My stars are going for Jhansi Mitra, she is great,I met her at time in my life where I was very afraid of the results of the therapy.She was very professional and very patient, very dedicated to me and my recovery, working with me, understanding my work schedule, dedicating her professionalism and human warmth.she is very sweet and positive, all that helped me recover. Emphaty is something that is lost with time, routine and environment.but she show me a lot emphaty no only with me but with other patients and her coworker.Thank you Jhansi

The care provided by Jhansi was exceptional. She is caring, kind, and professional. The facility is a bit old and crowded. The front desk people are responsive and good. The important part of physical therapy is the care and professional skill of the provider. Jhansi is as good as a therapist gets. Exceptional!

I give Stephanie Richter, Physical Therapist, and SSM Health Physical Therapy (Olivette) a 5 Star rating for going above and beyond what is expected. I’ve been to 3 different Physical Therapy programs in the last 4 years and Stephanie Richter is the best I’ve had. She graciously works with you until you have completed your exercises, regardless of how long you take. It’s about success and not time. The first day I walked in was a pleasant experience beginning with the receptionist. Once I met my therapist I was immediately put at ease. While I realize that there will be pain associated with my therapy, Jhansi explained what has happened and what we both need to do get me back to Full range of motion and I appreciate her honesty and genuine care.

Stephanie is an excellent physical therapist. She gives great instruction and even does some of the exercises with me! She is friendly, chatty, and puts me at ease. She really helped me build strength and stability! The other staff are extremely friendly and remember me from visit to visit. Everyone is super helpful and has a great team mentality!

Whew! So happy I was sent here! I'm on the mend thanks to the amazing, individualized care I receive. Great people, great facility. So grateful!
