We drove all the way from Toronto to try these beautiful rainbow vegan burgers. We got there and found out they had no seating. Well ok. It's Covid times. I get it. We would not be deterred. We got our order, drove 10 min to find somewhere to eat indoors on a cool fall night. We bite into our blue, pink and purple burgers and realized there were NO PATTIES in ANY of the burgers. Instead we got colourful buns with a slice of tomato and a piece of lettuce. We called the place and the two young ladies running the place admitted they forgot to put in the patties on each of our burgers. And to this I say, "how do you FORGET to put the pattie on a burger??" We had to drive back another 10 min to get brand new burgers on the house (well.. we didn't pay $13 per for a colourful bun and a piece of tomato..so was it free?) While the burgers were pretty good, I can't in good conscience recommend this place due to the inexperience of the staff. Sorry to say, but It wasn't worth the drive from Toronto.

Went to this place to try their vegan waffle with my friends & it was one of the best waffle I had so far in my life. They made it fresh & berries were also really fresh & sweet. The smell was so amazing that we have to eat on hood of our car. This was my first time with HEAL & I loved it.

Stopped in at HEAL recently to try out their smoothie bowl as I have seen countless people sharing their visits on social media... my first visit did not disappoint. Hearty portion, tasty flavour, and well priced. Will definitely be back to try the other bowls, the waffles, and the coffee. We also tried the orange smoothie and it was super refreshing with the perfect amount of gingery zing. Can’t wait to go back!

Finally!! The vegan brunch I've been longing for. Every bite was 10/10. I can't wait to bring my vegan AND non-vegan friends and family here when the restrictions aren't as tight. Thanks for this yummy treat!

By far the best vegan waffles I've ever had. The quality of food was 10/10, everything was fresh + made with care! The smoothies are delicious as well, and I love the variety of add-in options! Will definitely be telling friends + family about this place, and 100% ordering from them again in the future!

Note: Only plastic, no cash accepted at this location! I liked my strawberry mylkshake a lot! Surprisingly good for a non-milk milkshake product (made with oat milk). It was a little watery for a milkshake, but I think if you go into these places expecting these substitutes to be exactly like their non-vegan counterparts, you're setting yourself up for failure and missing out on the charm of the item itself. The staff are quite friendly and welcoming. The inside is clean and very modern, almost futuristic looking. Curious about their burgers, I'll return to try them out.

I’ve only had the waffles and the açai bowl. I didn’t particularly like the açai bowl, but I LOVE the waffles they’re so good! 10/10 would recommend. I’ve only ordered online and not in store, so I might be wrong, but I wish they had the açai sorbet as its own menu item. I would definitely pay for a whole container it’s amazing!

super overpriced acai bowls. they do taste decent with okay portion but pricing is absurd. don’t get their burgers that look like pretty krabby patty burgers. they will not taste like a krabby patty

Good acai bowls. Wouldn't recommend any burgers that do not have the regular colors. There smoothies are also quite enjoyable.

IThis is the second location I have been to. The first being Hamilton. The food presentation at this location gets a 0 from me and the latte was not good - unfortunately. In addition, the customer service was not even comparable. The girl at front cash asked me my names 3 times (couldn’t grasp info) and wasn’t pleasant. I won’t be returning. Definitely recommended the Hamilton location if you’re in the area!

One of the best smoothie bowls I’ve ever had. It had the perfect amount of toppings in it, and the quantity was just right. I’ve been to smoothie bowl places where they cheap out on toppings, but this place is not like that. The flavours went very well together, I’ll definitely be coming here again. I just wish they had the amount of calories on their menu just to get an idea of what exactly you’re consuming.

Guelph location - I discovered this place a few months ago and I love it. I normally go for the acai smoothie bowl with peanut butter. The price seems high but if you know the average cost of all ingredients, plus the profit margin - the cost makes sense. The portions are always generous and always so good. Makes a good lunch on days that I don't feel like cooking, love!

Been here two times and both times the service and food were very good. The food taste fresh and is made with whole fresh ingredients. I got a regular Acai bowl and a Dragon bowl. Both were amazing and fresh. Highly recommend this place. Especially for a hangover. Lol

Service was a little slow since there was only one girl on deck, but such beautiful and delicious acai bowls/ smoothies! Im very impressed by the quality and portion sizes! One recommendation would be having an "OPEN" sighs as the store don't feel inviting from the outside, it almost looks closed until you walk in!! Maybe some lights on the outside or even a Lit sign would def help bring in more customers like myself! I will be returning, 10/10 quality!

HEAL has absolutely blown my mind. Not only did I enjoy every drop of the Dragon bowl, I find myself craving one non stop. I am an intermittent faster, one bowl kept me going for 8 hours full! I didn't reach for any of the extra snacks or meals I normally would. These bowls are pure fuel. I also have Celiac and other dietary restrictions. I have never been somewhere that I didn't feel even a little sick after, thanks to heal I only felt better and woke up the next day without stomach issues! Also they use such fresh ingredients!

Always a treat coming here. I love what they have to offer, like dessert but healthier! Price is a little high but I don’t mind because what they serve always meets the expectation. The consistent quality keeps me coming back. My only complaint (not their fault at all) is it is a nightmare to find parking mid day.

Ordered 4 açaí bowls ahead of time and paid for them all. When I got there 20 minutes later, the worker argued that I never placed an order and that nothing was paid for. I was on my break and didn’t have much time to waste and when I was ready to show my confirmation then she said oh ye it’s here let me do it now and had to be late for work.

I just ordered uber eats from this location for the very first time and I am not disappointed i got the dragon fruit acai bowl and asked for them to remove some items and they did without a problem . This bowl is made absolutely beautifully with fresh fruit. Everything is delicious and I'm sooooo pleased with how fresh every ingredient is! I recommend 100%

Brought my family to HEAL and we had a great experience. Tried the burger, a few smoothies and their fries! All delicious! Even my 8 year old daughter loved the burger and she devoured the fries. Would highly recommend!
