This location has been very quiet and friendly. Haven't found too many great gems here yet.

Love the new holiday hours of open till midnight. I needed that time to shop for our adopt a family at work. This made it easy for me to get both household items and clothing items for them...plus some dog toys for my little one. I was going to run to a department store but found everything I needed here. Thank you ROSS for saving the day. Staff was super nice. Always there to answer questions. 👍👍

Isabella is the best most efficient worker and deserves a raise. This employee knows how to run a store! Very grateful for the speediest check out ever! Only down side is stores men sections is very small.

Great store for all your clothing and household needs. Prices are super cheap compared to department stores as they always sell surplus items. Shopping is a nice experience with no excessive crowds. Things can be a bit disorganized but it's expected for a place like this as they have limited staff.

Due to drug addicts stealing duffle bags of clothing I don't always feel safe letting my kids come shopping here with my wife and I. The stores usually picked over pretty good. But if you come there first thing in the morning when they get their new shipment, and there's lots of stuff out. You can find some really good deals here. The staff is really friendly. Too bad the drug addicts frequent this place

Happy happy 😊 everyone is really nice and found a lot of goodies haven't been there since 2010 going back every month for good deals.

I called to see if they had any spooky purses on the floor at all and expressed I just wanted to check before I drove down there. (Said it was a long drive) The lady just said “I don’t know maybe, I think there is?” But wouldn’t take two seconds to check. She just ignored me when I asked. I drove down there and there was none. Just felt like poor customer service and super rude.

I had a huge clothing order and the lady working was awesome nice fast and so were the other employees really great experience

This Ross had empty shelves but seemed clean enough and not too many scary people roaming this one at the time we went! Didn’t find anything I went for hopefully they will fill up the shelves soon.

bought some random stuff for wife’s stocking…. there had to be 20 people in line with two cashiers just getting slammed the day before xmas eve. management didn’t seem to notice/care so i probably had to wait in line close to a half hour before i got up to the register

I have been trying to go here for 3 months to find clothes and shoes. The more I go the more unorganized it gets. The selection is very limited as well. I'm very disappointed. Came back in January and I'm not even sure why this store is still standing! Hardly anything here.

Don't shop here much other than for work clothes. Usually super busy and chaotic but it gets the job done for a decent price! Not my thang for personal clothes unless I want to dress like half of Olympia. Overall, the perfect place for work clothes or knick knacks for around the house. Maybe look elsewhere for anything else! 🥴

This was a nice store. The layout was clean and well organized. And the selection very good. Lots of sports, apparel, and activewear that guys like to hog on!. The bedding accessories was what I was looking for and they had a great selection. I can’t answer for the women’s section or the children’s cause I’m a guy. But I am sure that given the number of women in the store I would say that the selection is great. Nice people and nice prices!

West Oly ross is hands down better than the lacey store. Much cleaner, staff nicer and more helpful and has full rakes of clothing where lacey does not. More variety

This location had a lot of shoe and dresses options. There was plenty of parking. Great selection of baby clothing too. Could be a bit cleaner and the security alarms kept going off.

Decent variety at good prices. I will never purchase food, makeup, cups, etc., because nearly all of that seems to be from China. We don't use anything that will be used in our on our bodies that come from China. Like most places these days, they seem to be perpetually short-staffed. We were lucky yesterday because they had one firing room open, but frequently they have no rooms available.

I've been to this Ross 2 years back, when I was visiting from California I didn't have any issues. I returned this year. The workers were extremely rude. The whole time I was shopping there 2 of the workers were staring me down! I though I was just imagining things, so I just ignored them. I was looking for a long summer dress for a niece of mine.I found 3-4 cute dresses, I was trying to decide which one to take so I hang them in a way I could see them side by side. One of the worker just came to my face snatched the dresses and told me in a very rude and obnoxious way : "Put the dresses back at the right place MA'AM! Like this! THANK YOU!" She just took all the dresses and hang them back!!! I felt so disrespected! I just left the store. They lost a customer. My cart was full! I NEVER EVER encounter this type of problem before in my ENTIRE LIFE!!! I will NEVER return to this Ross!

First time in a Ross store and I love it. Prices are fantastic. Didn't get to look at everything in store and will be going back real soon. Love this store & it's better than Walmart prices too.

I just made a quick stop into Ross on Pacific Ave. & Fones Rd to look for shoes. I have always hesitated going to this particular Ross because for many years the store was not well taken care of by its employees. There was always clutter in a lot of aisles, the floors looked like they hadn't been swept in months, & many of the young employees that worked there in the past were always playing around or yucking it up & they ignored the customers. But today, I walked into a totally different scene. The place has been rearranged & it even looks bigger inside now! I was greeted at the door by an employee & even the clerks at the registers all welcomed me to the store! The employees that I saw all seemed to be a bit older than who they use to hire there. The racks were organized & the aisles were wider & clear of clutter. In fact, this particular store has a much better selection of clothes than the store on the Westside! Well done, Ross!

So worth the drive. I love smack in the middle of Lakewood and Lacey and would do the extra 2 minutes any day to go to this Ross. Employees are very nice and better availability of items.

staff is always nice and helpful and super friendly i never have luck with shoes here but they do have a lot for children prices are great they have a lot of great skincare for cheap and even name brand make up tat you can find here for cheap as well great value great service

Would give this store negative stars if I could ! For the last 3 months they have not had a single good size 12 shoe ! Get it together

Wasn't the real slim shady.... Obviously Joshua and Tiffany or Larry and Vicky are still signed into our email accounts - which would be why they were here... Ross is part of the "COPY CENTER." ... So I don't know how to feel about Ross - helping criminals copy people for Identity theft and "get away" purposes ... I am gonna say; no thanks.

I was really hoping I could find a couple shirts or shorts or something but maybe I'm just blind . I feel as though when it comes to men's clothing they definitely could use a little help in that dept..

One of the few stores where you can get an entire outfit and not break your bank you can buy several outfits and for pretty cheap. They have a clean Store Friendly service sometimes it's hard to find but it's a big store so I take that into consideration. They have a lot of cute little impulse items you can buy there

Kids are going back to school so the store looked like it needed restocking. Didn't really find anything good.

They have such a beautiful assortment of dresses at this store so I love shopping there. And I really appreciate the two ladies who work there at the fitting rooms who let me use their restroom cuz I wasn't feeling good at all. Thanks again Ross! Your one of my favorite places to shop!

This place is cool, but there is only ever one cashier, I’ve litterally waited 20 minutes in line. Today, I just walked out. It’s sad leaving one girl up there to take the heat like that! Send someone else up and close the dressing room for god sakes.

Came in as usual, wanted to try on a couple of things and the older African American lady working the fitting room area was very rude. With smart remarks, I could do without, and as I was walking back to the fitting rooms another lady walked out and the worker gave her the 4th degree. She spoke to that lady like she was her mother and I’m glad I’m no child of hers. I’m currently standing in line as I’m writing this disgusted at how she treats customers. She clearly needs an attitude adjustment, and a customer service training.

Good department store with all the basics we needed. Clothes and some luggage for a trip. Staff was polite and friendly as well.

Me and my son had so much fun shoping here the people here were kind and nice. this place has so many things to look at and your always bound to find something you know someone will love if you're getting a gift for someone .

Store is stocked to the ceiling with great selection of everything you want for gifting at wonderful LOW PRICES! I have never seen such a nice ROSS ever! A lovely sales clerk even asked me if I needed help!!! Ten star shopping!

I have found many great items at this location over the years but the past year it's been really hit or miss. I wear a size 10 women's shoes and they used to have lots of good boots and stuff but now they hardly have more than a couple of pairs of shoes period. But, like I said, you can definitely find something if you really search.

I’d give ZERO STARS if possible. Rudely followed around in store by security, who were dumbfounded when I reached into my sling purse and pulled out my 6 week puppy. No apology given, asked to leave my purse with the dressing room attendant before using the bathroom. UGH NO, not leaving my keys wallet phone etc. with a stranger while I use the restroom. On what planet is that ever ok to ask? Told I couldn’t use the restroom after spending $250+ also charged $49.99 for boots marked clearance of $22.99 the checker ripped off the sticker from inside the boot. This store is TERRIBLE TO CUSTOMERS, I REGRET GOING IN AND SPENDING MONEY. Have you heard of customer service and at least TRYING to be decent to the ones who keep your store in business? The customer? Left feeling ANGRY AND YOUVE LOST A CASH PAYING CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. Well done..you staff deserve a pat on the back good job

Was disappointed. It was disorganized with cages of clothes blocking pathways where I could not go where I needed to go. Was there in late afternoon. Needed a couple of questions answered, and of the three that I talked to, they did not know the answers and came across as if they did not care. I left very dissatisfied. I use to enjoy shopping there but today not so much.
