The nurse practitioner in the walk-in ordered a MRI. The doctor I saw to review my imaging to me I had a herniated disc and the course of action was to lose weight and do physical therapy. “Because people live with these their whole life without pain surgery would be the right course of action. The start of this pain was 11 months ago. Chronic pain. The pain treatment was laughable. I completed physical therapy. I was explain pelvic pain, numbness and so in may 30, 2020. I went to a hospital for what I thought was a kidney infection. No I had a mass 15 cm. Confused I asked for my MRI imaging. Went through the notes and sure enough, large mass pressing on herniated disc was noted. The doctor here saw an overweight woman and neglected me. If you’ve read this far. Thanks, I’m 32 and I have a imaging appointment for cancer. Going here has put me in pin management limbo because my charts only mentions a spine problem and I haven’t scheduled spinal surgery. Be cautious, as for your images. I’m down 70 lbs and now From the pain in my abdomen and back and quality of life hasn’t improved.

Was very disappointed by the lack of care. The doctor saw me for about 5 min, didn't listen to the problems that I had. The doctor was pretty dismissive and I got the impression that he was treating me like I was drug seeking, which I did not even ask for any. I asked for them to combine an mri for two issues both of which I came in for even though my neck was more urgent. The doc refused. They said if I made another appointment (which would require another copay) that they could add it. It was frustrating because this issue was discussed at the brief initial meeting with the doctor, and the pain areas were even annotated on my intake form. So it is clear to me that they don't care about the patient, or the patients' issues and significant pain, that they just want to milk patients for their copays. Extremely disappointed. I have never been treated so poorly by medical staff in my entire life.

Would give a 5 star rating, but I haven't had my surgeries yet. But, as for the staff, they have been very helpful, kind and sincere. I came to OOA for a second opinion. My doctor was very informative, gave me options, told me how he did total hip replacement surgery. He showed me my x-rays explaining what I was looking at, and what he would be doing, what vitamins to start taking, what to avoid, tests I would need, as well as what I needed to do before and after surgery. He gave me links to videos to watch so I would be more informed about what was going to happen. The scheduling staff was super helpful and answered any questions I came up with. Always returned my phone calls. Helped set up my physical therapy close to home. Billing walked me through what my insurance would pay for, and what could be out of pocket costs. If both my surgeries go as smooth as the rest of the process, I'll be on cloud 9. I'll post again after my 1st hip surgery and again after the 2nd.

I am confident that Dr Moore is a competent surgeon. However I felt we had difficulty in communicating. He read the chart, he knew his resources and journals. What he lacked was the ability to connect with me. I’m 71, my dad died at 47. I have had a heart attack where my heat arrested on the emergency room table. Now I have knee pain that is keeping me from doing the things I enjoy. He said my knee is not to the point of a knee replacement. It may be in a few years. I asked what he could do to relieve my pain? He said that I’ve taken oral meds, I’ve had injections. And all that is left is surgery. I asked about scoping my knee. He said they are a wast of money. It may or may not give me relief for a few years and the would still need a replacement. After not accomplishing any plan for the knee he folded up his tablet and left. He said stay put. A women came into the room and said I am being referred to a different surgeon in the practice for a knee scope. I asked about that as an option not as a directive. I have had excellent care from Dr McKay and Byrd. They don’t do knees. Chose your surgeon carefully. If you have to wait a while for one they are probably busy for a reason

Dr McLaughlin is a very well qualified physician who takes the time to explore all options and really listens to your concerns. He is patient with questions and makes sure you understand everything completely. I am extremely pleased with the entire staff. I have seen 3 physicians here and every single member of the team is amazing. Beautiful top notch facility with people who care.

Matthew is very professional and excellent at his job. I've seen him a few times now since my acl reconstruction surgery and he always makes sure he answers all my questions and even replies through the patient portal pretty quickly when I message questions. I would definitely recommend him.

I have been a patient with Dr. Task's team for over a year and they have been great to work with. They are very thorough with covering all aspects of surgeries and follow up. This is hard to find today with many health systems having staff shortages and burn out caused by Covid 19. I would refer them to my family and friends.

My husband saw Matt for a problem with his shoulder. He explained clearly what was wrong, went over the various treatment scenarios 9and ordered and MRI right away to get started with the best treatment option. Friendly, straight forward, and she explains your diagnosis and all the medical stuff in ways that you can understand easily, as well as fully details options for treatment and the why's involved as well as what risks may be involved. I am VERY happy with the care I have received from Dr Winter, and her medical assistants. BUT Their scheduling/front desk staff incorrectly scheduled my appointment causing me to be RS multiple times. In addition to that almost everyone I have dealt with their scheduling/front desk have been rude and clearly lack in communication with the rest of the team. Susan with scheduling/front desk is the only person there to really help me out in a nice and timely manner. It is unfortunate that their front staffing was so difficult to work with because Dr Winter has been great.

Dr Gregory Byrd completed my carpal tunnel and finger joint fusion on my left hand. My finger looks great after my surgery. He was very professional, informative and friendly in my follow up meeting. Jared is an excellent doctor!! I went to the emergency room and no help. Went to an orthopedic urgent care and no help. Saw Jared and he was so concerned and knew right away something wasn't right. I am VERY happy he took the time ti take a step further and figure out there is something impeded in my hand.

I have been trying to get information to support an employee who was treated at the site in July 2022. She has called many times and has not had a returned phone call. Labor and Industries has requested information and has not received an acknowledgement to date (9.29.22). The messages and website tout how caring they are but you can't get a human to speak to you and they are not returning calls. Not sure what to do next except maybe file a complaint with the Insurance Commissioner. All we need is one document and we are disappointed in the lack of follow-up and commitment to their patient and my employee. Bad form Olympia Orthopedics.

This is my second time I have used Olympia Orthopedic for my healthcare. I was very pleased with my surgeon Dr. Byrd and his team when I had surgery on my thumb last August to have a nerve sheath tumor removed. Yesterday I was told I have a trigger thumb. I saw Dr. Jared Cornelius, Dr. Byrds' PA and again he recommended surgery. I didn't wince when I heard my options, shot or surgery. My doctor here showed real concern for my health. Reviewed my MRI and discussed it with me. This was a follow-up to a shoulder surgery. We agreed to do another MRI. Let me have input in going forward. Some doctors don't listen, not here. Thank you!

Dr Femiano was respectful, clear in his explanations, was willing to think outside the box. He showed me not only the MRI REPORT, but pointed out each problem Described in the report on the MRI itself. Then he showed me each part on my body. He evaluated my current healing status, and answered my questions about safe exercises to do in order to regain strength. He made recommendations regarding supplements to take. And took the time to show me the areas of enervation that could be affected by the findings from the MRI. He then made an appropriate referral for further consultation on that subject Dr Femiano was easy to communicate with and I thoroughly enjoyed our interaction.

Excellent care. Dr Dumontier has been a fantastic surgeon and I am very happy with the outcome of my foot surgery. The entire staff is kind and professional. I hope I never need their care again, but if I do I will have no hesitation in returning. The Westside facility includes an excellent, comprehensive, outpatient surgery center as well.

My provider is Jared Cornelison who is great and very informative. My surgeon is Dr. Bird who did a fantastic job in my hand. I’m going in next week for a second surgery with absolutely no worries. They offer an affordable payment plan and everyone is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
