I absolutely love my new hair by Robert. He really listens to you during your consult. I was over my purple and gray. It's all gone! I added an old picture me of what my hair looked like when I came in for you to compare. What a fantastic difference!The wash station chair is actually comfortable. I'm 5'1, usually it's a serious task for me. He is the one who handles all the loving green foliage decorating the salon. Makes it very relaxing. I am looking forward to seeing him again in November.

This was my first visit, and Robert gave me an excellent cut and showed me how to bring out my natural curl like no other stylist ever has. Robert also spent extra time giving me color consultation on the possible ways of growing out my gray hair. The salon was beautiful and my experience was so perfect that I had to post a review. I don't live in the state anymore, but I might need to schedule my frequent visits around hair appointments!

I was welcomed and offered tea when I arrived for my appointment. My hair stylist, Jennifer, was so enjoyable throughout the cut and made sure my hair turned out exactly as I envisioned! Will definitely return. I had read online about a complimentary hand treatment or makeup touchup with the cut that wasn't offered which was my only disappointment. Otherwise, it was a great experience!

Sadie was amazing! She transformed my grown out, split end, balayage into exactly what I’d had in mind, and my hair has never felt or looked better. Expert colorist and stylist. Super knowledgeable, friendly, thorough. Also, this place has tons of healthy plants as decor, and the ambiance is great.

My first visit to this salon was met by a friendly and welcoming staff. Ryan was my stylist who listened well and didn’t do other work on my hair that I didn’t ask for (just to bump up the charge). He was attentive and helpful in selecting a good shampoo for my hair type. I plan to go back!

Angela is both crafty and creative with her scissors and razors! She’s been so patient and kind as I’ve adjusted to a new stylist. We females are so loyal to our hairdressers, it takes an act of God for us to change. Or, in my case, an act of relocation. I’ve searched high and low for someone in whose chair I could sit and know, without a doubt, I would be seen and heard, my confidences kept. She is the new One, earning my loyalty in a matter of minutes. I have been a difficult patron, grieving my previous beautification mistress, but Angela continues to shine and so does my hair!

Great people and atmosphere but clearly not a place for people with curly hair. Far too often salons will say “yeah we have someone who is great at curly hair” and then they have no idea how to treat it. Curly hair should never be cut with a razor. Seems like a great place if you have straight hair but stay away if you have curly hair.

This is my favorite hair salon in Olympia! Been coming here for years. Aveda products have kept my hair so healthy. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I love the how it feels like a botanical garden with all the plants around. They book quickly so you have to schedule out in advance. Highly recommended this place to anyone!

First time here for a cut and balayage/ foil. Ryan was my stylist. I have very thin, brittle hair that’s difficult to work with. I recently made the mistake of giving myself a trim. My hair was horrible. Prior to visiting Premier,, I’ve had several bad experiences with stylists in the area and haven’t been able to find someone long term. Ryan did a fabulous job and listened to my concerns and did exactly what I asked, while providing his own knowledge and expertise to bring my hair to life. The color came out amazing and given how messed up my hair was, I was really impressed with the cut.. Furthermore, my hair lifted instantly, whereas at other salons, I waited over an hour or more to get the color to lift. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a good stylist in the area. Ryan was great!

Geena has talent like no other. I've never come across anyone who makes my hair look exactly like the vision I had in my mind. She listens well and checks to make sure I'm comfortable and happy with the cut as she works. Also, I'm always greeted warmly in reception and offered water with or without lemon. I will never go anywhere else as long as Genna is working here!

Oh my gosh! I love going to Premiere Salon & Spa! I am newer to the WA area and found Premiere through a Google search. Their customer service is awesome and each of the stylists I have seen really listen to you and what you want! Most recently I met with Angela. I hadn’t had my hair cut for 2 years as I was trying to grow it out. She listened to what I wanted and then executed it perfectly! My hair feels so much healthier and looks amazing! Definitely worth the drive from Aberdeen to Olympia!

I’ve been going to premiere salon for several years. Front desk is always warm and welcoming and I like the atmosphere…lots of plants. The individual that manages my hair situation is masterful in her art and basically just a really cool human being to be around. Place is chill, love it.

From "welcome" reception to my walk out the door, Rob & Premiere continue their quality service. Heartfelt thanks to him being the only skilled stylist in the last 5 years to get my bangs in THE best shape, as well as my cuts. MANY thanks💐

Just had my first appt with Angela and she was amazing! She took the time for my cut and foils. She is a perfectionist and that is what I wanted!! Already scheduled for my next appt. Would recommend her to everyone! Thank you Angela!

This was the best experience I’ve ever had in a salon! I’m in the area for some other reason and I am in desperate need of a haircut for a photo shoot I had later that week, I somehow lucked out when I walked in the door with an opening due to a cancellation. BEST HAIRCUT EVER, so good I would be willing to travel the 45 minutes to do it again.

I walked into Premiere after another salon messed up my appointment and I couldn’t get a trim that day. I wasn’t expecting to get a walk-in appointment, but the staff were able to squeeze me in for a quick trim with Angela. The person working at the front desk was so welcoming and professional. They really tried to accommodate my needs and were very friendly. The salon was very neat and full of plants everywhere which gave a lovely appeal. Angela was great and took the time to get to know me and asked lots of questions about my hair and what I wanted. It turned an awful experience with my original appointment to a very pleasant one and I’m glad I found a place to go regularly now for trims.

Nice atmosphere, love the Aveda products. Got a great haircut from Angela. I’m a bit of a pain, often not knowing exactly what I want and she was great at helping me suss out a great cut. I have curly hair and she did a great job.

I had my hair styled by Sadie and she was wonderful! She explained the whole process of coloring and types of product i should use without pushing their brands. My style came out just as beautiful as the picture I showed her. Sadie was so easy to talk to and super nice, I received so many compliments on my hair style. I'm very happy!

I LOVE MY HAIR! I had the best experience and everyone was so nice and inviting! It was my first ever professional salon experience and I was so nervous, but Sadie was amazing! I even booked my second appt as well!

Amy was very nice and knowledgeable. The only reason that I gave 4 stars and not 5 is that my root touch up looked much lighter than I wanted it to. The lighting in the salon made it look like a perfect match but then I got outside and it was very different.

Rob was very friendly to work with. He was able communicate with my shy daughter to give her a hair cut that she loved. She left the salon feeling so excited and happy with her hair. I really recommend this place.
