Would leave 0 stars if i could. Been looking around at apartments, the rent caught my eye but after attempting to reach someone at the leasing office multiple times over a few hours with no answer, even left a voicemail with no return i won't ever consider this place. Same day around 2:30 tried to just visit the leasing office and nobody was there. Door was locked. Whoever runs this office sure had time to do their nails at their desk all day but unable to answer the phone??? Whole complex seems rundown compared to the photos on their website. 0/10

I have lived here for going on 6 years. The school district is awesome, the neighborhood is quiet, and the property manager is one of the nicest landlords I have ever had in my renting history. Our rent has gone up almost every year since I first moved in, however I understand that any financial changes are made by the owners and NOT the property mgr.....she just has to enforce the changes. She is very understanding and will work with you if possible, and she does her best to continually improve and beautify the property. She even does holiday themed contests which is a fun way to celebrate while living in an apartment complex. I personally don't have any complaints, and I feel like any complaints you see for this property are most likely due to their own attitude towards life. Great place to live!!!!!

My first visit with the leasing manager in the past seemed alright. Now that I am actively looking to move, I wanted to just ask a simple question for availability on a 2 bedroom. No one will answer the phone and I decided to drop by last Monday. The younger guy (maintenance or handy man) in the leasing office said while chuckling “the manager left for lunch, you just missed her” at 2:30pm? I called multiple times that day and a few minutes before I arrived there. I let that go but as I left someone was in the back room of office with lights off. I seen someone peeking out the window blinds as I pulled away. Obviously, the manager didn’t want to be bothered. The dog waste bin(s) outside was overflown and waste bags were blowing all over the parking lot. The upkeep of the property went downhill since I last seen it a couple years ago. I don't appreciate being ignored. This place gives my fiancé and I an awful vibe. I’ll definitely keep looking elsewhere and just because the rates are reasonable doesn’t mean I’d put up with unprofessional management. UPDATE: 11/09/2023 Nobody bothered apologizing for how rude I was treated by the maintenance guy in the office and how Deanna in the office ignored my phone calls. This place looks like a pit now that I drove past it again. I’m glad all the red flags were visible and wouldn’t enable me to pursue a lease with these people. The pictures from previous review are found accurate. They hide in the office and avoid their current tenants and newcomers. The owner should really look into this review. Find staff is willing to work so this place doesn’t fall apart completely.

Been here for several months, can’t complain! Great apartments for the rate, and I love that they use an online portal for paying rent and utilities. Maintenance is pretty responsive and friendly. Fitness room is simple but gets the job done. I also love that the apartment community is surrounded by well-kept developments and a few condos, it’s nice and quiet. My only gripe is that the dumpster area gets a bit messy at times, but that’s as much up to the tenants as the management. Overall, would recommend 👍

I’ve been here a little over 6 months and have no issues. The building has been pretty quiet and the grounds are well maintained. I haven’t had any maintenance issues and the laundry facilities are pretty updated. I would recommend to other renters.

The apartment itself is very nice very large and lots of storage which I love. I have a lovely view of the pool and the lake outside my balcony. I wish the appliances were more updated. The stove works but it’s pretty sad with no light inside and a timer on top which is broken. Laundry services are right next-door which is great.

The office ladies are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, very nice and accommodating and professional! Turning in rent is exciting for me because they are so awesome! Great women to work with!

Love this place that me and my son call home. We have been here quite a few years and we love it. The lake and the grounds are beautiful. Very quiet and such a nice area to live at. The office ladys are incredible and nice. The maintenance guys are always on point with fixing what you need fix and are also super nice! We love the pool and gym. Such a nice place to live at all around

For the most part Fawn Lake Apartments have been fine. I would have given a better score but our AC hasn't been fixed since it stopped working last summer.

Deanna is great and super helpful, and the maintenance team is awesome. However the people here are filthy. If you live here you will have issues with people steeling packages, taking clothes out of washers and dryers, music blaring at all hours even on week days and alot more. The place need some work, very outdated. Ended up terminating my lease early because of the people below me. If you have kids, or enjoy ANY privacy this place is definitely not ideal

Any repairs, or needs, the apartment staff are always on it, and prompt, they’re friendly, amd approachable, and I have a great view of the pond👍🏼

It's a great place to live.

My building sounds like a kennel. Maintenance and people that work in the office are prompt and nice .The owners of the property are money hungry and jack up your rent the longer you live here.Hopefully the pool gets fixed this year

Management is great The maintenance guys are wonderful The upkeep of the outside is always cared for Newer appliances would be great.. But it's nice living here because we all get along

excellent apartment complex. well managed. snow removal this past winter was challenging, but it was for many places. Our crew did the best they could.

Overall it's been a really good experience, office, maintenance staff and neighbors are all great. My building is quiet and love the amenities. We hope to be here for a long while.

Overall great housing. My hvac failed and the came in a little later than wanted. They installed the new unit today. Apartment feels friggin awesome now. ❄️☃️😁
