I just had a great Pita Shawarma, fresh and tasty !!! Can't believe everything works so good at the second day :)

Okay, after the 2nd try, never coming here again. Shame because my office is right accross the street and I was excited. The first time I paid $30 for a few chicken thighs and salad. This time I ordered the wings and they were miniature in size. When the woman gave me the little box, I couldn’t believe it. The food is okay but expensive and not worth it in my opinion. I’m an easy going guy but I feel like I’ve been ripped off twice at this point.

Fantastic! The food is delicious. Plenty of Vegan options too! The service was great. Super friendly atmosphere. Easy parking across the street. We will definitely be back again and again.

Our first visit has us looking forward to every future visit! The food and hospitality was fantastic! We ordered the falafel hummus and shakshuka hummus. Everything was full of amazing flavors. Definitely the best falafel we both have had the pleasure of eating! The shakshuka eggs were cook perfectly! So so so happy we ventured out of our comfort zone to this incredible spot 🙌🙌

Came for lunch erev shabbos Upon entering I am very impressed with the comfy atmosphere (booths and tables), overall cleanliness and freindliness of the staff. The food came out fast, was deliscious and reasonably priced! What more could one want?! We are blessed to have this resteraunt providing Kosher meals to the Tampa bay area.

Dope little stop in downtown tampa. The food was fresh, service was fast and friendly, tons of vegan options as well. I got the fried chicken well done and they did not disappoint

Everything was sooooo flavorful the salads are so impactful. The pita was warm and soft, and the chicken was very delicious. The rice and beans were exactly what they were supposed to be. Definetly coming back to this place when I'm in town. Thank you guys for a delicious meal.

Yum! Fantastic shawarma and other middle eastern favorites. Very friendly staff and great selection. They even have a small market with dry/canned goods and frozen foods.

Sabich(hard boiled egg w fried eggplant and tahini) pita with the best chips(fries) with garlic sauce and amba(mango sauce) . Authentic kosher food reminds me of the holy land . Yala !

We have been to Grill Express many times and the food is always fresh, perfectly flavored, and portion sizes are quite generous. The store is centrally located, clean, spacious, and welcoming. Owners and staff are always friendly, helpful and attentive to their customers needs. We love the variety of menu options to accommodate any occasion from a quick lunch on the go to an elaborate special occasion dinner. Highly recommend and will certainly be back!

The food is absolutely delicious! We ate the shawarma, falafel and hummus and everything was really great! Recommended to those who want to try real Israeli food.

Amazing food! My first time experiencing middle eastern food like this and it was better than I could have expected! I love a good bowl and the guys at the shop helped me pick out the perfect flavor combo with all of their fresh ingredients to choose from. The Shawarma was delicious and they even managed to make eggplants taste good! And the workers were so kind and genuine. Thanks for opening up my world and letting me experience your food.

I went to Grill Express and was part of a group of 30 women on Sunday and Monday 2/12 & 2/13 evening! The staff went out of their way to accommodate us and quickly put tables and chairs together so we could sit comfortably, despite that reservations are not made on Sundays, as it's a busy night! The food was super awesome, fresh, and tasty!!!! The restaurant is fast-food counter service, everything made fesh, immaculately clean, and family/kid friendly!!! It was a great experience, and I highly recommend it!!! 👌🏻

Flavor of Israel right here in Tampa FL! I’m so thrilled this place opened. Falafel just like in Israel, Kabab & Shawarma are out of this world!! Hummus mushroom was So delicious.The Place was very clean and the service was great. Definitely will be back there!

Amazing service and friendly atmosphere, and by far the best middle eastern food in all of Tampa. The owners and restaurant staff are so welcoming and give exceptional service to customers. I’ve eaten many times at Grill Express and each time fall in love with each item on the menu. I highly recommend eating here.

Before moving to Tampa I lived in NYC. There was no shortage of good falafel there. Tampa has some places that make falafel and they all are terrible. FINALLY! A truly delicious fresh pita packed with crunchy chickpea balls! And then all the toppings. I’ve eaten here at least 4 times now and each time it’s different but always delish!!! This place is great!

Wonderful place to eat in Tampa. Really a gem! To have a kosher restaurant that is not only really really delicious with a diverse menu, but with such wonderful service and nice people, makes us want to go back again and again...

Don’t bother going there totally overrated our food was cold ,service was slow the grill chicken sandwich was cold and paper thin (tasteless )served with fried 5 min later the tacos were also cold .

Been there now two nights in a row. Food is extremely fresh and tasty. Probably the best falafel I’ve ever had outside of the Middle East. Service was friendly and the people were really helpful.

We waited for so long for a good kosher place that serve Shawarma and falafel, and all the great stuff that we used to eat in Israel, when you go to the restaurant you feel like home the staff excepting you with a big smile. The food is so tasty. They have a nice little place and I do recommend to try it I promise you you’re gonna fall in love in the food, and in the place itself, thank you for opening. Keep on doing the best food ever.

Food is fresh, good taste. Service is substandard, the cashier isn’t friendly at all. They expect you to tip at least 15% when they don’t even serve you at the table. In fact, their beverage choice is limited and they don’t even offer glasses or cups. Prices are ridiculously high. I paid about the same amount at a proper restaurant within the downtown area. I do not recommend it.

Food was very good. Big portions. Minus one star because of a few flies, however I will say that the air blowing at the front door is a great idea, and cuts down on the flies alot. Opening and closing the door often , so this is a great tool they have for the front door. Also helps to keep the ac inside. Not sure if they have this on the back door, but i hope they do, it would help. Service was fast and staff friendly. Careful on parking in the big lot across the street, not sure the payment there. Restaurant itself was good.

I had a wonderful experience at Grill Express as they truly bring the flavors of Israel to the US! The restaurant itself was fantastic, and the food was absolutely delicious. Additionally, the customer service was top-notch, making my visit all the more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this restaurant!

I had the schnitzel with French fries and corn salad. The only thing I enjoyed was the fries. It was even hard to enjoy that because of the gnats flying around. I felt like all eyes were on me which wasn’t a good feeling. I don’t really recommend. Also it was OVERPRICED. For 1 person I paid $37.46. Like I said the food wasn’t that great.
