Great friendly staff !!! Very clean establishment. We started off with the Gorgonzola Waffle Fries with the Jacked up option. The waffle fries are crisp on the outside and fluffy inside. This waffle nacho dish is amazing. One bit you taste Gorgonzola cheese. The next is is another cheese. The next bite is BBQ pulled pork and the next is bacon. Definitely a shared dish. The Poutine Burger is truly a different type of burger that will wow you. Great juicy beefy flavors with it along with the fries, gravy and mozzarella. The 571 is a classic with a double Patty. Tried a cider today, 2 town desert pear. Hit the spot with the burgers. They have quality beef here. I love a burger when you taste the beef through all the toppings. Put this on your list of must try burgers.

We were first exposed to the greatness of Stack 571 at their Vancouver location. Shocked to find this part of a mall. Nevertheless, we were pleasantly surprised to find a location in Olympia! It is one of our favorite burger spots so it was hard to pass up on an opportunity to sink out teeth into a juicy burger. The Three Pepper Bomb and the Bahn Mi Burger (on lettuce) are our favorites. You can't go wrong with any of the burgers. We also enjoy the brussel sprouts as an appetizer. To top of a great meal, their fresh milkshakes (strawberry) are always a good go to! Can't go wrong with burgers here!!

Have been passing through to watch in the theater attaches with the Mall. Wow! have I been missing out! My experience was pleasant and didn't have a major issue, except with an error with the check, no biggie it was fixed (even though our waitress states their register was new and updated it attempted charge me 4 pint sized beer even though I just ordered their famous 571 Beer sampler 🤔). Pay close attention to your check lol. Bottom line a good spot for adult beverages and gourmet beer. They sell Growlers here as well, while waiting for a movie time or taking a date. Stack 571 won't disappoint.

I've been here a few times now and the food has been great every time. The quality of ingredients is obviously very high. They have whisky and bourbon flights, so it's a great place to try some new drinks if you're into that. The parmesan truffle fries are worth the upgrade cost, and my favorite dipping sauce is... Well I'm not sure entirely, but I'd guess it's a roasted red pepper remoulade.

Delicious sandwiches and burgers. We liked their fries and dipping sauce as well. I’m glad the mall has a good burger place near the movie theater. They also have milkshakes and drinks.

This was me and my husbands first time coming to Stack 571 and we will definitely be coming back! The food was delicious and service was great! Shout out to our server, Zach, for making our time there even more enjoyable and being an overall great server! He's one of the reasons why we definitely will be making this one of our go to restaurants!

We ordered a mix of things. I liked the calamari and the Caesar although the salad is a little stressing heavy. The cauliflower was good. Brussel sprouts are a bit under cooked. Kids meal was the perfect size. We waited a really long time for someone to take our order after waiting 20 minutes to get in. I had to flag someone down. But once they realized the mistake they were over attentive. Everyone was very friendly and once orders were placed good came pretty quickly, with the kids meal prioritized. They did offer free shakes but we passed, and then they offered a sundae, which our kid was like, you can't say no to this. Atmosphere is a little more on the rowdy side but not so loud you can't talk. It would be fine for a date night and it's located next to the theatre if you want to catch a movie. The cocktails are pretty tasty. You can definitely bring kids. Parking may be an issue depending on time of day. If it's the weekend you might have to walk a little bit.

Fantastic service provided by Brittani along with an awesome meal! If you love heat, the pepper bomb is for you. Cool it down with a strawberry milkshake while you’re at it. Thank you! We will be back!

This place is clean with a good ambience. A bit under staffed, one server on shift, so when a table of 12 came in the manager took our table over and served our meal instead. Our burgers were good, the waffle fries were better. We also got a BBQ aioli and the fry dipping sauce was delicious. We would come back, but we would be wondering first if there was someplace better. Visit#2 Came back nothing changed. Consistancy is in their game!

The calamari was so tender with the perfect crisp on the outside, served over a bed of creamy coleslaw, it was *chef's kiss*. My boyfriend got the pb&j burger, it was AMAZING! Customer service was excellent, our server was on top of everything and so sweet.

Very quick, welcoming service! Amazing recommendations for drinks! The huckleberry smash cocktail was absolutely incredible, paired with their mushroom truffle burger, which has delicious oyster mushrooms! Nice early valentine's day dinner with my husband.

My husband and i went here after doing our Christmas shopping, the food and service was outstanding, the first time we went with our blind friend, and one of the service ladies helped him out, after bathroom use, walking to our table as i was coming for him from the other end, i thought that was so nice of her to help a customer like that. Now to the food part, this is quality food place, everything is perfectly made and the sides are something you just want to take home and nibble later. The portions are good enough for left overs like myself. Gyro burger was on their menu and that was so good its worth a try. They will take note if you're a regular too, they seem to care about your needs, as per se, they have an amazing staff here who are friendly and give you beer testers if you are sure about your drink choice. My husband has been appraising the bar tender for making his whiskey sour (i think thats what its called). We came back the next day because we really enjoyed the food and wanted "seconds" and he wanted few more drinks of the whiskey sour drink i had one of their dark cherry cider which paired perfectly with their alaskan salmon sandwich i was having. Once again the food was really good. And i cannot wait to go back.

One of my wife and I's preferred spots for a delicious meal. The food here is simple, but with enough complexity to be fun and novel. The burger selection is done up well, and the unique combinations of toppings make for a very enjoyable experience each time. The drink selection is incredible, both in variety of selection and in some exceptionally well done cocktail work by the bar staff. The staff tries hard, knows the menu options, and makes a point of trying to steer you towards things you may enjoy. I do feel they are slightly understaffed in front of house however, and would benefit from 1 or 2 more wait staff. The atmosphere doesn't particularly stand out, but it's neat and clean, and the whiskey bar is an impressive centerpiece to the location.

Brought the family here for a pre shopping lunch. Kids got the burger and fries and cleaned their plates to get that chocolate sundae. My wife picked the poutine burger which looked and tasted great especially paired with the truffle fries. I had the PB&J burger which was also excellent. We also tried the tempura Brussels sprouts which we so good even the kids had some. We will definitely be back.

Burgers and whiskey. As advertised This is a small scale chain but still gives a personal and unique feel with their niche burgers and other menu items. After realizing I had one nearby I got a “whiskey passport” and while exploring whiskeys I’ve tried quite a few of their burgers and haven’t had a bad one yet. I can remember at least one was a little more cooked than I’d like but the flavor more than made up for it. It’s not a gourmet burger joint but they are really good at making the burgers they advertise and they advertise some special burgers. And yeah they have a great whiskey selection. My wife has given it a shot a few times and hasn’t been a fan so I think it leans a little into the stereotypes of what men might like idk if that’s the case but take it as you will. They mostly do whiskey and burgers.

Surprisingly, this mall restaurant had the best burgers in a brick and mortar in all of Olympia. Hands down. No competition. Had to knock off two stars because it's in a mall, which is unfortunate, this place deserves a restaurant downtown. Sat at the bar and was helped immediately. Bartender was happy to take drink orders and make recommendations. The selection of whiskey is amazing, with lots of high end varieties and full lines from most distillers, including local makers and regional favorites. All the regulars were there too, along with some higher end and more expensive varieties. All on all, completely surprised by the quality of the experience, and how good the burgers were.

These guys were Great! Food was wonderful and so was the service! All the staff was really nice and smiled at us, and our waitress Rhonda really did so well... which is why I'm leaving this review. We were treated so well it made our experience so much more than being at a bigger joint. We will be back!

The dining area has a great atmosphere as the staff works on your amazing food and the whiskey display is grandiose. Sitting at the bar does not get you better service since the bar tender(s) are working on their drink orders plus with the large number of beers on tap, lucky if you get the chance to see them at all because they block the view. Yet the burgers are delicious and customizable. Will definitely make it a Whiskey Wednesdays and hoping they are 1/2 priced like at other area eateries.

If you're looking for creative fusion burgers and a splendid variety of beer🍺 and hard liquor🥃, then give Stack a try. You won't be disappointed. Yep a bit pricey, but service is fast and waitstaff are knowledgeable about drink profiles being able to explain and distinguish. But food is really good. Other than standard beverage fare a selection of ciders may be worth the visit. Even the milkshakes are loaded although can be w/out booze. ✔️ out the daily board offerings overhead which may tickle your fancy. Since it's in the Mall you can catch a 📽️ flick before or after. Can make for a nice date. Outdoor seating is weather permitting. Only drawback are the seats both in the bar and dining area...most uncomfortable. But if you like retro metal chairs then no worries. Otherwise, commendable on food and service.

Decent atmosphere for those looking for a lokey place to grab a bite to eat. A lot of whiskey and drinks to choose from. Their special drinks and meals change daily so be on the look out. Had the patty melt. Wasn’t expecting the amount of cheese on it other than that not bad.

Great burgers, great fries, great street corn, great fried green tomatoes, and ice cold glass of water! This was the first visit and we loved this place.

Honestly I was not expecting much but this place was pretty legit. Had the whole freakin ladder out and great selection. The happy hour is nuts!!! And the food has no business being so good. Very glad I picked this place over like the regular stuff like Olive Garden or outback and whatever. Great food.

We stopped in for a quick cocktail and we're very surprised at the selection of whiskey's. I had one of their signature Manhattans which was very good in a shot of some other type of whiskey that I literally liked my wife's drink was great we will come back again for food it looks good. Our servers were spot on.

571 burger is a spot where u should want to bring your friends or family and enjoy the atmosphere of great food well made drinks and the company of others! The staff here stays busy, but they are friendly and insightful and well versed in their offerings. Absolutely recommended to everyone.

Great rotating taps and a good way to try some new whiskeys depending on the day of visit. As they run different specials each day. Good burgers. Love how the beef tastes like it did from my childhood. Always a fun and enjoyable experience when we eat here. Great knowledgeable staff. The whiskey we had a while back was amazing. Hoping we can find a bottle someday.
