The food was hot and perfect. It's my favorite fast food restaurant and this one is consistently good. I especially like going here for breakfast. Great breakfast sandwiches. I also noticed that the medium soft drink is as big or bigger than McDonald's large

I've wasted my time on three different occasions coming to the Jack in the Box on Marvin and Martin way. They close very early around 07:30pm every night. I finally called and asked why they closed so early one evening because I seen employees still inside the restaurant. I was told they are still open, but just for Door Dash until 12:00am. They should really update their hours on google and on their store front. The food at this location is good, but there's always at least a 20 minute wait in drive-thru even when the line is short. Good thing there's a Wendy's and McDonald's close by.

Their motto is a late night snack 24/7. Open sign on, google says it's open. The sign said to call to order. I went to 4-5 locations, like legit every one in my county. They were all closed on a Friday night at 3am. They all said they'd be open online and then they had their open sign ON!!!! But they were all closed by the drive thru being blocked off. Honestly the biggest jack in the box betrayal since they got rid of cheesy potato wedges and the big cheeseburger. I think I'm just done. three strikes and your out man.

I am sorry but the food we received was sub par. We had a chicken salad and a buttery burger. Very little chicken on the salad and most of the lettuce had to be thrown out. The burger bundle seemed to be stale and the hamburger patty was overcooked and tasteless. Person at the window was very friendly.

This locations staff are very friendly and relatively quick with their service. The food I have ordered here is usually consistent with being hot, relatively freshly made, and thus far hasn't made us sick. There is plenty of parking at this location, and the facilities inside and out appear to be clean. The only drawback of this location is when you try to leave the location, turning right to head towards the light, and the freeway has restricted visibility and can be difficult, all other access points in and out are relatively easy to access with good visibility.

Concise service. Sandwiches by the book. Note to drive-thru guy the other night: We all want to be somewhere else sometimes, my man, don't take it out on me.

For black Friday late morning early afternoon it was a fast visit. Food was hot and fresh. I feel the oil the fries was cooked in could of been changed. But that's me. Other than that it was great.

Troy is an awesome asset to this location. He is very courteous, polite, and patient. He knows how to run this place. Kudos to him.

We always do drive up. We have a couple items we live. Milkshakes are superb, the tacos 2 fers ate tasty for quick fix. We apologize for not taking photo... They were inhaled🤪. O, And the burgers are great 👍

Sign says open. But when you go thru drive thru. Guy says they are closed. Even though open sign is on and they advertise they open till 330am. Wish these businesses would stop lying about there hours. Maybe they need to fire there night crew seeing they obviously can't do there jobs that they are paid to do. Will be contacting there boss in the morning.

We came there at night time. My family made a huge order. They did it very fast and very delicious. Customer service "AWESOME"

As a tow operator I can Normally walk up to the drive thru even at night and order but tonight the staff refused to let me order. I don't fit in the drive thru in my tow truck and so I was told to just walk up but be careful of the cars that do fit at night and now I can't with this set of staff there. There was a law passed recently that made it so those of us in big trucks can walk up to the drive thru window but I guess this place didn't get that memo to everyone and or don't care about that law.

I'm a local taxi driver in Olympia and I've been going here for early morning drive thru for years. My favorite thing about this place is they know my order almost Everytime. 4 Tacos no lettuce and 3 poppers. This morning the guy at the window, quickly showed up not only to make the transaction but also hand me my fresh hot tacos at the same time. These guys are really good at multi tasking.

Let me see the culture. Shocked of a $ $8 and change breakfast sandwich with no drink. No extras, just a sandwich and the top it off it was cold. Are you freaking serious? Can nobody put something in a microwave anymore since you're too lazy to cook anything fresh? No wonder there's nobody eating at this dump including me. I'll never stop again

The staff is excellent is the main observation I have to say about this place...food is always fresh and smiling professional staff....however...the lobby is freezing cold as you can imagine of walk-in freezer being which makes for an uncomfortable dine-in experience unless you're a polar bear. Please fix this and stay late Open it's crucial for us night owls and lastly something I believe all fast food restaurants should take note of in this day and age. The homeless community is rampantly growing among people you never would think would enter that situation in the first place. Allow them to walk up to your window and don't require a vehicle to do so as many other restaurants are doing and it's hurting their business and endangering them themselves not knowing the reaction of such person will be and besides it is just ridiculous to bar people that can't afford to have a car from your food and I will follow up on my review on all the other venues I've been to that refused same and be giving very low ratings. They are super slow. I feel like I’m waiting in line for them to raise the calf and then slaughter it! I get up to the window and dude looks like he just woke up trying to pass off 3/4 of my food. I will not be coming back here, service has really went downhill.

This brand is the only drive-thru I spend money on. The food is always tasty and well prepared. I especially like the curly fries and the variety of soft drinks. I never go inside; I rated the atmosphere 5 stars because I like my car!

Went to this one for the first time in years. My food was fine. The employee at the window stuck his hand in the trash can, then started making the next order. When I called him out on it, he argued that he didn't need to wash his hands because he only touched the bag. Eww. I won't be back.

$6.77 for a very small 4 bite sausage, egg & cheese breakfast sandwich? Man, prices have doubled, portions are 1/2 size now. Drivethru was fast because mine was on a warming tray/light?.. hate to say I'll be looking elsewhere for a 2/$5 if l need a gut bomb.

The staff is amazing the food is ok not to bad but the price is just ridiculous. You are no different than any of these other fast food joints. Your price is crazy now if your food was exceptional then yes it would be worth it but we all know it isn't . That being said I myself will choose to dine elsewhere so that I know I'm getting my money's worth.

Costed for two combo meals over 30 bucks and the burger was dry as a bone. I had to dump out a soda from another place so to have a place to put the new drink & the server asked that I poor out the pop around front instead of at the drive up window. What the difference is between there and the front door where people could step in it and track it inside I do not know but she acted like I poured out pee right there when it was measly warm & flat pop. I don't believe it is bad for the environment but what do I know? Sorry about that.

I love their #30 breakfast platter and the girl was awesome! Didn't even mind it when my dog broke her head into out the window!!

We were there about maybe 6 days ago and the service was wonderful. The young lady made me smile and laugh. Her manager was very nice taking my order and also assisting us. I would say these two should be recognized. I don't remember their names. I'd have to look at my receipt but the service was great compared to my last review I made months ago. If I get the names, I will definitely add them.

Was super busy when I went there last night so had a long wait but just wanted to say “Chandler” who was working the window was extremely nice and had a really great positive attitude and great customer service and I could tell everyone working was moving around as quick as they could to get the orders out as timely as they could. Food was also super hot and fresh!!

My previous rating was put on the incorrect location. My husband and I have our accounts on each other's phones so locations pop up for review for both. He actually had a really good visit at your location. The employee working drive thru was very understanding and accommodating to his situation in the after hours a few weeks ago.

Husband went here today with a list in which he read and had the person read back numerous times because their screen was broken and he couldn’t see if it was correct. Spent $60+ for us and our kids for dinner only to get home and have every single order not customer to our kids liking (which as a parent you know is hard cause they then won’t touch it) they missed my (moms) whole meal, we got 3 fries when we ordered 4 meals WITH fries PLUS an extra 3 small fries. If you can’t comprehend simple orders you don’t even belong in fast food.
