If I had the option to choose no stars then I would. We lived here for about 3 years starting at the one bedroom then moving to two. There are many things that came up while we were there but I will focus on the ants, the mold, and the tiny bugs all over the kitchen and in the plumbing. The previous manager did work hard with us in preventing the people we shared a wall with as the smoke from marijuana and cigarettes would seep into our bedroom causing us to have to sleep in the living room with our infant son at the time. There were many things from the time we moved in until we were finally able to leave that made this place just the worst. The final nail here was when we were moving out and we found rats living in our belongings in the outside storage. Do not move here. Even if you need to use section 8, there are much better places to go.

I have been a tenant at Eastway Circle Apartments, for a little over FIVE YEARS NOW... & currently, EASTWAY CIRCLE APARTMENTS HAVE NEVER BEEN BETTER, HANDS DOWN OVER AND OVER... I TRULY credit this to My Eastway Circle Apartment MANAGER, "Tara Miller" She TRULY, Every Single Time, goes Out of her way, for whoever tenant it is she trying to tend to, SHE TRULY CARES FOR THIS PROPERTY... She is always kind, respectful, and fair, I STILL HAVE YET to see her in a bad mood, always smiling, productive and professional... works for me, I'm STAYING AT EASTWAY CIRCLE, MAYBE forever, If Tara Miller is in charge... WHAT A CLASS ACT!!!

THERE IS MOLD IN THE UNITS AND ROTTING PIPES. THERE ARE ELDERLY PEOPLE SUFFERING ILLNESSES DUE TO THE MOLD AND THEY ARE STUCK WITH NO OPTIONS BECAUSE MANAGEMENT IS NEGLECTING THE ISSUE AND NO MAINTENANCE HAS BEEN DONE. THIS IS ILLEGAL.

I moved here last winter and when I moved in my oven had grease and few days latter fruit fly r everywhere in my place no matter what I do they just won’t go away
