The listing is wrong, this is Buck's Fifth Avenue. The woman who runs the store is awesome, the selection is great. If you are not sure about a spice she might give you a sample to take home. This is the standard for my spice shops now. I only buy spices here. If you want great spices for great prices from a local vendor then this is the only place you will ever visit. Heck, even if you only care about one of those 3 things then this is your place.

If they don't have what you are looking for they will get and ship it to you anywhere in the world. Beware, if you have been buying your spices in little jars at the grocery this shop will change your life. I love this little shop and I think the staff is great.

I was given excellent service. The young lady was very friendly. I have been to spice stores in huge cities that didn't have a few of the items I saw here. I will go back for a few more obscure items as well as tea.

Me and my daughter came into this store and had the most horrible experience of our lives. The old lady who owns or runs this place is a horrible bitter old hag. She refused to serve us because we had brought our own reusable bag for our spices, which we had ordered on Amazon specifically for spices. She wanted to argue and tell us that our bag was completely wrong and that we were stupid for not listening to her. This is the exact attitude from that generation that has divided our country so. They use plastic bags, which is something we are trying to be rid of because of the damage they cause for our wildlife and our planet. I will never again go into that store unless it is to give that old bat a piece of my mind!

We love the variety and my husband particularly likes being able to get the african curry he grew up with back in South Africa.

Best selection of rare spices and fantastic teas. I regularly drive down from Tacoma just to stock up. The service is very hands-off, but the moment you have a question or need something, all you have to do is ask. I love the fact that you can buy a quarter pound or a quarter teaspoon of whatever you need - so no wasted spices and money if you're just trying out a recipe for the first time! I send all my culinary friends to Buck's.

I love visiting the park any time of year, but especially in April.

I was really looking forward to shopping here. When I cook I like to keep my food pretty plain, but my husband loves to drown his food in sauces, so I felt that using spices would be a fair compromise for the both of us. I pass this store all the time, so today I stopped by. I walked in and there was a woman sitting behind a table and a woman standing in front of the table, they both were talking to one another. I walked around a bit, a good 15 minutes and I didn't get a "hello" or "can I help you" or anything, not even a nod. The two ladies were in a long drawn out conversation about some cafe that was understaffed and so the amount of tables available were blah, blah, blah......how rude! I was the only customer in the store! Can I have some assistance please? After being ignored for so long I just walked out and of course I never got a "bye" or "thanks for coming". I really wanted to like this place, it had some great reviews, and was really looking forward to making some delicious dishes, but their customer service sucked so bad that I never had the opportunity to make a purchase. Can you please hire staff that can provide some sort of customer service, thanks....not for me, because I will never waste my time coming back here again, but so that no one will ever have to feel so invisible in your store ever again, thanks.

Incredible selection. Everything is fresh and you can smell whatever you would like. I find the staff knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful each time I go in. Buy as little or as much as you might need of any spice. Great for trying out exotic recipes!

Great place, his selection, very comfortable environment. Usually two people there chatting just waiting to help a customer if they needed were to simply ask for it. If someone were to just ask the store owner or manager they would be treated so warmly and cordially like they were a long time customer that is called and respected. However, if you don't open your mouth or even ask for assistance they will let you browse. Great shop. I recommend it highly
