    Try, just try, to contact these people. There are 2 phone numbers on their site, one for residents, one for new customers. Both go to the same message. If you choose the option to connect to the office you're told that they're away and please leave a message. Then you discover that the message box is full, please try again later. This has happened over several days. The recording gives you a phone number for emergency maintenance. Try calling that and you don't even get a dial tone, the call just hangs up on you. Finally, the site allows you attempt to send an email through an email form (no email address provided). You'll get no response from that either. Message: they don't want your business.

    The newest (5/23) on-site management is one of the best they've had in the last ten years. I'm hoping the corporate office actually gives them the tools they need to do the job they seem enthusiastic to do. Unfortunately, I've witnessed a lot of front office turn over in the last six years. I'm hoping this manager is given the tools and support needed to get this property back to where it has been. Edit 7/21/23 That manager left. This place is literally falling apart. There are holes in many of the decks, completely unsafe to use or to use the patios underneath.

    0 Star: Slum Landlord Management + Unsafe Place. I moved out after 4 years of living here. Information is up to date because I visit my friends living here. 0 STAR - (1) Cambridge, who manages it, is a SLUM LANDLORD; and (2) It's NOT SAFE HERE. 5 STARS - Great Location! (1) HORRENDOUS MANAGEMENT. Management: DON'T REPAIR a POOL & a SAUNA (which have been out of order since 2019 Summer); DON'T REPAIR FALLING-APART CABINETS/APPLIANCES/WOOD PATIO requested by residents AT ALL/FOR A LONG TIME; DON'T REPAIR PROPERLY (just putting a band aid to a NEED TO REPLACE ITEM) so that The Same Issue Happens Soon After; A FITNESS ROOM is "still" CLOSED even covid restrictions were lifted; SO MANY & RIDICULOUS RULES, e.g., "Must Move Your Car (which is parked at your assigned parking spot) Every 3 Days!" (2) NOT SAFE. Some residents/visitors of some residents BROKE INTO MY CAR once, and broke into ONE RESIDENT'S CAR "TWICE," VANDALIZED IT ONCE, and WERE SPOTTED TRYING TO OPEN THE CAR "THRICE." MAIL & PACKAGE BOXES were BROKEN INTO, but Office did nothing when they should install a security camera and have the USPS leave packages with Office (my apartment office does that) - my package was stolen once" and other residents ' packages and mails were stolen.

    Almost 5 years and still nothing has been done. The door frame fell off and hit me. Management sucks here, save yourself the trouble!

    I’ve called this place about a dozen times, sent contact forms and left two voicemails. No response. I was hoping to move here to be in a safer area but with the lack of communication it seems like it won’t be a good fit.

    Bad place to live been there 16 years and it is the worst place to live the office people don't care about the grounds or the mold or the fact that the pool is green and u can't work out and they changed management so many sometimes

    I have lived here for two years but I’m finally leaving this place. Overall it’s a pretty decent place. I would rent here again so it’s not too bad. I did have an issue with the previous leasing agents but they no longer work here. I gave them a money order for my rent and they misplaced it, then charged me for late fees and denied ever receiving it. I told them to check to see if they deposited it to someone else’s account and was told that they didn’t. I went back and forth with them for weeks because they kept trying to get me to pay more money! Turns out the lady there deposited it to another residents account and she told me it’s my fault and to get proof next time. So if you plan on moving here, have someone sign all of your receipts so they can’t deny receiving it !! Maintenance is still a BIG issue, you’ll go MONTHS without things being fixed and there’s no emergency line so when I had two ceiling water leaks and toilet issues I had to wait to hear back from them because they’re horrible about answering the phone and emails in a timely matter. Maintenance will falsely complete work orders and not even fix the issue . They also enter my apartment when I’m not here and I don’t know how to change that on the portal, but I don’t think anyone should allow it. Set appointments ! The maintenance men are very nice personality wise, they probably just need help idk I live in Q7 & the neighbors above me fight every single day! I was always getting woken up out my sleep after 12am. I wrote multiple complaints to the office and nothing was done about it, I had to call one of my male friends over so we can politely speak with the neighbors ( this was a few months ago) and since then it’s gotten so much better! There was also another couple the building over that would fight a lot and cause a scene outside but they moved so that’s great. I have never had any issues with car break ins, but I have had management try to tow my friends car when he was parked in the uncovered area yet there’s two cars that have been in the same spot since I moved here collecting dust, that they haven’t done anything about smh . The new leasing agent chassidy is really sweet but I haven’t got to experience her because I just met her this month and I’m moving, hopefully she treats you all well and helps get this place in shape! 🙂 They don’t require renters insurance and they don’t mention it, but you should still get some anyways ! When my place had leaks I was happy that I had insurance in case anything went wrong. I also have spider issues omg , I see a spider every other day because they haven’t fixed the hole ( that was put there due to the ceiling fan leak) my tub has a crack that was previously there , instead of replacing the tub they patched it just for it to start cracking again.
