We walked in with my wife’s service dog. Service dogs are allowed ANYWHERE their handler is allowed BY LAW! The only two questions an establishment is allowed to ask are… 1. Is that a service dog? 2. What service does the dog perform? The hostess asked us for the dog’s I.D. There is no such thing legally speaking. She said her manager required her to ask. So I politely began to explain the above questions and she told me to calm down. I then chose to leave. The American Disabilities Act of 1990 has been in force for 32 years and there are still idiotic places like this that have no idea how to deal with the disabled. Happily I’m only a visitor and won’t have to deal with them ever again. But I feel bad for the local crowd who may have a service dog.

We walked over from our hotel, and were grateful to be seated close to closing time. Our server was very friendly. Food was good. I would return again!

The food was fantastic. The flavors and amount were perfect. The service was severely lacking. Huge communication issue with the waitress. She forgot items, placed the order incorrectly, and brought us the wrong check. The atmosphere was overshadowed by extremely loud music. Again the food was great.

First let me start with we really enjoy Mexican and have our favorite places. We also enjoy trying new Mexican places. We came here for happy hour and were very disappointed. The margaritas tasted awful and we could not drink them. At this point we decided we would not order food and move on to a place we like. This was suppose to be happy hour and our bill was higher than any other place we have gone. As you can probably guess we will not be returning here.

I think most everyone in the family has been here after fifteen years of us coming to this restaurant. I can’t think of a time we didn’t have a good experience. Their food has always been consistent. The service seems the same every time.

This place is always hit or miss for us! Maybe we got a little too spoiled by the location on Highway 64 in Bartlett. The food here isn’t the greatest. It’s pretty hard to get tacos wrong but on our last visit they had a very weird taste. The waiter went missing and we had to get someone to find him. They forgot to bring my sons nachos & when they did arrive they looked like soup. My enchiladas were pretty trash compared to the other location & other restaurant authentic restaurants I’ve visited. The one good thing was the rice and salsa! They both were actually pretty delicious. My daughters shrimp nachos were nothing to write home about and my husbands steak and shrimp were just “ok” according to him. I’ve given this place several chances but that will be our last visit for sure. Edited Review: The last few times we have come here the food has been much better! More flavor better service. However the place is just a bit too packed for me. But all in all it’s definitely improved.

Great Mexican restaurant! Food was excellent! Would recommend to anyone. Service was good and food came out very quick. Great atmosphere. You can sit at the bar, can accommodate large groups, great place for family or a good time out with friends. Rest room was clean as well. The chairs were comfortable. Be a great place to go catch a game.

The restaurant has real potential and my burrito was good; however, everything was overshadowed by what may be the worst salsa and chips I've ever had at a Mexican restaurant. It was atrocious! Seriously consider upgrading!!! The indoor area was also so noisy we couldn't hear ourselves.

The guy who answered the phone was arrogant and my order looked horrible. Will not spend my money here again

Great food and amazing price point. Customer service is lacking greatly bc food runners wont speak English and can cause hassle if you have specific needs outside menu or to modify food. Kid friendly and amazing price point. Would recommend it

The salsa had good taste. The banana frozen margarita was delightful. I ordered the chipotle ahrimp with rice and beans. The food was plentiful. I would probably try it over pasta, but it just seemed wrong not to get the rice and beans at a Mexican restaurant. The staff was nice. Some places will allow you to switch drinks if you don't like it, but not here. So be sure you're okay with whatever alcoholic drink you order. We got served right away, but we were there like 45 min before closing in the pouring rain. Upon closing, the staff were doing a thorough cleaning, which is a plus. I would go back here.

This place always has good service. Even on Cinco de Mayo I had fast good service and it was packed.

TL;DR: Massive margaritas, a diverse menu, and excellent service. A short stagger from the Home2 by Hilton, this Mexican restaurant is worth a visit and doubly so if you're staying within walking distance. The service was amazing. We ordered waters to start, but as soon as we were ready to order margaritas, our server was right there. And it felt like no sooner had he left than the food arrived. I originally ordered a delicious sounding Jalapeño and Cucumber Margarita, but when they were out of jalapeño liquor, the server suggested what was already my second choice : Rum Tropical Margarita. It was amazing. My wife ordered a "Monster" frozen bannana margarita that lived up to the name. It was easily 5 times larger than mine. Not a fan of banana myself, but she loved it. For the main course I ordered the Quesabirria. A quesadilla made with birria and served with the delicious broth for dipping. I don't know if I could have ordered anything better. My wife had the P-10 (chicken cheese and rice). This was fairly typical but tasted up to par. The menu overall was quite varied with traditional and more experimental dishes. My daughter came here for a soccer tournament and I could easily see us eating here again next time we are in the area.

Olive Branch Mississippi is not a place I ever thought I’d want to frequent! However the food here is simply amazing to say the least. This restaurant could be placed in my home town of Atlanta and succeed. My trips to Mississippi are brightened by the rewards of eating at your establishment every trip! Thank you for the authenticity of the food as well as the cleanliness of your establishment! If I could give you 100 stars I would! You guys made my wife smile! Thanks again Billy Bennett

Great food and great service. Just moved back from Illinois and this is my new favorite restaurant. The chips are perfectly cooked and authentically thin as they should be.

Went with family first time at this restaurant the waitress got order wrong and tried to blame me. She left and didn’t come back to the table at all. Told me I would have to wait almost 50 minutes to receive A new order if I wanted to wait very antsy as if she had to wait on a bigger party, very disappointed, most definitely would not go back again.

Wide selection of food to try. The chef's potatoes were very good if you decide to have a break from traditional beans or rice. The fried tamale is something unique and definitely worth trying. The chips unfortunately filled me up before I could try much more. Fortunately for me the chips were fresh and handmade so I could gladly eat them. Burritos are a bit small so be sure to get more than just one (according to husband. The kids menu was so of the best ever (I may have finished leftovers from my littles).

This place is better than many other places in the area. The tortillas are bland and the chips thin. They do an adequate job with their enchiladas, but the spinach is overcooked. Nothing is terrible, but they have too many choices to focus on being great on fewer things.

Not sure what people like here. Food was bland, hardly any spice at all. The salsa looked and tasted like they opened a can of diced tomatoes and put it in a bowl. Most salsa has some amount of peppers, onion. Cilantro but not here. Enchiladas, beef had no taste. Spinach tasted odd, cheese taste like a process cheese, vhicken was ok. The sauce on top was watered down. I've had better a Taco Bell. In Texas we have more mexican restaurants than I can count and 90 % of them would be better. Just wish I could give you a

Classic American Mexican food with a little bit of authenticity thrown in for good measure. The Guac was plain but fine. The potato enchilada was very tasty. Rice and beans were as you’d expect from a large place like this: plain and with little flavor but good texture.

Staying next door at The Hampton Inn and Mexican food sounded yummy. Walked across the street to eat here and was instantly disappointed when food arrived. Ordered the Chimichanga and the serving size was so small I finished my meal before my husband...that never happens! The Spinach dip had so much Spinach in it we couldn't hardly get any cheese. Was not worth the $$

It was amazing!! The interior design was fantastic. The waiter at my table was kind and attentive. The food was perfect. I'm traveling right now but I wish this place was in my hometown.

I did not like the service here. The waiter was nice but it wasn't so clean in there, our table smelled funny and the food took forever to come. Once we got the food they forgot put forks so we then had to wait about 5 min for those just to get a plastic fork with no napkins. We also had to fan flies away while we ate which was horrible! When we where ready to leave the waiter took forever to come back we sat there for 30 min waiting on him. After we paid we had to wait another 20 min for him to bring put change which he didn't bring the correct amount nor did he write out the tickets right. There wasn't many people there at the time so I don't understand what took so long, I'm definitely not going back.

Excellent FRESH chips. Passable salsa. Avocado dip very fresh, cheese dip okay. Margaritas is ample and tasty - a good deal. I had the shrimp and T-bone, both of which were very good. My wife had the Pollo Adobe, which she liked. Service was excellent.
