We look forward to checking out with the awesome cashier, Michael, every week. These folks who work here are such an important part of our community and are such nice people to see on the regular. We appreciate this sweet crew at Grocery Outlet! Best place to get your pantry staples!

filing a complaint in person as well as yo the store GM. worst customer service I've ever experienced from one of the employees. He follow me around the store for 30 mins to make sure i kept my mask on the bridge of my nose. I just worked a 14 hour day and I was yawning. my chin pulled my mask a inch down my nose but not off. but he had to follow me around and tell me twice that he would kick me out if it happened again. I watched him follow me from isle to isle, how would you feel if everything you looked over your sholder a little stick of a man was waiting to kick you out for not pulling your mask up fast enough after you yawned or took a deep breath. some people are just doing their jobs. but some seem to enjoy making other people's lives even worse during this pandemic. the employees name is Michael. tall skinny with glasses. worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Michael (Xena) had the best customer service! Super nice and such a a sweet person he should be a manager if he's not your missing a good employee! Definitely will be back just for him! Quit the disrespect on him he deserves better!

Grocery outlet is the best! It’s where I go to get affordable special things. I like to get their bags of turmeric and ashwaganda! They’ve had a lot of different powdered herbs and other stuff like that for a long time now. There was some maca and cacao last time I was there. I saw moringa powder and green tea! Now that inflation is gnarly grocery outlet is the best.

Best prices on everything! My faves are the great selections of domestic and imported cheese and wine at seriously reduced prices I can afford on my retirement income. Thank you, Grocery Outlet!!

They do not honor their own listed prices. I had to go take a picture because they weren't ringing up for what they were supposed to and then the manager told me she wouldn't sell them to me for the price they were listed. What a joke. And the best part is half the tomatoes were moldy to begin with.

This is a great supermarket that lives up to its name. They carry all types of canned and variety of fresh and frozen food as well as dairy products, cheeses, and lunch meats at a super discount price. Occasionally I’ll find an item I’ve not tried before, that’s one of the things that makes shopping here fun. They have a great selection of snacks, chips, and candy selection. There’s great prices on beer and wine here as well. also, they have a great selection of personal care products and my variety of miscellaneous items that also makes shopping here very interesting. It’s what keeps me coming back. They have great check out clerks, always friendly, and best of all no self service. TG!

The Grocery Outlet on Harrison is one of my favorite stores. This location seems to have more deals than the Lacey or Yelm stores. Will usually find deep discounts on cheese, yogurt, lunch meat and coffee. Wonderful staff and if the checkout lines get too long they will open more registers to speed things along.

I was just made extremely uncomfortable by an older gentleman working here. My cashier was awesome though. I forgot my bags in the car and asked the cashier to ring up my items and put them back into the handbasket. He said of course and was very nice. I walked out and was followed by this older man ho stood next to me as I unloaded my items into my car. I awkwardly said hello to him and he just stood there watching me. When I was done I asked him if he was waiting for my basket back. He was very rude and proceeded to tell me they weren't allowed outside because they get stolen. My cashier never told me this so I felt like I was being accused of stealing or something. I drove away feeling embarrassed, angry and annoyed. It would've been different if he was nice about it. He never even smiled even though I smiled at him. 0/10 experience just from this encounter. If you're going to police your customers at least be nice about it

I love the old school decor of this Outlet Store. I also appreciate lower prices on everything from produce to canned goods. This is a good, friendly place to shop!

I found most of the items I was looking for. Prices are very low on some items, the staff is always pleasant.

This is a great grocery store to find popular healthy choice items that are generally quite expensive at big box stores. I especially like the selection of organic and natural products as well as a really well stocked health and beauty section. There are lots of children's vitamins and cough and cold meds (specifically Zarbees) at really reasonable prices comparatively.

Good place to find affordable vegan and vegetarian food. Unfortunately, they throw out anything a little past best buy date, including vegan drinks that will last for quite a while, instead of giving them away. Always had good customer service. Hopefully they pay more than minimum wage.

Funky business model makes this place amazing. Stuff you usually won't find at other places as well as old familiars at great prices make this store worth going to. Great prices on wine.

Sketchy lot, and the store gets more than its share of questionable folks inside, but I love this store. I almost always grab a cart because I know I'm going to buy more than I planned. Great deals. Random products. Staff members are polite.

It's one of the worst stores I've ever been to. The employees change constantly, they had one girl training 4 new employees. And the store feels rude and unwelcoming.

I appreciate the niche this store fills. Good prices and friendly staff. I find some brands and products here I see anywhere else. The other day I bought 2 lbs of end-of-season strawberries for $5. Can't beat that!

One of my favorite stores to shop. Store and truck overruns and much more. Great prices! We shop for vegetables, bread and bags of small avocados first here plus all the surprises! Best place and price for bagged ice. 😎

"I am Woman hear me roar" 💪🎓👠 I could not be more impressed! All female crew! Professional, Fast, Efficient. I've always liked this shop, and have been there before when there were women working, but yesterday it was an all female crew & wow 👍 Any young girl daddy -should- feel very proud to have their ride serviced at this shop in Olympia WA, just knowing that their Daughters could, one day, be their own generation of Strong Woman 👠🎓💪

Grocery Outlet gets its'wonderful prices from buying odd lots. So if you see something you & your family will LOVE at a great price, buy A LOT. You will not regret it & they may not be able to carry it ever again. That being said. I fed around 6-8 people (including growing teen boys) regularly for several years at about 1/3 of the normal grocery cost! Highly recommend it to parents with a budget!

Some things were same price as normal stores. Good selection. Easy parking.

Great variety of quality food products. Staff was friendly, and went out of their way to help me locate a specialty product. Price was beyond reasonable and there was no wait to check out. Definitely recommend shopping here.

The people who work here are all really nice. They have a great selection of cheeses, gluten free items, beers and other things. It's always a treasure hunt.

I love this store.. The prices are the best in town and the owners and staff are helpful and available. Great variety including Their NOSH selection that seems to be growing every week. Organic veggies, plantbased meats and cheeses and 10 % off every Saturday for Seniors. If you are a snacker, save yourself a trip to Costco because they have a big selection to choose from. I'm not currently a big consummer of beer and wine but if I were, the selection and prices are amazing.

sometimes great deals, other times not. Definitely not a place I could do all my regular grocery shopping, but it's fun to go and score some deals sometimes!

  • 4/5 Aurora M. 1 year ago on Google
It's a great place for deals, but some items are luck based to find in stock. Great for main food supplies, and occasional surprises.

To shop this close to my home Don't usually go there to buy something in particular as their stock usually changes. It might be my only suggestion for anybody going to grocery out there
