Wonderful time during my appointment. All the staff I interacted with was very friendly and personable. I was able to book a few appointments ahead which is extremely helpful to my work schedule. I don’t have anxiety during dentist visits but if you do I am confident that this office will make you feel extremely comfortable and welcome. I highly recommend going to them for your dental needs!

Staff is extremely rude and are not considerate of your own personal time. Just started going there, 2 visits is all I need. Ask yourself, if they dont even know how to properly do vitals, how can you trust them for your dental hygiene?Do yourself a favor and find a different dentist office that actually cares about their patients

All the staff at Thurston Dental have been extremely helpful and supportive. We had some issues with insurance and they worked so hard and went above and beyond to clear up the issue. My kids all like coming here too and the staff are great with them.

The staff are always so nice and wonderful. We have pleasant conversations and they do great work for my teeth! I always try to go in at tooth thirty in the afternoon. (2:30 haha)

I needed an emergency extraction after a wisdom tooth that had been bothering me for a year finally cracked. The pain was unbearable for two days straight. Initially I was waiting at a walk in clinic up the road for 3 hours until I realized I wasn’t going to be helped. When I called Thurston Dental, I was a bit emotional from the pain and desperate for help. They were so compassionate and willing to help me within the hour. Everyone in the office was personable and kind. This tooth has been bothering me for over a year, so it’s an enormous relief to be able to eat without pain and finally sleep through the night. Dr. Sapp is the best! He is professional, gentle and talks me through what he is going to do. I like going here because the DENTIST actually does all the fillings/work rather than the hygienists. The office is clean, the rates are affordable and all the folks are really friendly. If you’re looking for a new dentist- give Dr.Sapp a try. You won’t be disappointed.

I recently had a dental emergency and did not have a dentist in this area. A friend recommended Dr Sapp at Thurston Dental and I am so glad they did. I was very very anxious about going to the dentist and was afraid when my crown fell out that I would lose my tooth. From the moment I talked to the front office to my crown being reseated they were phenomenal. The office researched my insurance to see if I had coverage and when I didn’t they gave me a list of insurance to look at for future coverage, Dr Sapp and staff were wonderful, they squeezed me in and were able to reseat my crown. I am so grateful to all of the staff at Thurston Dental and I will be a customer in the future.
