An average stay on the whole, hiccups to begin with and throughout but resolved. The first "deluxe double room" was clean enough until we noticed a dead roach in the kitchen cupboards!! Immediate room change requested. Unfortunately we had to downgrade for an available room but the management offered a refund for that. The other room we reserved had dirty sheets on arrival (blood, urine, mud, sweat and hairs) but due to no maid available, we had to change the sheets ourselves. This happened again the next day when the sheets were changed despite us asking for the maids to NOT enter our room and we'd get fresh towels from downstairs. Also in this room the ironing board and iron were soaked, all over the plug too. The towels were horrendous, they were tiny and what you'd wash and dry a car with! The "grab bag" breakfast isn't as bad as what people make out - water, doughnuts, fruit pot and cereal bar... Yes it isn't as good as fresh hot breakfast but a sensible option and not too bad! The location of the hotel is excellent for Memphis (25 mins from downtown) and also the area of Olive Branch was lovely too. The staff are lovely (apart from the lady on arrival who said the roach and sheets issue wasn't their issue!).

Second time that we stayed at this hotel, and it was another positive experience. The front desk staff are some of the nicest people (especially Roy), and the beds/pillows are very comfortable. The towels are not the best (thin and scruffy), but still a pleasant stay.

Room was decent, bathroom needed base line attention🫤 Sticky floors, hair in the bathtub🤢and counter not cleaned as you would think it would be. And a mysterious stain at the front door. No coffee(other than what is in the room👎🏻 or breakfast, bagged to go breakfast in the lobby….. Cleaning staff gals were friendly as can be though😁

The stay was great!!! The only thing I had a problem with was house keeping. so this lady come by with the clipboard as we heading out never cleaned the room nor brought extra towels so when we got back room still wasn't cleaned and no clean towels I called for extra towels that I requested earlier that I had to go down stairs to get myself. I will stay again I'll just get extra towels at check in

Ok, my room was very clean and the beds were comfortable BUT, the towels are like carwash towels and I'm on day 2 out of 5 and I've seen 4 roaches so far. I pray to God that I don't take any home in my luggage!!! 🙏🏽

The only let down was the reception. Not real greeting and seemed like an effort to deal with us. Room was clean and comfortable altho some of the towels seemed dirty and there was a dirty face cloth just left on the floor in the room for some unknown reason. It's a place to lay your head and use as a base that's all.

Super clean, very quiet newer hotel. Rooms are very nicely appointed, especially for the price. Multiple food choices in walking distance. Water pressure in the shower was excellent.
