I have been to this dentist as an emergency twice now and I can hands down say that it is the worst dentist I have ever been to. The first time I was fobbed off as I didn't want my tooth out and they was going to refer me for a route canal. Which obviously I never heard anything back from. The dentist didn't listen, had no empathy whatsoever. They wrote me a prescription as I had an infection and wrote the wrong address and dob on. I was in tears yesterday with how awful it was. The ladies on reception are lovely though oh and the dental nurse.

Had an emergency appointment booked with them, very happy. Dentist was professional, knowledgeable and took time to explain options and what she was doing. Would have them as my dentist if I could 9

I do not make a habit of visiting a dentist, but these guys were amazing, went for an emergency appointment, and was whisked in a diagnosis was quickly achieved and a treatment plan put in place. And the staff are super friendly and made a very nervous visit easy. The dentist even made allowances for me as I forgot to put both my hearing aids in.

Totally appalling service. I was a patient of this dentist group at the Salford Clinic and the decision made to close the practice and strike EVERY one of the NHS patients off WITHOUT telling ANY of us. Now we have no dental care!... I only found out by physically going to the practice to find out why they wouldn't answer the phone or reply to my emails! Very very bad service from this group. I am extremely unhappy. Any decent practice would notify their clients in advance or try to arrange alternative care with another practice. Disgraceful!

First time here as an emergency appointment. To say I was terrified would be putting it mildly. Haven't seen a dentist in years. However a huge thank you to everyone I saw. Receptionists were so understanding and looked after me, the dentist and nurse didn't pressure me in anyway and explained everything. I really appreciated everything they did for me.

Very poor services for General Dental Practicioner and very rude assistant (lady what server's me (shout more bad suggestions why I can't got treatment and sugestion I need go look anywhere to another dentist also private )more no equality and discrimination. I can't recommend.I am disabled person still waiting for operation and coming to emergency as all NHS dont want registered me till April and May.Front desk reception lady is lovely 😍.

A big thank you to the team at Ravat &Ray Dental Care.Over the last two weeks I have been in a lot of pain with my teeth and I'm not very good at going for treatment. I'm very grateful that my mouth and teeth fell much better. I will recommend anyone who is in need of dental work.

I visited there with my 8months old baby. I asked my dentist for privacy while she was cleaning my teeth because at the same time I am nursing my baby and she had a male nurse with him. She did above and beyond to support me. I really appreciate it. Thank you.

As always - Excellent service. Dr Nasir is brilliant and genuinely cares for her patients oral health. Super lucky to have her as our dentist.
