    If I could leave no stars that would be more acceptable. The young man working tonight doesn’t know what he is doing. He was more concerned with chatting with his friends the concentrating on what he needs to do. While making the BMT he grabbed a handful of pepperoni, started putting them on the sandwich when he dropped a slice in the catch all! He picked it up put back in his hand and proceeded to put the pep on the sandwich! While his friends are laughing loudly and cursing about a video they were watching. When the young boy making the sandwich gets to the sauces he puts it on the very tip top as he had no space for not building the sand which correctly to put any of the veggies actually on it! So the sauce was basically on the outside! Not to mention the smell of the place is horrid and the gunk built up on the fan y’all have blowing right on all of the open food! I will never be back! Disgusting! Horrible customer service! Hiring children who could care less how to keep a place running properly! Just horrid!

    Came at 9:30 and expected it to be ready for closing in 30 min, employees cleaning etc. Nope! Huge mess. Food everywhere. Cookies smashed in case. Just...what? My presence was barely tolerated by distracted employees. Then they forgot the cheese -- I'd ordered extra cheese. Never mess with my cheese content people!

    The food is what you would expect! Decent subs. But the staff could do with trying to care a little more about customer service. While I understand sometimes your not in the best mood and we are human. They person who helped us today didn’t really care at all. Unfortunately I won’t be going back.

    ****UPDATE**** After reading at least the past year's worth of reviews, my partner & I will no longer be returning to Subway, especially not this location. This Subway no longer accepts coupons. Won't be returning to Subway anymore. :( This Subway used to be awesome for a quick bite a night after a long day at work. They stopped offering any of the items that I would normally order, after a certain time. Apparently now they are understaffed so they are closing before 10pm. Just extremely disappointed.

    I no longer shop at Subway. They no longer take their own coupons. They tell me they're not a real Subway that they own their own store. And don't have to comply with Subway's advertising.

    They have a fruit fly problem in there soda machine, I had 6 flys in a single drink last time I was in and it's clear they are not cleaning it. Not sure it was from the food but two of my coworkers got sick after eating here too.

    The manager needs to be aware that his workers are wearing earpods while trying to hear the customer give their order. It gets annoying when you need to repeat yourself multiple times while your worker is listening to Fergie!

    My family and I stopped for a sandwich, the lady said it was going to take a long time for her to make 7 sandwich’s , or other option was to wait for another employee to arrive, but she didn’t know how long that was going to be. She clearly didn’t want to make our order. I don’t know how they want to stay open for business.

    Husband and I went to get a sandwich today and the man serving me was not happy and it was clear he didn’t want to be there. When I asked if he was doing alright he gave me a look that was definitely threatening. I will never go back to that sandwich shop. Not sure how this business can thrive with people like that.

    Got dinner for bf and his friend. Bf ate his Sammy and said it was okay. Got him a 6in sweet onion chicken with lettuce, green peppers, cucumber and tomato. Also a 6 in pepperoni with same veggies. Not bad but nothing special, rather basic. To expensive for what it was!

    Went on lunch sat there most of my lunch watching the employees make every single mobile order before asking me what I wanted, then after toasting my bread the next employee took it like it was for a mobile order and started adding veggies that was on the mobile order, I don't have all the time in the world to sit and wait for orders to be completed for people who are not there, thanks for wasting my entire lunch because your poorly trained employees fail to make sandwiches, you don't answer every phone call you get before helping the customer in front of you, you should do the same with mobile orders

    Food was ok. The employee Jordon was extremely rude and and his comments were smart alec but yet he was overly nice to the customer behind me. Very disappointing customer service I don't understand if you don't like to be in customer service then change your profession there's no need to be rude to people because you don't like your job ridiculous

    Mr. Jordan yelled at me and told me that he was not going to take my coupon. This person is in a bad mood every day but now he was throwing the food in the pan. They do not have to have employees of this type 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

    Employee stopped after build to ring me up, then finished cutting and wrapping, never taking gloves off the entire time. Don't touch the till and money then food! Don't contaminate the buttons with meat juice! Health code violation. Build quality was very good, but seriously?

    Every time I’ve used food delivery apps and ordered sandwiches from this location, I select the option for adding avocado to my sandwich, and pay the extra fee for it, and every time it has arrived without avocado. I know working in fast food is hard, and the employees don’t get paid enough to care that much. But also if I’m paying extra for something, it should be included. I now only ever go there in person so that they’ll actually put the avocado on my sandwiches. They always do a good job when I’m there, I just don’t recommend ordering online from this location if you want your order to be right!

    This is for a mobile order. Paid for double meat. Didn't get it. Asked for extra onion, and there was barely any vegetables, including barely any onion. Wife's sandwich had the wrong cheese. I tried calling twice to complain, but the call drops/they hang up. Sandwich didn't appear or taste like it had any of the sauce I asked for. Waste of $30. Not the first time they've messed up my online order, but definitely the last time I give them business.

    Sandwich maker cut the bread from the top so I asked her to cut it straight across like normal she said what she was doing is normal and I said I've been shopping here for years and it's never been cut like that before and she was rude to me and passed me on to the other sandwich maker

    I don't generally write reviews. Only when I feel strongly about a negative or positive experience. In this case, my experience was a very bad one. The employee was not at all friendly. She was just dumping toppings on my sandwich. Tons of meat (I did not ask for extra meat). Very little veggies and when I asked for more she just haphazardly put them on. The sauce was WAY over done. Final result was an overstuffed and messy sandwich with mayo oozing out from every direction. I was in a decent mood when entering the store. After leaving I was annoyed and also confused why the employee was so rude and angry at what seemed to be my mere presence. I will not be going to the West side Subway again. Very unprofessional bordering on upsetting service.

    Normally I love subway! But tonight was terrible! The bacon wasn’t warmed up like normal and the sandwich was sloppy! And they didn’t put my jalapeños my kid said she told them! So much mustered it’s nuts!!!
