This was our first time trying this place and our first time ordering through Ubereats. Once the food arrived, we checked the bag to make sure everything was there but before we could tell him the soup was missing he had already left. No big deal. We'll just call bobby jayz and get our soup or a refund because we paid for it. So we then call them and let them know politely, because again, it was no big deal, that they forgot the soup. Now, it came with all the soup stuff like a spoon, crackers and even the sandwich on the side, but the guy proceeded to say that “it didn’t come up on his end.” He then fixes it and hangs up. Umm ok... If it didn’t come up on there end, we would’t have gotten the half sandwich and the soup stuff which comes with the soup of the day. So the lie detector test determined that was a lie. Just say you forgot. Then one of our chicken burgers was burnt so we politely called about that and the guy gave us serious attitude and hung up in our faces. How is it that this is okay? We didn’t make the food, we didn’t mess up the order, we didn’t forget... BOBBY JAYZ did! So the customer resolve here disgusting. My sister doesn’t want to eat the soup because she fears they may have spit in it and she needs it because she is extremely sick. They just threw the soup in. It’s all over the cup. Inconsiderate jerks. Never eating here again! Will be posting on every review site!

So busy during lunchtime here. I waited 15 min for a burger. It was nothing special.. just a burger. Plenty of seating. Make sure you stand in the correct line. One is for the grill and the other is for salad and sandwiches. You can also order your custom coffee next to the register. Prices are fair. Enjoy!

They made tamales on Friday. A suggestion for them to first learn how to make them and season them. Good intention, but bad quality. Unfortunately. The masa was halfway raw, and falling apart, tasteless. A mistake really. A waste of money.

Good selection of food at a reasonable prices. Daily specials. Close to most state agencies. Parking on site for a fee or meter parking on the street. Worth the visit.

I have breakfast here almost every morning. The staff are wonderful (and full of good fun to brighten your day) and the food is delicious

Took awhile for a Reuben sandwich. Made to order, so make sure if your in a hurry. Get something from the receiving line.

Great breakfast burritos and sandwiches, lunches are hit or miss but the grill stuff is usually great! Friendly staff.
