt like a criminal and that my presence and service there was an inconvenience to them. I went to return ROGER'S devices that belonged to them, the least you can do is help a customer. The store wasn't even busy. Before I left I made a point to mention to the Rep that their reviews online are not great and it mostly has to to with customer service experiences, and his response was defensive and to put me in the wrong. I will never be going back to that location. If they are rude because they are unhappy with their work life at that location, it is very obvious. I'm disappointed in Rogers all in all now and will not be going back.

    They caused a problem that had me on the phone with a Rogers rep for 3 hours, just to be told they couldn't fix it. EDIT: Another 3 hours and the issue is finally resolved. Shout out to these guys for ruining my weekend.

    worst service ever, not to mention the 7/8 outage. Waited more than 20 minutes to get a chance talking to a staff and told me I have to call the back office??? It’s 2022 now why I still need to call? Never ever considering Rogers anymore

    WORST SERVICE EVER!! DO NOT VISIT THIS TERRIBLE STORE!!! Their manager and staffs have no idea how to do their job at all. The phone was bought 2 weeks ago and not even opened. I decided to return it since my phone still works fine. 3 of them spent 2 hours trying to figure out how to take it back....and still failed. Then I went to the rogers downtown, took them 3 mins to get everything done. IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME, DON'T EVEN GO TO THIS STORE!

    I recently changed my service from Bell to Rogers. I wanted to call out how amazing Lin was in getting me up with an Ignite TV package. He made sure I was able to take advantage of the latest deals and promotions and get what I needed. What I respected was that he was always available for questions even after the sale was done. Definitely recommend Lin and the store.

    Terrible experience. As long as the question and business cancellation, are not clear attitude to reply. I tried to call customer service for a few days and couldn't get through before going to the store. The store still replied that they had no choice but to continue to call customer service, and they were not willing to tell the official website to solve the problem. rogers will not be considered again!
