My husband and I were due to move in to this place today, but opted not to yesterday because he went to go check the place out. Online it shows a beautiful clubhouse with hot tub, gym, racquet ball court and a nice playground for kids to play on outside. Well, if you were sold on those perks and want to move in don't bother! The clubhouse is burnt down, so zero amenities, and no playground. You'd think they'd mention that to new people. Pretty shady business to no tell future tenants what they are getting into. Don't waste your time here, find a better more honest place to live.

I don’t live here, but visited this property to tour it. I sent them a message from their website on Thursday letting them know my partner and I would be stopping by on Saturday (today) at 12 noon to tour a 2x2. I also encouraged them to return my call or contact me by text or email if Saturday was not doable. I received an automatic reply from Cambridge letting me know my message was received and someone would reach out, no one ever did. We drove out to Olympia to tour the apartment today-when we arrived, the leasing office door was locked, we knocked and stood outside for 5 minutes no one opened the door. I called the number to the leasing office listed outside-no answer. I then called a number I found on google, a young gal answered and stated she didn’t have a tour scheduled for today nor did they receive my message from Thursday, also stating she has no availability for tours today. She also never opened the door to talk to us. I declined the option to reschedule a tour for a different day, the owners of the complex should hire a different management company to manage their business. Based on my experience, the reviews about poor management are accurate. So glad it didn’t work out 😊

Alright, but apartment is overpriced, paying 1800$ per month, there’s always no parking, people always parking in the car wash, office is lazy af, there’s ants everywhere. It’s gotten so bad that ants is going into cars now, pool is closed for few weeks now because the lights isn’t properly secure and hazard, some people is doing marijuana, even the neighbors is doing it and the office dosent care, there’s homeless looking through peoples cars and sometimes breaking into people’s houses, theres some kids always screaming in the night and moaning in the pool time to time, sometimes there’s no running water without warning, asked for garages 4 ago and never received a responds

With the exception of ONE or TWO people, the entirety of the office staff seem to go out of their way to be rude to you. Their lunch hours on the door reflect 1-2, but they don't always stick to that and something as simple as picking up a package can be quite frustrating sometimes. The "model" apartment is very misleading as most of the apartments have older, white appliances and white walls and look nothing like the walkthrough. My roommate's window in her bedroom has leaked a substantial amount of water the entire time we've lived here, pooling into the track of the window, especially in winter. We've had maintenance up and have been told that there is nothing to be done and that she should "just put a towel down". My car was ran into and smashed in the parking lot in the middle of the night, and though the woman who I spoke to was nice, there was no follow up or a warning out to residents or anything of that sort. I have lived here for almost two years and have been happy with it overall. Maintenance has improved and I am very happy with my neighbors. If you can live here without needing the office assistance with anything and you're lucky enough to end up in an updated apartment than you'll probably be happy here.

The office staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and maintenance is quick and efficient. The grounds are well maintained, and they are in the process of upgrading the exterior of the buildings. 10/10 would recommend!

Many things need to be improved around here. No parking for actual paying resident. (Unless you have a covered spot)So we can through those parking permits away because they're practically useless. You can call and report it to the office and nothing will ever happen! 😄 I highly suggest it be improved

Great Place to live!!! Would recommend to anyone as long as you are okay with cleaning mold from the window during the rainy season..... Iv lived here for almost three years. Property management is great. Can't wait for the Gym to open.

I wanted to update my review ...I just resigned my lease .the staff here is very diligent. Anubis my service dog and myself love our neighbors they are very understanding of my hearing impaired and blindness.he has made friends with most of the dogs and has play dates with a couple of them . Most the people here are very nice .it's really. Great place compared to over half of Olympia apartment areas.they have security patrol nightly . maintenance is always on top of there job.shout out the the maintenance and the staff in the office 48 builds with 8 apartment on each building ...they do there at most to gey things done promptly rapidly and done properly .I feel like they dont get enough credit. For the couple people they are to two giant complexes. This is a great community they do event and all sorts and when there is a problem they nip it fast and handle it as fast as they can ...alot of people like to complain.anywhere you live now days .this apartment complex is severely underated ...well maintained with understanding people.lots of kids, teens adults two pools ,two parks ,and a big park feet steps away . I take my dog there with my caregiver when I'm not doing college work. Thank you Cambridge for being so understanding ,helpful and prompt and caring about your community...oh and can I say I love all the upgrades that you guys have been working so hard on .it looks really great 10/10

My kid has lived here off and on for6 years, and what a great place. A pool, ducks in a pond...very spacious apartments with a bathroom adjacent to each bedroom!

The only reason they are getting one star is because 0 stars is not an option. Unless you are desperate, do not move here. The staff in the office will give you 3 different answers from 3 different people, regardless of the question. Plus they're rude about it. The carpet in the apartment was already messed up when my roommate moved in, and he was told it would be replaced after he left. Now that we are moving out, they are saying that he is lying and charging him $900. The stairs going up to the second floor are always coming loose. And the apartments have a bad ant problem. There's a problem with drainage, and black ants are always coming in no matter how clean you are. They would rather keep paying for an exterminator than fix the problem. This has been the worst apartment experience I have ever had.

DO NOT RENT HERE!! This complex has gone way down hill. In the past three months alone my apartment has been without running water for more than a day on at least four occasions. The staff is unhelpful, not answering the phone. When updates are sent out the information is never correct. This complex is also no longer safe. I work late nights and have seen many times individuals hanging around the complex (who I’m assuming do not live there) using various substances and wandering around. There is no security gate and I have never seen anyone patrolling the area. On more than one occasion my car has been damaged in the parking lot and because there are no cameras nothing could be done. Add to that the fact that parking is atrocious, garbage and recycling is never maintained…

We have lived in 3 different places at this complex. Sometimes there are loud neighbors, but for the most part, they are considerate. I've had some great neighbors, especially at my last place there which was in the back side that used to be called Cambridge Court "#2" (fern st side). It felt safer overall and more quiet. Every spring we would look forward to being surrounded by ducklings since they have ponds around. My toddler at the time enjoyed crossing the cute bridge over them (they even remodeled it b4 we left which was nice). Some of the nice little things that make this apartment stand out are the annual bbq they hold each summer at the pool (for free). They hold contests for best halloween decoration patio for a prize. Things like that. They have a good, secure system where your packages can be delievered. Apartments are expensive these days, & even some of the more expensive ones don't provide 2 walk in closets for their 2 bedroom apartments. I enjoyed that there was a path at the back of #2 that led to a public playground bu the church. During our stay, I would push my daughter in the stroller & then as she grew we would walk there together. The way these places are set up is ideal if you have roommates in mind. The maintenance staff is great over all. There are bumps here & there but it is a nice perk & they're in general very friendly/professional. I've lived in different rentals & overall this is a good choice. The office seems to have gotten better over time in caring to fix any mishaps that may happen. The only thing I would say that should be looked into more is maintenance of black mold. I can tell they do try and it is hard with wa state's climate. Thank you Cambridge court for settling & resolving the issue we had in the past.
