Mbuzi choma was so delicious Has a bird sanctuary but they are charging Ksh 5,000 just to take photos of birds. best you take a walk outside the premises you will find more birds and the locals are very friendly too. they will show you around the nesting trees. Baboons are seen outside the premise. Its a great way of passing time as you wait for the mbuzi choma!

Great place to hang out, especially if you love peace and quiet. Great food especially the meat selections. Good place for spending quality time with friends and family. The road to Leleshwa is quite rough though. So you need a vehicle with good ground clearance. Otherwise I'd definitely recommend the place.

Very good food, the location is amazing. Despite the distance, its surrounding is quiet and cool.

The road leading to this place is rough so have that in mind when planning your trip here. The owner says that it will all be fixed by next year though I wouldn't count on that a lot. Still, it offers a great outdoor experience, being a near-perfect gateway to wild. From here, you can enjoy a fulfilling nature walk through to the edges of the Nairobi National Park, putting you smack in the centre of a mind-blowing encounter with nature. The owner is very hands-on and keen on client satisfaction. The place is very clean and, I must add, has some of the cleanest washrooms you can find anywhere. There's a big nice swimming pool which you'd want to sample since the temperatures get north of 30⁰ during the day. I'm looking to visit again after which I should be in a position to offer a fair assessment of the staff and other offerings at this facility.

This place is literally worth the trip. I mean, it is located in the middle of nowhere but the views of the national park are breathtaking. The ambience is great, loved the food, I think it was fairly priced, and it's fun for the kids

Leleshwa Getaway is just an awesome place to visit. The area is cool and silent fit for outdoor activities like team building, weddings, baby showers and birthdays. All the charges are pocket friendly. You don't wanna miss this.....

Great place for a get away, cool and quiet environment, nice swimming pool. They should improve on the food quality The dinner wasn't so nice, Fish was not tasty no water during meals. Breakfast was fine though not full breakfast, no fruits and cereals.

Leleshwa is a beautiful place to get away from the hassle of the city. I spent a night here and enjoyed the views of the national park and the good selection of wine. The food was good, I especially enjoyed the pork spare ribs and the mandazi served for breakfast were exceptional. I look forward to coming back soon.

We hardly slept on the night of 24th. Mosquitos took a toil on us. We had been told there are no mosquitos otherwise we could have carried repellent. We also paid Kshs 17,000 for 2nights but we could not persevere so we had to leave after one night. The room we were given was single room but they charged us 8,500. It was so tiny we could hardly place our bags anywhere apart from the floor. The experience was awful for sure.

I'm a frequent customer at Leleshwa and I can say they keep doing better and better everytime I visit. The food is amazing, the rooms are spectacular and the poolside view is to die for. Definitely recommend Leleshwa Getaway for anyone who wants a serene location outside the city.

The food is fresh and amazing. Great portions. The views are to die for. They have great views of part of the Nbo National Park and from a distance, the SGR and City views. There's a pool and a kiddie park. Great for families. The rooms were okay. Generally the place was good. Enjoyed my stay with the family. PLEASE DO NOT USE GOOGLE MAPS!! It will misdirect you. Instead, use the sign boards and follow the Kitengela hot glass(anselm) sign boards too. They're not far apart.

This place is the beauty of nature with all the luxury One needs to enjoy it. The perfect place to stay if you want to do Safari trips in Nairobi... As much as it is remote, it's a quiet and peaceful place that gives you the atmosphere you need as if you were inside the national park itself. Still, if you have a private safari car, you can easily reach tourist locations like the giraffe center, elephant orphanage, Kenyan Wildlife Service with the Safari walk and entrance to Nairobi national park. Also Kitengela Hot Glass is absolutely worth a visit for some souvenirs and it's just around the corner. Enjoy your stay with a breathtaking view from the balcony and veranda, enough space for privacy, a pool, garden and also kids playground... Just make sure to come with a proper private safari car at your availability to have more flexibility to go on adventures from this remote place since walking around in the wilderness might bring you closer to the wildlife than planned. What's outside the gate is the Lions and Hayenas territory. I absolutely enjoyed my adventure!

Leleshwa was an experience I'd like to relive. The food was nice and so was the service. The highlights revolved around the view and beautiful artefacts as well as earthly design consistent across the resort. It's a great place for an escape from life's busyness.

Good swimming spot and get away from city. Roads to the place:nightmare so use a 'big' car preferably on off road machine. Food is ok. Breakfast is meh. Service is ok but avoid Richard(owner/manager?)...quite the rudest guy I've met in the service industry yet. Limited rooms available, best those facing the river. Flight path for landing JKIA planes and overlooks Nairobi national park.. Kitengela glass is next door for excursion. Best for a night out.

Very nice place away from the city. The pool is generously large and placed strategically on a view, the swimming changing rooms have bee fitted with hot showers. The service is great, very kind staff. The outdoor sitting space is just awesome with breathtaking views of Nairobi City. There is ample parking space, better take you 4wd car though. Space for private events

Small and upcoming great place for a gate away as the name suggests. Well designed over looking the Nairobi national park and in the horizon you can see the city of Nairobi

Succulents at first sight!! Oh, they are just so lovely. The place is truly a hidden gem. Rough roads lead to the site, forests and bushes surround it, there's fresh air, beautiful glass decor, a nice pool (not so deep), enough space for team building activities, artistic structures, great food, parking space, beautiful views. Serves the getaway purpose..haha. (Worth the mention: Clean washrooms and changing rooms are present too)

As the name suggests, it is indeed a gateaway in a location of marvel and beauty and also seclusion. The service is top notch, food is πŸ’― and the customer experience is out of this world. Here they are all about you and how to make your stay a wonderful experience. The place organises a nature walk of the area where you can view wild animals and also visit kitengela glass and the kitengela glass scary bridge. Leleshwa has a lovely swimming pool and they usually host a flea market and wine and cake tasting events occasionally during the month and you can network and meet amazing people. They also have archery, grounds for teams building and events, they host birthdays, weddings and meetings in their conference rooms. After winding down, the views for the sunset will surely make. you appreciate this place even more with the CBD lit from a far, it is indeed a gate away. Did I tell you about the Nyama choma? aaahh... come and experience it. Camping grounds, a trampoline to let out your inner kid and a bonfire to warm you up as you gave at the night sky and the lit CBD at a distance. I feel like this paragraph doesn't Give Leleshwa its true mark, but you can do that by visiting yourself. You will be amazed
