Get what you pay for. Cheap and no amenities to speak of. Close to Subic Bay. Good restaurant next door at Grand Hoyah open 24 hours. No view, small window. Front desk not so friendly. Nice to have private parking.

Location was good walking distance to Moonbay Marina for a nightcap live band music and drinks. also near the texas joe's restaurant which was our favorite. but the hotel rooms itself...hmmm, u get what u pay for. had to change rooms coz of bathroom smell :-(

Hotel is ok. Inconsiderate customer service for 30 minutes late check-out request, considering we are returning guest & we checked in late night. Something the management must review as part of their hotel policy. Checked out on Monday, July 25, 2022 at 12noon.

Location: Perfect it’s very close to the beach, restaurants, royal duty free and The Light House. Price: Paid $45 on one night, affordable Hotel: Don’t expect too much because the rooms are cheap. It was decent, clean and has hot water. A bit outdated. Restaurant: Understaffed and service is a bit slow. Free Breakfast. 24 Hour Korean Food Experience is average.

Clean rooms. Hot and cold shower. Good breakfast choices. Easy check in-out. Safe parking. American soldiers were billeted during our stay. Serves Korean food items.

Located conveniently at the center of Subic. The room's good. I love that there is mini bar and an electric fan+the split type AC. The beds were cozy. The restaurant on the 1st floor was good too.

Location is very convenient as it is walking distance to harbor point (8mins walk, maybe much faster to others). Costumer Service is superb! extremely honest and very accommodating. We left our mobile phone but they managed to call and send it via lbc (amazing!!)

The Best Hotel!

Staff is very nice and helpful. Food is good. Rooms are nice. Hot water wasn't working but that might have just been me. Wifi is problematic, good when connected but good luck staying connected.

Good value for money. We choose this hotel every time we visit Subic because of its good rates (use the apps to see which sites offer the best one at least 5 days before the holidays to have more room options). The rooms are tidy and toddler friendly, a ✔️ for traveling families.

I am an Athlete from India, New Delhi. I stayed for 9 days ..one of the worst experiences with this hotel. I came here for the IRONMAN Triathlon Race somehow I lost my key on the race day and they charged the full compensation amount from me for the room key .. their management is too rude with the guest. Pathetic AC sounds all the time too noise. Lots of hidden amounts they charge once you reach the hotel while check in. I would suggest to every IRONMAN participants not to stay in this hotel. My 1st worst experience after visiting more than 12 countries. Don't book this hotel for a long stay.

The room was clean and comfortable. It even has a garage underneath so you could access your car conveninently. However, the site where I booked the hotel had pictures where it was situated right in front of the beach. That was a bit misleading. The beach was 20 minutes away. Also, their menu had very few vegan options.

If you need an inexpensive hotel to stay in Subic, you can go here! But I hated the spring beds, it made my back hurt a lot. Its value for money is really good! The location is good as well, and has a lot of parking slots.

Good room & spacious for a night or 2! Building was old but quietly maintained not that clean bathroom but tolerable still for the money you paid 👌👍🏻comfortability just dont mind the receptionist who had lil bit attitude!

Large rooms. Dated but clean. The breakfast has potential for improvement. Overall a good experience for the money.

Nice place for a short stay. Accessible to nearby malls like Harbor Point, Royal Duty Free, and SM. Its room is very spacious, same with its comfort room. Has its own parking space for your vehicle.

Stayed in this accommodation during our week-long work trip. It is located at the end of Canal Road. It is near Royal Mall and there are convenient stores nearby. Price is lower compared to the rest but the rooms are spacious and maintained. There is a provision of fast wifi. Service is great.

Spacious room, clean sheets, cool AC. Service could be friendlier. I like the anteroom where you have to take off your shoes, keeps the room clean. I also like eating breakfast here. Their large bowl of spicy korean ramen sets me up for the day.

Our stay was simply Okay. Unfortunately, we had requested an extra rollup mattress, blanket and pillow before we arrived; however, once we arrived, we realized that we didn't need them after all. Despite not needing them, the hotel charged us for their use and refused to refund us the money we had previouosly paid. Even 3-years later, the thought of this continues to irritate me. Will not return.

The best thing we like is the private carkpark alloted to the guest.. We felt safe during our stay. The room is decent and clean, the space is enough for two pax. Though it would be nice to have an electric kettle for a coffee or tea. But a plate of breakfast if included in the room rate. We only have limited choices for the breakafast but its enough to start the day. Location is situated near mall, shops and 30 minutes to the beach area. The receptionist is pleasant too. Helpful and respectful of all my concerns. We enjoyed our stay! :)

We are traveling from the U.S. and really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The service staff are very professional and were very helpful throughout our stay. The prices are reasonable and they have a full Filipino and Korean restaurant at this location. They provide a free breakfast in the morning from 6:00-9:30 AM. They recommended a good driver to take m family to the beach. would highly recommend this hotel to a one staying in Subic Bay Freeport or the surrounding area.

Overnight stay was satisfactorily good! Had all the basic amenities and very much pleased with one of their housekeeping staff who returned the mobile phone of my husband who mistakenly forgot it inside the bedroom. Stayed: 1-2 February, 2020
