Honestly this was a great apartment only reason we moved was due to rent increase and it becoming unaffordable for us. The maintenance was always done in a timely manner and never really had issues. Our upstairs neighbors were pretty loud constantly but out of the apartments control honestly. We would’ve stayed had it stayed affordable for us.

Great place to live at, it’s my first time having an apartment alone. I had a two bed two bath affordable monthly payments. I was late once and they were understanding. They’re very military friendly. Community wise, it’s very quiet and child friendly. Pool and jacuzzi are a plus! Overall it was a great experience!

My boyfriend and I have lived here for 6 months now and we love it! Amazing location, peaceful community, beautiful apartments. The staff are all incredibly kind. Rent is not cheap but you definitely get what you pay for. The valet trash can be spotty some weeks but it’s understandable. The new gym is pretty nice, I’m looking forward to it being 24/7 so I’m able to use it more often. Landscaping is constant and the community is extremely well kept. I’m super happy about the lack of noise, my neighbors are either very quiet or these walls are nice and thick. Third floor apartments get hot in the summer, keep that in mind when/if selecting a floor. I really enjoy living here, I definitely recommend!

Super fun and cute little truck! Had music and multiple flavor selections! The apartment does some cool and generous things for the community, things I’ve never seen at any other complex I’ve lived in.

Woodland apartments are by far the BEST apartment property we’ve experienced. The property is always kept super clean. The office staff & maintenance are super helpful & friendly. Wouldn’t want to live anywhere else while I’m WA. 🙂

Jenn has been super helpful with renting an apartment. The apartments are very nice and the community seems friendly.

Maintenance here are the very best. They respond quickly. I had an after hours emergency and they arrived with 10minutes of being dispatched. Woodland is overall a nice place to live. And it's convenient to everything. You technically don't need a car.

Working with Jenn to get into the apartment was amazing She was responsive and very willing to put up with my endless questions Working with Anna to sign documents and pick up our keys has also been seamless and a very pleasant experience

We love living here! Moved here totally on a whim from out-of-state having never seen the unit or property and I feel like we hit the jackpot. Everyone is so kind and helpful with any questions we have and having just had our first (minor) maintenance issue, I can now say the maintenance team is amazing too! Thanks Justin for the quick repair!! We love Woodland!

It's very noisy here, the noises from the streets sounds like the cars are passing just right next to you, it's the material they build for the wall I guess, very thin, can hear all the noises. I have difficulty sleeping due to this! They charge you everything just fyi including common areas. Paying 1,650 for rent but after utilities (except water and internet of course) I end up paying almost 2,000 every month.

Maintenance is super professional and crazy fast. Came in and diagnosed a broken dishwasher and replaced the whole machine within 90 mins. Plus unclogged the shower drain.
