Absolutely rubbish. Ordered off Just Eat, driver went in a 5 mile detour of Oldham first, when I asked him why he said Just Eat now do multiple drops in one go, I asked him would the food be hot he said "probably not love" Just Eat couldn't care less, issue a measly 20% account credit for inedible food. Half the Cappuccino was missing and clearly an idiot has packed the food. Avoid if its the last place open on earth.

I ordered today and what a disappointment. No Big Mac but I get awful chips with no taste and a chocolate milkshake that was vanilla so that was wrong. I ordered a cheese burger with no pickles for my son which he’s allergic to so he couldn’t eat it. The hot chocolate tasted of dish water. I tried ringing and they must of turned the phone off. I’m fuming. You should be closed down or teach your staff how to sort orders out and give the correct orders. Disgusting place I certainly wont be going here again £30 for an order. They don’t care they just take your money

Absolute incompetent staffing. Ordered food and didn’t receive anything near what I had ordered. This happens time and time again. Spoke to the assistant manager who was an absolute joke. Response of: not my issue. Well yes, get a grip of your staff who clearly are too incompetent to put together a meal that they read off of a screen. Managements attitude is appalling.

Staff on the early shift (6am) just seem to linger about taking forever to answer at the drive thru, had to wait 5 min for someone to take payment and then another 5min to get breakfast after being offered someone else's order at the hatch! This needs addressing as service at other times is alot better

Title: Extremely Poor Service and Subpar Food Quality Review: I recently visited the McDonald's located off Huddersfield Road in Oldham and my experience was extremely disappointing. Upon using the drive-through, I was made to wait in a disabled bay for a staggering 20 minutes, which is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, when my order finally arrived, the food was disappointingly cold. It is extremely frustrating to wait for such a long time only to receive subpar quality food. The lack of attention to detail and poor customer service left a sour taste in my mouth. Overall, my visit to this McDonald's was a complete letdown. The extended waiting time and the delivery of cold food suggest a severe lack of efficiency and disregard for customer satisfaction. I would strongly advise against visiting this particular location if you value timely service and food that meets basic quality standards.

Food was fine, usual McDonald's food and drink. However, service was abysmal and this was just the drive-thru! Had to wait at the ordering station, background noise was so loud - the employee couldn't hear my order, had to repeat it 3 times. They clearly got the order wrong of the vehicle in front, which obviously caused a delay. I could see my order through the glass but had to wait for the other customer's order which meant my order was going cold. I don't use McDonald's that often but if and when I do - I will not be using this one!!

The quality of their food here is going downhill. The drive is not busy but often they give me the wrong breakfast butty. And their cappuccino is severely lacking. Flavour, heat and it was not fill when I took the top off. I have better McDonald's experiences than this at other sites.

Food is always good but the service is so slow with drive thru and just eat taking priority over dining in customers. It is almost impossible to get served at the tills because no staff are around them anymore, you're just expected to use self serve. The staff are also very rude and just talk between themselves ignoring customers. There seems to be a few working hard in the back and just a group at the front all gossiping and it's always the same ones. Also the lady with short hair who wears the shirt and walks around the restaurant is always complaining about something, if its not the customers, the just eat drivers or even her own staff... she usually sits outside on the tables for eating smoking for 20 minutes, then goes inside, has a whine about something for 5 minute before going back outside for another 20 minute smoke break, really ruins the atmosphere of the place. Food also take AGES to come, I even waited 15 mins for a hot chocolate the other week. So yeah the food has always been fine, but the service has to be the worst from the McDonalds in and around Oldham.

M and many of the McDonald for some reason have a problem with ice cream machine. 🙁 I have came here several times in a row and the ice cream machine is out of order for some reason. I asked the staff and they say we don't know why it's off. 🙁 This has happened to me 5 days in a row so I am pulling a tantrum online and writing a negative review to warn ⚠️ others. Please McDonald sort the ice 🧊 machine out. I want my Mcfurry. #MakeMcdonaldGreatAgain.

Nipped in for a 4am bite to eat after dropping some friends at the airport. The staff were polite and the food was great. Everything was fresh and hot and so nice.

staff are nice but every time i come the service is slower and slower, i order through the app which is suppose to be faster, each time i get asked to wait in a bay and it takes 20+ minuets, and people who order after me are getting their food before me

Slow to process order. when the food did come out there were items missing and all good was cold. Bought two kids happy meals to find one had less than 10 fries in its bag. Not a very happy meal. Without doubt this is one to avoid.

Absolutely disgraceful drive through Sat in lane 2 while 5 cars went through lane If you cant run 2 lanes cone one off its not hard God knows how many staff inside but all getting in each others way and that was just an observation while waiting to complain about the drive through. Just many people just willing to put up with very poor service

Only left 1 star review as I couldn't leave zero stars. 20 minute wait for cold coffee, tasteless cheese bites and a sorry burger which I thought of giving to one of the local homeless people but felt like that would be a bit cruel to them. Utter rubbish in every aspect.

One order never turned up . I ordered again a few days later no food turned up just drinks . Shocking. Never again will I order from here .
