Staff at the West Olympia Indigo Urgent Care were very kind and made me feel at ease during my appointment. Andrea was incredibly helpful and explained everything to me, and Lupe made me feel more comfortable about getting my first covid test done. I can't say enough great things about all three staff that assisted me. one of the MAs even went out to the waiting room and asked my wife if she was doing okay or needed anything. I have never had a positive experience at an urgent care clinic until visiting Indigo Urgent Care. Thank you all so much!

This is for the Cooper Pt Urgent Care Clinic, unsure why my review posted here. Generally speaking, the staff is great. I've been able to be seen same day for various diagnostic needs and provided quick remedies and care. I also appreciate that the providers have some knowledge of home remedies and nutrition, so I've been able to develop support plans that go beyond allopathic care. Depending on when you go in as a walk-in, you may have to wait up to an hour, but you can call ahead and get a good idea of wait times, and the online booking portal is fairly straightforward.

The nurse was nice and friendly. I think his name was Jorge. The nurse practitioner I saw answered all of my questions and was easy to talk to. I felt very comfortable the entire time. I really liked how quickly I was seen after I checked in.

This was my second visit during pandemic and I gotta say how thankful I am for their easy same day scheduling for urgent care needs. Several time slots were available throughout the day both times... usually urgent care means waiting but they allow you to schedule appointment online. Building is very clean and was practically empty while checking in. Every health care worker I interacted with seemed happy to work there, professional, and sincere. I only met with the ARNP for a few minutes after intake but she gave me clear explanation of her diagnosis, instructions and what to expect over the next couple days. I really liked her and instantly felt comfortable discussing my c/o with her. Front desk medical assistant was pleasant and helpful. Thank you all! You saved my day.

Service was excellent. It was on a Sunday evening. And I was able to get an appointment. They're open till 8. The doctor was very kind and concerned. The front staff person was very helpful. And friendly I will definitely go back if I need to.

I so appreciated the great and thorough care Patricia Lynch and team provided. I felt safe and well taken care of from the moment I entered the front door, was checked in at the front desk, escorted to the exam room, and then back out the front door when I was finished. Great facility, convenient, great team. Thank you and your families that support you, for all your hard and great work on the front line during these difficult times with COVID. I was glad I could make an appt. Your staff is so friendly and professional. They really listen. Living in the Shelton area I so appreciate having a MultiCare facility nearby.

The only complaint I had was that the medical staff that saw me told me that I would have the results from my Covid test back after a couple hours and to call sometime thereafter to get the results. I called and called and called and nobody would answer the phone so I eventually had to drive back to get my results. Other than that everything was very good.

The ultrasound technician was so rough, I woke up the morning after my appointment with bruises all around my belly. She also kept getting upset she couldn't get a good picture of my son's nose and lips and would press down really hard into my stomach.

Super clean and a great staff. Everyone was so kind. While waiting for the doctor a nurse popped her head in to let us know the doctor was on her way and apologized for the wait....I have never had that happen in a doctor's office, it was very kind and thoughtful. The doctor herself was amazing and kind and personal.

This was honestly the best 2 visits I've ever had to an Urgent Care before. Facility was very clean and modern, staff were all extremely nice and considerate, wait times were much faster than I expected. I will definitely be returning to this Urgent Care again if the need arises.

The providers who worked with our entire family of 6 at the same time in two separate rooms was absolutely amazing and caring and made our trip great! We came in for covid testing which was scary on its own with our four kids ages 2,4,6&9 and everyone left smiling and with minds at ease thanks to the awesome staff, we were told our results would be in in 2-4 days and got them back in a day and a half!! Thankfully everyone was negative!! Thank you so much indigo!!

This place is a joke! They don't know how to schedule an appointment or how to keep an appointment my wife now has rescheduled three times and each time they didn't even bother to tell us they moved or rescheduled the appointment each time. we live far and driving there takes time and Gass.. still haven't even gotten into the appointment for more than two months now.
