Terrible customer service at reception, up to a point of ignorance. Filthy dirty rooms, rooms look pathetic, NOT worth ksh 8,000 a room per night. Staff Not honest.

This place is no longer what it used to be. Dishonest staff, trumped up charges and more. Kids can't even play anymore 😒. The toilets looked like they hadn't been flushed in a year! 🤮 When was the last time you guys dusted off the tables? There's no way I'm coming back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.

These guys are intentionally putting effort into giving the worst service ever. We got there and for like 30 minutes no one asked what we wanted. We ordered Choma and three hours later we had to threaten to leave for them to serve us. This was followed by a series of other bad treatment. I don't know why the management doesn't take the bad reviews seriously. I would never recommend it.

What the hell did you people do with the place? It used to a nice family joint but I barely recognise it anymore. Service is so poor I don't think there's a difference between you and a kibandaski in Mukuru.

I enjoyed time there, my kids played for the better part of the afternoon, service was okay. I loved the place more because when the rains came, we stayed in the gazibos and they provided a jiko for us. What a warm reception.

The poorest service I've ever experienced anywhere. Arrived there, and it took the waiters exactly 25 minutes to come get our orders. Couldn't sit at the preferred spots since tables were super dusty. Waiters are too corrupt, as one even tried altering our bill. Placed an order, which was to take 45 minutes, got it after 2 hours, and that's after threatening to leave. Washrooms are also in a bad state. I wouldn't recommend the place to anyone! It wasn't worth that long drive!

This is the most terrible place I have ever gone to. The poorest reception. Very corrupt personnel. Even after complaining to the manager the service becomes worse. The sitting places are dusty, the toilets pathetic. I can't recommend this place to anyone.
