Just
make
me
an
appointment,
please!
I
just
signed
up
with
Kaiser
and
am
trying
to
get
established
with
a
primary
care
physician.
I
selected
several
providers
after
reviewing
their
profiles
on
the
list
of
doctors
at
the
Olympia
location
who
were
listed
as
available
and
taking
new
patients.
I
then
called
the
listed
appointment
line
to
set
up
an
appointment
with
any
of
those
providers.
The
recording
said
that
my
wait
time
was
going
to
be
88
minutes.
It
turned
out
to
be
1
hour
and
50
minutes.
I
then
connected
with
a
receptionist
located
in
Spokane
who
could
not
find
any
of
the
several
providers
I
had
found
but
finally
offered,
after
more
than
30
minutes,
2
providers
not
listed
on
Kaiser's
web
site.
Total
call
time:
2h
37min.
At
this
point
I
haven't
decided
whether
to
take
my
chances
or
to
go
back
to
my
previous
health
plan
as
the
Kaiser
scheduling
and
website
appear
to
be
a
holy
mess.
I
just
modified
my
review
from
one
star
to
three
stars
but
really
there
should
be
two
sets
of
reviews,
one
with
one
star
and
one
with
five
stars.
Once
I
finally
got
inside
the
system
I
found
the
providers
to
be
very
compassionate,
conscientious,
and
knowledgeable.
They
have
also
reached
out
with
phone
calls
to
me
from
time
to
time.
It
is
unfortunate
that
they
do
not
have
an
efficient
and
relevant
phone
system
and
that
the
website
is
not
accurate
and
current
with
their
available
providers.
