Wonderful staff. Really nice, super caring and considerate. The staff is friendly and makes you very comfortable. From the front desk to the doctor there are smiles all around. If this wasn’t urgent care I’d strongly consider making this office my primary care. A well done personable medical experience. How often can you say that? I’d give them 10 stars if I could.

The staff here are excellent. Very friendly. Which ones? I wish I had written their names down. They worked 07.01.22 around 4pm, the boss knows who I am talking about! Every single one, in every visit to this location, has been kind and compassionate. This is my favorite place to go when I need care. It's clean and the staff make me feel at ease.

Friendly staff and a great place to go to when needing care. Super up to date and modern furniture, not only that but the staff was super kind. I had to come back and was greeted with empathy over everything, and given a great recommendation for a doctor in the area to further help which I’ve had trouble finding on my own. Definitely recommend for the whole family

I wasn’t able to get my son in right away at my local indigo Urgent care due to a high volume of patients. I decided to place my son on a 3 hour wait list and go home and wait our turn. Within 10 minutes a different indigo location, not far away, called me. The medical assistant said he saw the wait list online and their location was’t busy if I wanted to drive to their location. I said yes and within half an hour my son was seen. My son ended up being positive with strep throat so I’m so happy he was diagnosed right away. The staff even gave my son a snack and juice while he waited for the test results. Thank you again I appreciate the call and not having to wait a long time for my boy to be treated.

Thanks to the young man at the front desk quickly helping fit me into the schedule, and to McKenzie for doing the admirable job of removing a stereo pair of enormous, gristly earwax fossils from both of my ears. You would think it would have been something to endure but it was much closer to a trip to the spa, for me. Not the same for McKenzie who had to firehose my ears for 5 straight minutes with a squirt bottle while managing to sustain, apparently effortlessly, an atmosphere of levity and intrigue! Really I am very grateful. I look forward to my next minor injury or other. You have wonderful staff!

The whole team was so kind and helpful, Ive never had such a nice experience at an urgent care before. I usually never go to clinics and hospitals because I have lots of anxiety but they made me feel safe and welcome. They were also very thorough, and Mackenzie was very skilled, sweet and attentive she made me feel relaxed. Same with Gloria she was very kind and I feel like I have a good plan to help me heal. Highly recommend if you want a safe and peaceful place for urgent care. 10/10

It seems like anytime my doctor is not able to fit me in, indigo urgent care is there for me. My experience today was nothing short of wonderful. I had an appointment at 10:40 but walked in at 8:30 and they were able to get me out the door by 9:40. The staff was friendly, and Kaitlyn was excellent at explaining different options to me. 100% recommended

I had occasion to visit Indigo twice in the last month, both times my experience was 5 star! Brandy PA-C and the medical assistants were so kind and helpful, and the front desk staff were awesome. I was seen in a timely manner on both occasions, and the process was smooth. Highly recommend!

We take our kids here often,(as often as kids get fevers, ear infections, etc) and we have never had anything but exceptional care. Today, my two youngest had to tag along as I took their older sister, and they were all given a snack and juice while we waited. Super sweet staff from the receptionist up to the provider. I highly prefer them for myself or my kids over the ER.

Excellent service. I called and got my daughter on the waitlist. They told me to get there in 2 hours. We got there, checked in and quickly a nurse called us. Quick service. The personnel very helpful, emphatic and kind. Super good with kids. My daughter tends to get nervous around medic personnel and they played with her and made her feel comfortable. Definitely would recommend it.

Easy to make an appointment online, which is much appreciated as the walk in wait was about 2 hours! The medical assistant and physicians assistant that took care of me were both very nice and caring. I got the results of my covid/flu test within an hour of my appointment which was just awesome. I always go to indigo when I need urgent care, and will continue to do so!

This experience made my day! From the moment I walked in the door Dina took care of me, and then McKenzie, and then Andrea, and then Brice fitting me in a boot that made my walking so much more comfortable. Thank you all for taking care of me today!

From the minute I walked in I was met with very kind people who for sure knew what they were doing! Brice at the front desk was so nice and informative and gave me water and a snack. Very good care. They sent me to ER for more testing which I appreciate. McKenzie was amazing! Very sweet and kind and a great sense of humor She was right on with everything! Doctor was great too! The check in specialist was patient, kind, super helpful, and made everything easy and helpedwme get what I needed. Best blood draw I've ever had from Christina, she went above and beyond to make sure I had a wonderful experience. The check in women Dina was fabulous. Professional, kind, respectful and all thre staff made everything easy, got me the medical paperwork I needed for a job requirement, and I had a happy experience!

The staff here were exceedingly kind and helpful. The physician who saw me explained everything in a way that was easy to comprehend. This location is my go to anytime I feel its become necessary to seek medical aid.

I had an awesome experience at MultiCare Indigo. I was able to make an appt online and even though they had an emergency walk in patient, I was still seen within 10 minutes of my appt. The staff from front desk to clinical was wonderful. I highly recommend them for urgent medical care.

Was seen this afternoon for a sore throat, the wait time was sufficient and I was in and out less than 30-40 minutes. The clinic was clean and the staff was very nice. Brandy, the provider and Mckenzie, my MA were both professional and gave me the best care. I highly recommend! Thank you again to all of the staff in Olympia!

I've been in health care for 30 years and have been a patient a number of times throughout my life in many different states. I've never been treated so well as I was here at Indigo. All of the staff was kind, professional, and genuinely cared for me. Highly recommend them. 5 stars all the way!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I was a walk in on this Friday am. Using their app I registered and got in line. Being 15th and told it’d be about 4:30 I went home and waited for the text informing me that I was next in line. It wasn’t long before I was seen by the PA named Brandy and was out of there with my situation taken care of. The office was very clean, the employees were great and I strongly recommend them

Unfortunately, I got infected with COVID-19. Because of my age and lung infection, I decided to go to the hospital. It was the first time I went to the nearby 345 Cooper RD MultiCaer indigo Urgent Caer. I felt very friendly as soon as I entered the door. The service desk heard that I was infected with the new crown virus. There was no objection or delay, and the diagnosis and treatment process was quickly started. I don't understand English and the translation service was very fast. Dr. Brandy B Zerby is great. She prescribes medication and gives medical instructions immediately after diagnosis. I'm much better now. I am so happy to have an ideal Urgent Care.

I liked this urgent care, first The entrance lobby, it has the welcome vibe, the staff at the lobby is super nice, took care of my online check-in that supposed to be done by me before coming-in, even offer us some snacks, the medical staff assisted me, informed and made sure I am comfortable with the procedure. Plus the Doctor is super informative with what is going on your health problem. Over all highly recommended!

My first time at Indigo Multi Care. Just moved here and between doctors. I went in hurting with UTI. The lady at the front couldn’t have been nicer. I was seen quickly for a Saturday. The doctor knew his stuff. Explained everything very well and was extremely kind. They sent my scripts out before I even left and they were ready by the time I got there. I definitely recommend Indigo. Don’t hesitate, kind , caring and extremely clean facility.

The staff was very friendly and efficient! I had to get some bloodwork done and I get anxious around needles but the nurse who helped me was very experienced and it was near painless! They took time to ensure I knew everything that was happening and what I needed to do in the future and answered all of my questions clearly and without judgement. The establishment itself was very clean and inviting. I appreciate the experience and recommend this location wholeheartedly.

Went in to get care for a skin infection and had a positive experience. The wait was a bit long for the fact that I'd pre-booked, it was about an hour before I actually saw the doctor, but the care I received was very good. Nice staff, immaculately clean. Would go back.

I went in to Indigo Urgent Care for a laceration on my wrist that happened during work. The receptionist at the front desk was not only respectful, but also very helpful with answering any questions I had about filing a claim or what was on the paperwork. I have to also thank the other two gals that helped me through this process..(I think one was a nurse and the other was the provider) I could be mistaken.. but they were amazing, the provider made me feel comfortable even though she was giving me stitches, and the nurse had the same ability when giving me that painful tetanus shot.. I appreciate everyone at Indigo! EDIT: they had me in a room within 5-10 minutes of being there, and had me out of there and cleaned up within an hour and a half or so. 10/10 Service!

The team at this location were amazing . From , Russ who checked me in to Mackenzie who took my vitals to the PA candaria who saw me. They were all so present, kind and helpful. I needed up being referred to the ER , however, I wanted to give a special thank you to Mackenzie for making me feel especially comfortable as I was not feeling well. I enjoyed speaking with you. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent experience.

Best "urgent" experience ever! Quick service. Polite and efficient staff. Everything done with care. I drove 40 minutes from my home to this one because they were the only place with an open slot and I would make the drive anytime in the future as opposed to going somewhere closer because of the amazing service. From the front desk, to the Doctor (Brandy).....all were kind and helpful. You can tell they all love being there and helping the people that walk through their doors. Sidenote: McKenzie is my fave nurse/assistant of all time. :)

Very impressed. The receptionist {or whatever you call it lol} was so kind and quick and compassionate. The doctor was quick, kind and efficient. The Medical assistant was friendly. All around great experience. If only every place could be that pleasant !

I really appreciate how kind and supportive all the staff were at my recent visit. I was having issues with my Internet to make an appt. I called and they quickly got me scheduled. When I went in, the lobby was clean and I was seen timely. I really appreciated how knowledgeable everyone I met was and how supportive and focused they were on getting me healthy!

Today I went in for my daughter who has been sick for a few days with a fever that wouldn’t break. We walked in right as they had a cancellation so we got in super quick. We were in, tested for flu and Covid, given my daughters results and out within an hour. Great nurse and great doctor. Very friendly people starting with the front desk guy.

I was very sick and couldn’t get an appointment at my doctor. At Indigo, they don’t waste time. They tested me for flu, COVID, and RSV. I needed a breathing treatment and three prescriptions. When I asked if I could go to work, the doctor wrote a note to my supervisor stating that I needed a couple of days off. it is not fancy, but the staff is competent, they have all the resources necessary to diagnose and treat, and I will go back. They did an excellent job.

The receptionists were so kind, understanding, and friendly! I l9ved them. They even offered me snacks and water while I waited. The wait time was shirt. The doctor was knowledgeable and offered prescriptions for me itching eyes. What a great place and most of all great people!

I've been a patient with Multi-Care for a million years (ok, 28 yrs but feels that long in waiting room time). I've rarely see my primary care. I've gone to Indigo clinics more times I will count or admit, it's just what works with my schedule. And unfortunately I've been to a few dozens of Indigo clinics over the years where I've lived and worked in a 75 mile radius from North, East, South and West and know clinics who provide "This was good, I can trust them" from the " Never again, how do you still have a job?!" Fortunately Indigo Cooper Point is the first type I mentioned. Kind, caring, courteous staff. Medical team is consistently the same people(They don't introduce themselves to me anymore,we're on first name bases).They are friendly, competent, and thorough. They actually listen to you and make sure that you leave feeling better than when you walked in the door. Reserving a time online before hand is helpful, but not always available. Luckily the wait is not terribly long. When it is you have the option of waiting in the luxury and comfort of your own vehicle 😉 or choose their lobby that is always kept clean, neat and they have snacks and refreshments just ask. They will push all the buttons on the robot machine for the hot drinks 🙃).

Amazing experience, once again! My appointment was at 8:30 & was checked in and inside of the room within 10 minutes or less! Would definitely recommend ! Provider was absolutely helpful and straight forward! McKenzie was also a great help!!! Made me feel comfortable and was extremely patient with the questions I had.

I am pregnant with my 8th baby. I called and asked my OB what to do for my sinus infection because indigo wouldn't treat it without it being over a week first. My OB knew to tell me to try a cough medication to help with my nasal congestion. It has worked so well! I feel so much better in just 30 minutes! How does an OBGYN know this trick and an urgent care not??? It's not my OB's job to know this. It's urgent care doctors jobs to know this!!! The medication box even says "does not contain a nasal decongestant". It somehow has made me be able to breathe still! No more pain!

Every staff member me and my two boys saw at Indigo tonight were All absolutely amazing. It’s rare to find a place in any profession but especially in the medical field / urgent care, at the very end of their shifts, to have every single person we interacted with be So kind and caring but also at the same time be quick and efficient was everything we needed after our own very long day…definitely 10/10 visit

From the time I entered the facility I felt cared for. The Concierge was both thorough and considerate of how I was feeling. I was taken straight back to a room where the MA took vitals and collected information. A few moments later.. I saw the doctor, who I felt really took her time. My questions were answered and she made a decision it would be best the get an X-ray based on information I had provided. All in all it was a very pleasant, professional experience .. which is rare for medical service in todays world. If, I ever find myself in need of “urgent care” again, if available, I will for sure choose Indigo !! Thank you & Blessings

Receptionist Very polite, courteous,. Gave me wait time up front. Got called back earlier than expected. Technician helpful and knowledgeable. Saw doctor within 5 minutes. Very nice, knew exactly what was needed. In and out within 40 minutes. Great place.

This is an amazing place, friendly staff, little to no wait, easy check-in and phenomenal services. Was in and out in about 40 minutes and a solution as to why I was there. I was super nervous and the doctor and nurse were both very friendly and made me feel better about everything !

The couple of times I have gone to this Urgent Care, I've had a very pleasant experience (especially considering the circumstances). The facility is clean, and the staff is always friendly and efficient. During my last visit, my interactions with both Ketl and Brandy were wonderful. Ketl was particularly upbeat and kind as a member of my care team. Brandy was compassionate and thorough as my practitioner. In the past, I've been to Urgent Cares that caused me to feel like a nuisance, but I always feel welcomed and cared for here.

Had a scheduled appointment today. Was taken in right on time. The staff was very professional and kind. Makenzie was the MA and she attentive and astute to my symptoms. My care was awesome
