    The Bandha Room and its instructors are amazing. The space is uplifting, centering and clean, and the instructors are the real deal! They're dedicated, knowledgeable and all around outstanding. I appreciate the different class levels offered, but the Mysore morning practice is my favorite. I began learning Ashtanga at the Bandha Room by signing up for an immersion course where I practiced the primary series poses and breathing techniques. Yoga at the Bandha Room can be gentle or intense, you decide how much to push yourself. I truly can't say enough about the Bandha Room. It's the only legit yoga studio I've practiced at. I highly recommend the Bandha Room and its instructors! 💕💕💕

    Hands down the best yoga studio in Olympia. This is a place to really learn and grow and find perfect alignment. The teachers here are the most knowledgeable and experienced I've ever met. The studio will transform your life. Perfect for the beginner and very Advanced practitioner. Just go and learn from them :-)

    Wonderful place, wonderful teachers, and a fantastic place to let go of some stress and get a GOOD workout! Would recommend for anyone trying to get more fit and flexible!!!
