Plain and simple, they saved my life!!! I've been getting treated for liver cancer for around 3 years now and between the Olympia and Seattle doctors nurses and support staff , I'm almost cancer free. Great people who care about their patients and always go that extra mile!!!

My healthcare team led by Dr Albert Keep always demonstrates professionalism while expressing compassion, carefully listening to me and making treatment or medication recommendations after discussion.

Today I went into the lab for blood draw and Enas El-Mobdy was the lab tech I worked with. I have had issues before with techs not being able to find my veins, not Enas! Something that I normally dread doing became an easy, pain free experience. Enas is a professional, and knows how to do her job! She is also very kind, sweet and easy to work with! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The staff are friendly and the facility is clean a spacious. The pharmacy is very efficient except for the lack of medications on a number of occasions. My main concerns with this company is: 1st I've never seen my actual doctor, it's always been someone else unless I want to wait 2+ months to see them. 2nd The mental health system from this company is a joke or worse. Its been over 2 years Once I talked to a random person that just listened. Been assigned 8 sessions of group that was a complete waste of time and not organized via zoom type meeting. Assigned a therapist that was negative and practically threatening. I couldn't take to her under threat of being locked up. Assigned a new therapist that went missing for a month of appointments with no back up plan. FYI it takes months to even get a therapist and the online system fails often and or is complex. Assigned a psychiatrist for meds. 2 years of different meds Outcomes: Made things worse Made me sick Did nothing I've had prescriptions that worked in the past, apparently they don't prescribed that much anymore. Waste of lots of time and money. This is more like a money grab then helpful. So here I am Looking for alternatives Honestly I have more respect for a meth dealer. Because this system isn't helpful in any way.

From registration to being seen by nurse and physician everyone was kind, thoughtful and very professional. Left knowing next steps and well informed on course of treatment

Enas is an amazing phlebotomist. I’m a hard poke and she got it on the first try just by sight. Easiest blood draw I’ve ever had.

Kaiser Appointnent: 10 for Dr Woudstra, MAC Christine, and E that took 10 vials of blood out of my arm! They all were professionals but all were smiling and made me comfortable! Thanks!

The MA was nice and listened to me. The doctor didn't seemed rushed. Took the time needed. Talked through what might be going on offered a solution and follow up. Both very professional and nice.

I was treated with respect and courtesy, which isn’t always the case when one is a senior citizen. My concerns were taken seriously and solved as much as possible. I certainly recommend the staff at this facility to anyone looking for a doctor.

I went to the Kaiser Permanente lab on the Westside of Olympia today for blood work. I used to go to the Kaiser Permanente lab on Lilly Rd. as I live close by. The lab techs on Lilly Rd. were poorly trained and even other people that work within Kaiser Permanente agreed with me that the techs thought they were very good but actually a lot of the folks I talked to were scared to go to this lab on Lilly Rd. to get blood draws. Today Enas El-Mobdy at the Westside Kaiser Permanente lab was WONDERFUL and very talented and properly trained so I did not feel scared or like I was a human pin cushion poke after poke. Enas did a great job, she hit it in the very first poke, I barely felt the needle go in and she drew about 10 vials of blood as per my doctor's request. Any Kaiser Permanente member should not be afraid to go into any of their labs without being terrified. Enas, Thank you for your help today and to whom may make this change Enas should train these people at the Lilly Rd lab to be the great one like her.

This was the best blood draw I’ve ever had. I always pass out and I didn’t this time because she was so wonderful and quick and personable. Get her a raise!!! I have told everyone about her

Dr. Goold is absolutely amazing. He is very attentive. Listens to EVERY concern and gives a heartfelt diagnosis/treatment. I truly believe that he treats his patients as his own family and that's so important when being a doctor.

Staff was very busy & I felt that I couldn’t ask all the questions that I had. Nurse & dr are great—problem is with Kaiser limiting the time.

Everyone is super friendly and helpful and very willing to take time to answer questions. AND my appointment was on schedule and very quick and efficient. Doing both of these things well is challenging- they nailed it!

Every person that I interacted with was amazing. The PA- funny and engaging. The student doctor competent and impressive and the experienced doctor- incredibly reassuring. It was a really good experience! Couldn't be happier!

I had lost hearing and needed diagnosis and procedure to open up the ear canal. I was seen quickly and KP people were responsive to my questions. Clear communication and assessment by the assistant Christine. Also very much appreciate how Dr. Woudstra took the time to examine and diagnose the issue with my plugged ear. She helped me understand the situation and practiced great care in the procedure. I can hear clearly now The Wax is Gone I can hear all voices In and out of my head Gone are the muffled sounds That caused me dread It’s gonna be great, great To hear once again😊

The staff here are really nice. I had a really good visit with the doctor. Although I did have trouble with hearing the front desk staff. That's my false because I forgot to ask about using a communication device.

I went in to get a order prescription for physical therapy and the doctor denied me. I live 50 miles away from the recommended physical therapy place. Where I live the physical therapy is just 3 miles away. When will these doctors understand that being difficult to their patients will not be appreciated.

Dr. Goold is an amazing doctor! He listens to your concerns and takes them seriously. He explains things so you can easily understand what is going on. He remembers the past conversations you've had with him and to me that means a lot.

It's very convenient to utilize the services here. Kiosk check-in makes everything easy. Staff are efficient and having the lab and pharmacy in the same building as the Dr office is genius. It makes follow up on your Healthcare super easy. Building was clean and staff were very nice.

At my first meeting Dr Goold, I was 10-15 min late because I did not know he had moved to a different location. I was doubtful he would allow me to keep the appt. Dr Goold did & he & his assistant provided me with excellent care, answering all my questions. Turned what could have been a rough start into a positive experience!
