I have now officially given up on little Caesar’s pizza they have one job and can’t even do it. Their pizza isn’t even worth $5. I will not be a returning customer. It looks like someone scooped out the cheese on 2 slices and most of the pizza has big air pockets and hardly any cheese.

This location would be a good place to put a pizza joint. You can go in 10 minutes before noon (lunch time), and they won't have a single pizza or bread stick ready. The clerk will tell you it's in the oven and take your payment, then go to the back and start making your pizza. What happened to Hot & Ready? It may be hot, but they sure aren't READY. I figured I'd be smart and order online with a pick up time 30 minutes later. I show up exactly 30 minutes later and they haven't even started making it yet! I guess online ordering doesn't help. And apparently, the two people working there favorite word is m'fer, because that is all you hear coming from the back. Never again.

This is absolutely the worst Little Caesars in the DeSoto area. Recently I placed an online order and I got the normal notification that my pizzas were ready. So I go in and they said it’s not ready. I was confused so I asked how am I supposed to know if it’s ready if I already received a notification? The young lady behind the counter said “well we don’t control those notifications but check back in 3 minutes.” I said ok…but she then said “but you can’t wait in here due to Covid restrictions. You’ll have to go outside.” Now I was really confused. I asked what Covid restrictions? Mississippi doesn’t have any restrictions. And then of course another young lady that worked there who was just hanging out to the side behind the counter decided to chime in with attitude saying something to the affect that’s just the way it is. All the while all employees working were NOT wearing masks. I guess management is real concerned for their welfare. LOL! Needless to say I came in and out a few times, each time being told it’s not ready. I finally received the pizzas 25 minutes after they were supposed to be ready. I’m never ordering from this location again. I’ll drive to the location in Senatobia!

I went to pick up an order for door dash and I waited 35 minutes. After waiting 12 minutes I asked the lady when will my door dash order be ready and she said that they were waiting on crazy bread. We’ll they had just given a lady who came in after me and ordered her food when she got there some crazy bread. Then I asked again 10 minutes later and she said the crazy bread was coming out of the oven. Then she yawned and stretched and walked to the back and the only time I saw her after that was her looking at me from the back. I will NEVER go there again. By the time I had left there was probably 12 people standing around in there wondering where anyone was. The pizza was cold and soggy by that time. The pizza boxes were literally damp.

The pizza was a little cold. Bread sticks was raw. I don't know what's going on but this like 2nd time I got the bread sticks and it's raw and pizza not as good back in the days. The place is running down

Ordered food online (1 pizza and 3 crazy breads)... supposed to be ready at 7:24pm. Got to the store at 7:30 and saw a huge mass of people outside the store. Nothing in the portal, nothing hot and ready. We waited until 9pm for our 1 pizza and bread. Pizza was wrong and they shorted me a stuffed crazy bread. At that point, we weren't waiting any longer. The service was terrible and the management needs attention, desperately. We'll never order online from this location again. I would've rather gone to Taco Bell. Get it together, guys.

When I walked in, my first thought was that this place was small and dirty. I looked at the counter, and no one was behind it. When someone finally came, she clearly had no interest in wanting to take my order. I asked for two pretzel stuffed crust pizzas and crazy bread. When I was done paying, she told me to wait about 15 minutes, I gave her 20 before returning. When I came back there was a different worker there and she said 5 more minutes so I thought "hey I can chill in here for 5 mins, I'm no rush" and then the first lady comes back our and tells me there is 10 minutes on pizza and that I'm not allowed to be inside. Once I finally got my food, they gave me the wrong crush and covered both pizzas in salt. No matter how much you try to wipe off, it's impossible to eat a whole slice. Absolutely worst server and food I have ever had from Little Caesars.

Ordered online, including a drink. Arrived to an empty drink cooler. Waited 5 minutes for someone to finish counting nickels to hand me the marinara I also already paid for. This photo is the ‘deep dish’ that they gave me. The ‘extra most bestest’ I ordered was mostly bread with a bit of cheese in the center and literally 10 pepperonis. I asked for a refund and was told to call corporate.

Honestly, I think I’m being generous with this review as I know it’s fast food. However every time I call in an order not only do I have to wait at least 15 min to either find my order or they haven’t even started it and on the off occasion it is ready it’s incorrect. Whomever the girl was that took my order I had to repeat 3x, she sounded like she had food in her mouth. When i got to location she argued with me as to what i ordered. When I went to pick up it was wrong. So as I continued to wait again the image below is what I got. Whomever the owner is of this place needs to have these people retrained or start from scratch with their staff.

Apparently can't wait in line for pizza, you have to wait outside in the heat. If you come in you get yelled at by someone in the back to get out until the waiter can answer you. And don't get any type of special pizza, because you get the same default pizza but still pay more.

Would never go back, customer service is the worst I have ever seen in my life.

This place was a joke. Cashier was on a personal call the whole time. Rude. Manager had a smart mouth. One lost customer.

Was very busy and had a line out the door but still friendly and fast service as well as good hot pizza and breadsticks

I called in 5 simple pizzas at 8AM for pickup at 6:45 pm. Paid by card. I arrived a bit early, but they were not ready- or even started. I watched walk-in after walk-in come in, order, get it and leave while I waited SIXTY-EIGHT MINUTES. An hour wait for 5 pizzas. Never again.

On April 30th @ about 5pm I had the worst customer service at this location. The person that was working the counter was down right rude. I came in asking for the Free Crazy Combo with pizza purchase. They told me I had to order thru the app they couldn't enter the coupon code. Then they walked away. I downloaded the app and was trying to place my order and the app kept deleting my order and my coupon. So I asked for help and told him the app was acting up. He basically ignored me. Then he told me to leave the lobby and work on it in the car. No help at all. Because of this service I will never walk into this establishment again!

We came in about 30 minutes before closing and they were out of Hot and Ready pizzas but the staff made our order fresh. Thank you and sorry for the late visit!

I placed an order online for a crazy bread, a thin crust and an extra most bestest, expecting fresh pizza. Boy, I was wrong. The thin crust was cold and limp. It was disgusting. The extra most bestest had the normal amount of topping as a regular pizza. The crazy bread were very small bread sticks with no flavor. It was the absolute worst food I've ever gotten there. I couldn't even eat it. I tossed my plate and made ramen. The rest of the family ate it but told me to never go back. Frozen pizza tastes better. Sorry LC but that experience was bad.

I called to order a pizza at 9:25 and they informed me that they don't take orders after 8 I never heard of that when they close at ten but it hurts the business and the employees dont care she was very rude about it also so I called Riverdale location the was more than glad to take my order I guess they was trained properly and not act like they own the place I eat little Caesars all the time but not olive branch store no more you need training young lady ..

I see the reviews and wish I would have looked here before going. My fiance walked in to order a pizza, cheese sticks, and a dessert. He was told he had to download an app. They don't take walk-ins. Do what now?! Their freaking motto is."HOT AND READY." I probably would have walked out, but he knows I'm craving their breadsticks and just went with it. 40 minutes later he is still waiting for food he paid for...what are ya'll doing over here? We will not be back. Ever.

Worst Little Caesars location. My pizza was so underbaked, the cheese was still separated . It was old on top of that ! My friend was with me and the pizza she ordered was hard as rock . The only consistency in the pizzas, is that they’re all horrible . I’ve have multiple bad experiences at this location.They aren’t improving . I love Little Caesars, just not this one !
