Everyone here is so nice and talented. The two ladies who did my pedicure were great. The man who did my acrylics is very talented and pays close attention to detail. I'm in love with how both my toes and fingers turned out! Also they stayed late with me without complaint which was very sweet. It was my first time getting acrylics and it was a great experience.

My original experience was not so great, but I had that little voice in me to go back and see how my nails could be fixed. Hannah, thank you. You were amazing and the team at Instyle is so sweet. I went back and got my nails redone and Hannah killed me with kindness. I wasn’t the most pleasant with my first reaction, but what matters is how sincere and kind Hannah is and how she treated me even when I wasn’t so kind to her. She took 2 hours to do my nails and to make sure I was happy. She didn’t have to do any of that, but just seeing her husband, Tim, accept a customer after closing, was when I realized how kind these people are! It’s family run, the people here are funny, professional, and they do quality work. Definitely don’t take their kindness for advantage as we’re all people and we deserve a break; but seeing Hannah go above and beyond to make me happy says so much about her. I am so happy with my nails, I’ll definitely be returning!! Thank you! You all deserve so much appreciation.

Great service. Everybody is always very friendly. My nails always look fantastic no matter what I get done. They last much longer than when I've gotten them done other places, too. They have a nail artist that is creative and talented and can do pretty much everything! Sometimes they're very busy and the wait can be a bit. I often plan on being there 2 hours.

This place is so nice took a friend with me for full sets and pedicures . The environment is relaxing even when they are packed on a Saturday, they make sure if you come in with some one that they start and stop together so you don’t have to wait . the nail techs care about your feet , I had one of the best pedicures with hot stones. The quality from both my feet and hands are perfect . This is definitely a hidden gem in Olympia and I’ll be back!🫶

This place is so lovely. I randomly chose them because they were open on Sunday’s but I ended up getting some of the best nails I’ve had. They got the shape perfect and the design was amazing. I’ll be going back for sure.

Every single staff member was beyond friendly and incredibly helpful. Another shop did a horrible job on my nails and they were able to fit me in last minute and redo my gel with design beyond better than any expectation I expected. They have gained a forever customer and I will forever recommend them to anyone looking. Thank you InStyle for taking the time and selflessly fixing someone else’s mistake and treating me like I’ve been coming there forever.

Pleasantly happy with the service. I appreciated the extra time and care spent with my friend's mom. She had a lady named Mai and I think she did an excellent job with her. Mai had excellent communication and patience and was very knowledgeable about nails. the rep I had was also great at the service and had a very pleasant motherly vibe that I appreciated. She made my nails so very beautiful but I could tell she may not have been nearly as fluent in English. All in all, I'd visit again. Please keep up the attentiveness and practice English more with friendly customers. We love to feel understood and cared for 🙂

Best Gel Manicure Ever! The staff made me feel very welcome at my first visit in early January. They took time to help me pick just the right color I wanted for my natural nail gel manicure. I even took their recommendation to add the sparkle look - love it! Helen did my spa pedicure. Both are looking great after three weeks! I will definitely go here for any future manicures and pedicures! Just a note…they accept credit cards for the services but stylists would like cash for the tips.

Amazing service. Welcome me and offer me something to drink. I love my nails that Tony and Hanna did. He took his time and looked at my nails over and over again to make they were to standards. Hanna did amazing job with the design of my nails. I’ll be back.

I have been to many nail salons all over Thurston County and by far Instyle is hands down the best!!! They always go above and beyond!! Today May did an absolutely fantastic job on my Christmas nails!!

For only my 3rd time in a salon ever, they were so polite and welcoming . They were very fast (not too fast) and listened to what I was looking for. I can’t wait to go back for my Halloween nails

Very welcoming and professional. I really enjoyed the friendly staff and not feeling like just a number. The facility is clean and much bigger than I expected from the location. Hailey, my technician was polite, communicative, and meticulous. At one point I had a cough attack and I was offered water and a halls! Very kind and understanding. And my nails were exactly what I wanted for my trip!

My first time getting my nails done at this location. We were greeted by a man whom I forgot to ask for his name. He was great and gentle during the application of my acrylic nails. Then hannah did the gel nail polish and even did a free flower design for me! Much appreciated. Even though they were busy they were able to take care of me and my sister. Definitely will be back. 😍

This is my go to spot for nails! Everyone’s incredibly nice and they always do a great job. I went in asking for a marbled almost tye dye finish and they turned out beautiful!! Thanks you again Hannah!

This is the best Nail Spa in the Olympia area, the staff is always so courteous, friendly and ready to satisfy the customers needs. Tim is the best....if you have a nail photo, he will duplicate it....!!....or create his own design....!! So if you need a manicure or pedicure, waxing ...ect... I am in love with InStyle nails and spa. They are the only service in Olympia that I will go to, the services are great, and I always leave with the most beautiful nails. Love these guys a lot definitely recommend.

I have searched all over Olympia for a good nail salon. After moving here from my hometown, I was referred here by my mother in love… let’s just say, I haven’t gone anywhere else since! Tim always shapes my nails to perfection and Hannah kills my designs Every. Single. Time!! They make sure you love your nails before you leave and if for some reason you do not, they fix it until you do. On top of the great service they provide, they’ve recently repainted, have new pedicure massage chairs and the feel of the spa is so relaxing. I love this salon and the people who work here. 100/10 would recommend! They’re always poppin’ on the weekends so I like to go during the week😁

I started doing my own nails because I wasn’t happy with my old nail tech and salon. I decided to treat myself today and tried In Style and wash very pleasantly surprised! They have you wash your hands before sitting down and are one of the cleanest nail salons I’ve ever been in! To top it off their prices are reasonable as well! I couldn’t afford to get my nails done all the time anymore but these prices I’ll be able to get them done once a month! love this place!! they are very professional, very patient and take time on their work. you can tell they enjoy doing their nails and it shows. everyone was kind and they salon is very beautiful on the inside. will be coming back!

Came in on a Thursday at 11:30 AM and was seated immediately (they werent that busy). They worked on my nails and toes at the same time so I was out of there quickly. Nails were same length and not bumpy and the color was even. Highly recommend!
