I
lived
at
Bayview
Apartments
for
several
years.
My
neighbors
were
great,
and
aesthetics
of
the
place
was
relaxing.
The
buildings
are
from
the
70's
or
80's.
The
apartments
are
in
need
of
constant
repair,
and
the
maintenance
man
seems
to
always
be
working
on
multiple
projects.
Upon
moving
out
we
learned
that
some
things
are
not
well
documented.
Mold
was
a
constant
battle
for
us
at
this
apartment.
Water
pressure
issues
would
cause
a
different
facet
or
pipe
to
leak
each
time
the
prior
one
was
fixed.
Most
of
the
electric
outlets
were
loose
fitting.
The
oven
leaked
heat
out
of
the
door,
with
no
solution
from
maintenance,
effectively
making
baking
a
severe
struggle.
Our
bathtub
wall
was
flimsy
and
broke
the
chalking
around
the
bathtub.
Maintenance
replaced
the
chalking
around
the
tub
twice
and
added
some
extra
paneling
(to
keep
further
water
out...)
to
the
top
of
the
wall.
The
wall
integrity
was
never
checked
or
reinforced
and
none
of
these
things
were
documented.
We
eventually
gave
up
on
the
wall
being
fixed
after
the
second
time
it
was
chalked
shut
and
it
broke
open
again.
This
lead
to
some
water
damage
and
possible
mold
in
the
wall.
As
prices
for
apartments
rise
in
Olympia,
you
may
want
to
consider
your
options.
