Great store, would give 5 stars if the quality was better. My kids' clothes usually don't last very long, but they always have cool designs.

Ashley is a super nice manger but the front staff (cashiers) need to be trained better on returns and professionalism. I tried to return a pair of sweats that were not worn and that just were not my style and the cashier went through the whole process of refunding me just to look at the pants before running my car and tell me that they look worn and can’t give me a refund. Very unprofessional and I will no longer be going back to the capitol mall H&M

Looking for a particular type of pants, found them and, in my size.

Had a bad experience with a woman at the register. She didn’t apologize instead she blamed on other that did the wrong tag. It was a huge waste of the time when I had only a little time to do shopping with a toddler. Very bad customer service. If a manager here can see it. Please reach out to me! Thank you!

Highly organized and has a lot of options. The changing rooms are okay, but their lack of staff is kind of insane. They only have 2 staff upfront to pay and there is hardly someone who is checking people for the changing rooms at the changing rooms.

They take donations of used fabric items to recycle the fiber into new clothes and give customers a discount for their donations.

Awesome place to buy inexpensive office attire and casual clothes. There's a kid's section as well. Everyone was very helpful locating what I needed.

I wish they made the kid's lines for adults. My wardrobe would be so much more exciting! Also a great place for basics + they have low-price clearance racks (read: cheaper than target)

I’m disappointed. I wandered in today killing time and saw there was some good sales racks so I found 4 things on the sale rack that were clearly marked on the tag half price plus some other things around the store for regular price. One of those regular priced items was a 6 pack of gold earrings. As I got up to the counter the cashier takes the earrings and one of them fell off onto the floor. She quickly picked it up and was trying to put it back on the little cardboard thing that holds the earrings while ringing up my other items. No worries at all. My total was a little higher than I thought it would be but the place was busy and I figured it was right since I’m never good at estimating how much I spent (yes, it’s usually under what I actually spent lol). Once I got home and went through the bag, I realized that the pack of earrings was not in there and after looking at the receipt, I was definitely charged for them plus some of the items that were on the half off rack AND had a sticker with the lower price on the tags were rang up as full price. I would have gone back to the store but I live out of town and it would have been another hour trip to go back. So I call their customer service. I was hoping to just call the store and talk to someone there to see if the cashier remembered me and the earring situation and maybe they were still on the counter waiting for me to come back. I was going to let the sale items that were rang up full price slide, I just wanted the earrings. Especially because I paid for them. However, when you call their number it goes to a customer service line. I told her the situation and what store I was in and she seemed hesitant but willing to help. She told me she would call the store I was shopping at (Olympia) and be back while I stayed on the line and to just give her a couple minutes. I was going to see if they could just hold them there for me until tomorrow. But, after 5 minutes of being on hold.. they hung up! Ugh! Not sure if it’s even worth calling back and there’s no way I am able to make it back to the store today. :(

Attentive staff very friendly! Always love that I can pick up essential clothing items at a great price. Very clean store fitting rooms were open and sanitized regularly.

Some of their cheaper are see through, but the price sets the quality you'll get.

I was surprised to find quality lined dresses in my size at a very reasonable price. Would have been tempted to buy them if they only had pockets. Sales rack was junk and not so reasonable.

Sorry not my type of clothes 🤷‍♀️ and ive found grumpy women will most likely be in there...also some cheep clothing over priced.
