This
er
is
so
over
burdened
and
understaffed
but
the
staff
who
are
there
are
all
amazing.
The
first
few
times
I
went
was
enough
for
me
to
start
going
all
the
way
to
UW
in
Seattle:
it
was
bad
and
the
lack
of
care
and
action
that
the
drs
would
take
was
scary.
I
have
a
disorder
that
causes
me
to
need
regular
hydration
and
twice
I
was
refused
hydration
and
would
have
had
to
pay
another
deductible
to
go
to
UW
if
my
family
hadn’t
been
there
to
advocate
for
me.
I
was
too
sick
to
do
it
at
the
time.
I’ve
had
a
few
emergencies
that
couldn’t
wait
in
the
last
few
months
and
I
had
to
go
to
a
local
er
there
was
no
other
choice.
The
staff
in
place
is
efficient,
kind,
respectful.
My
opinion
has
completely
been
changed.
I
was
terrified
to
have
an
emergency
and
have
to
go
here
just
8
months
ago.
The
amount
of
changes
have
been
made
are
amazing.
I
was
stuck
in
a
room
with
a
couple
of
drama
queen
bullies
today
that
I
would
have
refused
service
too.
They
were
rude,
threatening,
kept
getting
in
the
way
of
the
staff,
demanding
to
be
seen
for
a
non
emergency.
They
woman
was
an
entitled
pathetic
jerk
and
her
dude
was
reacting
to
her
escalation
it
was
appalling
the
behavior
they
had.
The
staff
handled
them
firmly
and
with
so
much
patience
and
grace.
I
was
to
the
point
where
I
had
thought
about
calling
security
as
they
were
making
up
all
sorts
of
stories
as
to
why
they
were
being
mistreated,
threatening
the
staff
and
causing
a
infantile
scene
to
the
point
I
talked
to
them
so
I
could
get
some
peace.
I
was
truly
impressed
with
the
nurses
tolerance
and
kindness.
It
took
a
long
time
but
it’s
an
emergency
room.
Expect
to
be
treated
by
priority
and
if
your
not
dieing
and
stable
your
going
to
wait
a
while.
They
really
need
a
larger
facility
and
more
staff
but
that’s
a
corporate
parasite
issue
and
has
nothing
to
do
with
the
personnel
on
the
floor.
They
are
amazing.
Thank
you
all.
