I would give 0 if I could. I have gone to the same taco bell for over 5 years. I spent 60 dollars on a pickup order. The drink portion didn't apply correctly on the order but the gentleman at the window was pleasant he helped me get the drinks I needed. I left to go home without checking said 60 dollar order so that I didn't hold up the drive thru as I have worked fast food in the past. I get home and am missing 2 chicken quesadillas add extra cheese and 2 orders of chips and cheese. That's it. Literally. My 2 boys dinner. So we call and the lady says no our manager is great they never mess up. And proceeded to belittle me and then hung up after I called her out on it. My husband then proceeded to drive to the taco bell to get our missing food. Upon finding out what he was there for she refused to help started screaming at him and threatened him and told him to leave. This is all via drive thru mind you. She said nope I don't believe you. We took pictures had receipts and everything was there except those items. She wouldn't even look yelled and said come tomorrow. Awesome that doesn't help my kids eat dinner. So she refused and said she was calling the cops. I would love to have my kids food that I ordered and paid for. Super uncalled for and extremely poor customer service. I manage 2 businesses and would never allow an employee to treat someone else or myself let alone a customer that way. Horrible. I will never be back, thanks for ruining my kids treat Friday dinner!

I understand the manager was training people. Our food took forever. We waited over a half hour inside to get our food. When we finally received our food, We grabbed it and brought it home. Of course it was cold and it was the wrong items. Plus we all got sick. My family will definitely not be going there ever again.

I ordered $30 of food, the fries were $1.99 a piece and both were ice cold. I went back inside and was very polite and asked for fresh fries. They waited 30 seconds, and gave me fries that were still cold. I went back in again, and they purposefully made me wait 10 minutes and I could hear them talking trash about me in the kitchen. Do your job right the first time and there wouldn’t have been an issue.

They forgot my pizza and then said I can come in today or tomorrow. Who ever eats Taco Bell 2 days in a row needs medical help. I want a refund. Bet that’s not on the menu apparently. Hey Taco Bell pay your employees more and do better!

They constantly mess up the order or leave items out of the order. For example nach cheese fries without the cheese sauce. Or order a supreme taco with no supreme. If you pay for something you should be able to receive it. I understand people make mistakes but at this particular Taco Bell there is always big mistakes.

I try to give them so many chances but i’m so disappointed. The last two visits i’ve had the workers were so rude. I’m always super polite to them. I got a $9 chicken quesadilla, it tasted like it had windex in it and they didn’t even cut the quesadilla 💀 I got a cheese quesadilla and they didn’t even melt the cheese and it was cold. If you don’t like your job then don’t work there.

When my Taco Bell order from the app was missing an item, Paula went above and WAY beyond to make it right. Five stars isn't enough. If only we lived closer to this location. We were thrilled with our service. Thank you Paula.

My boyfriend went thru the drivethru a little over a week ago and some of our items were incorrect. So, I called and spoke with an employee about it and gave my name and was told I could come in and have the incorrect items remade. Fast forward to today. I go into the store and explain the situation and the employee was going to remake the items. But then another employee said, "I recognize you from last week and I made your order correctly, we are not going to remake it." This employee 100% lied about recognizing me. So I explained that I had never even been to this store until today, that It was my boyfriend that went thru the drivethru when the order was initially made. The employee then proceeded to get very rude to me and called ME a liar when she was the one who was lying about recognizing me! Needless to say I did not get the incorrect items remade and was called a liar to my face by the person who was lying! Will NEVER go to this store EVER again and will make sure none of my friends or family do, either.

Before I went to this Taco Bell location I never really went to Taco Bell at all. I live over an hour away, if I ever want Taco Bell instead of going to the one that’s 45 min from me I drive to this location. Hands down the employees who work the night shift are the kindest, most hard working people I know. I always ordered a slushy and nacho fries, but now the nacho fries are gone:( anyways I love y’all so much after a long day you guys always cheer me up because you all are so sweet and If I owned the place I would give you all raises. I mean there could be a line of over ten cars and I’ll still get in line because I know I’m going to be up to the window in like less than 5 minutes. Even though it’s your job to be on time and work fast, most locations take FOR EVER, so you guys are great.

Ordered 2 burritos with extra sour cream. Only 1 came with extra sour cream. The tortillas were cold. Never had a cold tortilla from Taco Bell until tonight. I get the same burritos all the time and these weren’t nearly as full as other Taco Bell burritos. Cross this one off the list.

Nice staff, very polite. I have a rule I always follow. Always be nice to the people who are making your food. On occasion, I have seen people break this rule and scream at the staff for some dumb reason. In my humble opinion they get exactly what they deserve!

I have been going to this location for 20 years and this has been my worst experience. In the lonely world we live in, going into the restaurant to have a personal connection with another human being is why I get out of my car. But this time, there were 8 employees falling all over each other behind the count and a sign stating "Due to employee shortage, please use the touchscreen kiosk. I want a personal connection, but instead I am reduced to the same as a phone in order. I go in and have fun with staff by presenting a different unique name every day of the week. Bud no more. With Taco Bell pricing going up over 15% since 2021 and them removing my favorite items like the Tostada and Caramel Apple Empanada, I don't see why I should have to pay more money for less service and less options. And the young lady who offered to help me was told to help me at the kiosk while she was on her break. Poor leadership has led me to writing this review. I may never go back if my presence is too much of a burden on the manager on duty. I left without ordering any food and I may never go back.

Placed a order. They decided it was a good idea to put the pizza on the very bottom of the bag. Here was the results.

My main issue with this location is the night crew. The last four times we've gone, they've forgotten something every single time. Whole items, add ons, etc. Checked our soft taco box tonight and sure enough, missing add ons on every single item. At first, I went back and asked for those missing add ons on the side. Once I got home, realized half of our tacos didn't even get meat on them, one of like three basic ingredients that go into them. Beyond frustrating at this point. The night crew should stop smoking so much weed on the job, and I'm not saying that just because this is Taco Bell.

Google reviews has taught me that we go out to eat a bunch lol. This Taco Bell almost always gets the order right. We're always there late. Its nice that somewhere is still open late. Thank you Taco Bell and Safeway! The folks working are sweet kids, they get the order right most of the time.

I got a soft chicken burrito and a Diet Pepsi. The food was as expected, standard fast food. You order from a machine, not directly from the servers. I don't like that because it's so impersonal. And also I think it reduces available jobs. However, one of the servers assumed I needed help, and she worked the machine for me.

We had been there a few days prior and I had asked for no tomatoes on all the orders. The orders came back with lots of tomatoes all over the burritos and the tacos. When we went back to have them replace the meals they were super super nice and the stuff came back perfect this time They even gave us coupons for free tacos on our next visit. I was a bit apprehensive because I couldn't find our receipt but they didn't even ask for the dang thing. Like I said they were super nice and really helpful. We will definitely revisit that particular taco bell in the future

The West Olympia location is the best tacobell I've eaten at, as a customer by far! I've worked for this company since 2006, and honestly This location is also the best to work at! I Definitely recommend eating there and working there !!!!

I've ordered from here many times, and they've been consistently friendly, the food has been freshly prepared, and I haven't encountered any issues with my orders so far. Love having a Taco Bell in the neighborhood and VERY glad they brought back the Mexican Pizza, which is my favorite!

I am always disappointed when I get something more expensive from the menu because it all seems to taste the same. Lol. Other than that, it's Taco Bell and best only for the munchies. No hate, just truth. Otherwise, we are a taco truck couple here. Similar price and way fresher and yesteryear tastier.

This taco bell is one of the most consistently good taco bells I've ever been to. Everything you get here is warm, fresh, and delicious - this is a cut above the rest. Shout-outs to management and the employees for doing all they do to make the food here tasty AF!

Food was cooked fresh even for a mobile order! Staff was nice! My fiancé is a former Taco Bell employee and she said that the lobby was so clean and the food was so fresh! Definitely coming back in the day time!

As far as Taco Bell's go the food is just as good as the next Taco Bell. What sets this one apart from the rest is the service. I honestly have always had a great drive thru experience here.

One of the few options available when I get off work at 2am. At least they're actually open when they say they will be, which is a lot more than I can say for other restaurants lately. The food was fast and hot, and the people were friendly. I'm assuming everyone knows what taco bell tastes like by this point. The food tasted like taco bell should.

Ordering through the app is very convenient and easy The restaurant was well-staffed at midnight but still managed to get the order wrong. I understand mistakes will happen but the response to the mistake was sub-par I had to get all the way home and then come back and wait in line for an item that was not included. I should have been offered an item to compensate for my time and inconvenience

New to Olympia (July 21), late post! I've never reviewed a Taco Bell! But this location deserves 10 stars! I am always so impressed with the speed and friendliness of this location! The staff is always helpful and I can honestly say not once, have I ever had bad service or even an attitude from a single person. With this economy and non appreciation for the work the service industry has had to deal with, not to mention safety, and to still have such a great experience speaks volumes for the staff, managers, and district manager! Thanks W Oly TacoBell! Especially Kim and Zach! 🙂

All three of my burritos were cold and I paid for expedited service. I'll give 1 star reviews until businesses demand fair business tactics from Uber. Don't let them submit the order to you until they have a driver secured?????? Seems business 101 to me. Hello!

Went thru the drive thru around 12:30am. Ordered two tacos no lettuce & 2 burritos no red/onion, add sour. Got cold burritos and tacos w/lettuce. Go back thru get a replacement order..... burritos covered in red sauce. I can't eat the red sauce. And this was discovered right as I hit Steamboat; too far gone to turn back for a third trip. So after two trips to fix one order, half my dinner went out the window to feed the crows. They'll be happy. I'm still hungry, and now disappointed. It wasn't even busy 🫤

The food tasted good and the burritos stayed together while we ate it. It came out super quick from the kitchen, too. But JESUS. Not a single Taco Bell location labels the food. I can’t have meat or dairy (my body hates it) and my fiancé definitely can. But we NEVER know who’s is who’s when we get the food. So he has to bite into each thing or we have to dissect everything in order to know what is mine. It’s really not that hard to cross off the picture of cheese and/or the picture of meat on the wrappers that already have those indicators.

I like the boxes and free drinks for seniors. HEY! I may be old, but, I saw all the cool bands 😎👍🤟

Best Taco Bell I have experienced so far. Every time we go here, the staff is always super friendly, they always get the order right no matter how big it is, and they are fast! Big kudos to all the staff at this location, you all rock!
