I would not recommend going here if you have a choice. I came here to get my teeth looked at because I had pain in my mouth. When I called the number, she scheduled me an appointment and said she'd send paperwork over. She never did, so I had to call again to get it sent over. Plus, when I came in for my appointment, the lady at the front desk was not very friendly and said I didn't actually have an appointment because there were technical difficulties and that time wasn't actually available. It was super frustrating to see how disorganized this office was. Then they said I had to go to the Olympia office (which is a lot more organized) to get my teeth looked at, and to come back to them the week after for orthodontics, because apparently only this office does orthodontics. Well, I came back this week and the lady at the front of orthodontics told me I had to fill out a patient form, and I told her I had done the exact sheet at the Olympia office, but she said she didn't have it and needed me to do it again. Then, when I had my actual appointment, they were about to do my X-rays again, even though I had already done it at the Olympia office. I told them I'd done all my X-rays, and they said their computer didn't work and they didn't have the X-rays. I kept on advocating for myself and eventually they went to check out in the front for my X-rays, and eventually found it and printed it. Then when I sat down to wait for the orthodontist, they said they don't fix metal retainers, even though they said that they would fix it last week. They even asked me why I came to that location because they don't do those orthodontic procedures, even though the people at the same office had told me the opposite. It was a super confusing and frustrating process, they seemed so disorganized, even within one location, that it made me not want to move forward with the procedure. The hygienists were friendly, but didn't seem like they knew all the important information. Overall, I would avoid this franchise and Lacey office specifically because they are extremely unorganized, unorganized, unknowledgeable, and will waste your time.

The front desk was great. Yhe dental assistant was great..Dr Chang has no perception of customer service. If you go here and care about being treated like a human, ask for someone else.

In the area on vacation from Florida and had an infected tooth and exposed nerve from a filling that fell out. This office not only fit me in for a consult same day, they also did the extraction. I was in a lot of pain and could barely talk. Hadn't ate or slept for 48 hours. They treated me very well. Extremely professional office. Really appreciate the staff and the surgeon. The pain is gone and I'm finally able to eat and rest. My only regret is I can't use them as my normal dentist.

What a great experience. I was so stressed out about having a root canal and it was just fine. I couldn't believe it. They talked me through everything. I was very impressed! They were all so nice too. Very happy

Too many weird or bad experiences to list over the years when I even manage to get in for an appointment— most appointments I schedule never come to fruition, and the ones that do have such a weird vibe or technical difficulties or general in professionalism. I’ve shown up several (!!) times just to find out my appointment has been cancelled without warning.

I was intrigued to notice that every staff member had big, beautiful smiles at the Olympia, WA office on Martin Way. Tina was the best of all! She was so kind, engaging & caring! You are so lucky to have her in your clinc! Dr. Ashour was also very kind + gracious & professional. The reception staff were very helpful by checking on my insurance reimbursement. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. It exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this place without hesitation. Joyce

They were very accommodating and kind. I have severe anxiety about dental work, but they made it a painless and quick process. I will definitely be back if I need any other work like that done!

Bright now told me they verified my insurance would cover the services and that I would owe 0$ for services rendered and I signed an agreement that I would pay 0$ for services. I've had several appointments and now Bright Now is telling me they made a mistake on their part and I owe hundred of dollars for each appointment and threatening to put full amount on my collections if I don't pay in full. I wish they would have have caught their mistake sooner from the start which was months ago. This doesn't seem legal and I would not recommend going here.

All the staff are excellent well trained and very courteous. Appointments are on time and easily made to fit my schedule. This is the best dental team I have ever utilized.

Very professional and caring. My only concern was the discomfort with digital pre-exam. Device was very sharp and caused sore spots. Dr. was very good at explaining what I needed to do. I wish to have him do my crown replacement please. I felt confident with him. Thankyou and see you soon. Karen B.
