I can not believe that Dr Mulder has so few reviews! He is an incredible doctor in every manner of the word. Compassionate. Diagnostic. Surgical skills, And leadership. I first came to him as a result of a terrible face injury- kicked in the face by my horse- he accessed and made a plan that saved my face, my looks and my function. I am also a doctor . being in the same field but different specialty I appreciate him on all levels. I encourage anyone reading this to make no further choices except to call him. I was referred to this location by my PCP and Speech therapist for throat pain and vocal fatigue in the hopes of having an endoscopy done to examine my vocal folds. I'm trans, the medical staff immediately assumed that my referral was related to trans voice pursuits and conveniently "lost my referral." Believe it or not, I had a legitimate medical concern that I need to be looked at, but now I have to jump through extra hoops just to be treated like a normal patient because of the discriminatory treatment by the staff at this location

This place is absolute garbage. I have never had a worse experience with a medical facility in my life. They have sat on my biopsy results. They took around 3 weeks to get back to me about an ultrasound result so I had assumed I was in the clear. Then when the biopsy was ordered they sent me to a place that was closed due to covid and they knew they were closed. They are slow to return calls. The front desk people are incredibly rude. I did not have a good experience with my doctor and asked to swap to the more liked doctor and they told me they don't doctor swap. I hate that I have to continue to deal with this place because I still don't have my biopsy results.

Dr. Mulder deserves 5 stars as he is a fantastic, compassionate, knowledgeable doctor!! However, I rated the review three stars as the front receptionist is not nice. She is an unfriendly, rude woman. Dr. Mulder and staff are fantastic!!

We showed up my daughter's appointment as I scheduled with a lady on the phone. A receptionist said her appointment was 7 days ago. There was no way I made an appointment on that day because I already knew I have another plan. I asked her if no one gives a call when patients missed their appointment. She said we are supposed to get a confirmation call 2 days prior (which I didn't). If it was as scheduled, my daughter didn't have to absent from school. (That was one of the reason why I picked the date.) Of course we had to reschedule, and she had to absent from school half of the day. What made me annoyed most was the receptionist said "I don't know who called you, but....". She said it twice. It sounded like it was me who took the wrong date. I wonder if I knew who called me, what could have done. To my surprise they don't leave a record who called who.

Took my adult son, who has had problems with his ears since early childhood, here. Our first visit antibiotics were prescribed. Second visit Dr Molder put a tube in my sons ear and that cleared his ear up. Should have been done years ago. Receptionists are kind and informational. Staff is also kind and answer all questions. Dr Molder explains all procedures to our understanding and let’s us know the pros and cons of each thing. He lets us know our options and leaves the decision up to us without pressuring one way or the other. Great experiences

DR. Mulder is amazing I had my tonsils removed and it was actually fun. I also was thankful for Nurse Heather RN. Great experience don't see the need for the bad reviews.

Dr. Mulder and the whole staff went so far above what I could have hoped for. It was an emergency visit / referral from another office in the facility. He worked with me from early in the day until we had surgery at 6:30 pm to fix my problem. Truly caring and I thank God for him and the wonderful team he had help

Worst clinic ever. The receptionist are utterly rude and they don't even bother to call you to make an appointment. They leave a voicemail and then proceed to be unreachable. My initial interaction with one of the receptionist was in the office and she was completely rude to my mother as soon as she heard her accent.

We've been seeing Dr Cowan. Great Dr.!! He took time to explain exactly what was happening and why. English is not my husbands first language, so some English terms, especially medical terms, don't always make sense to him. Dr Cowan took time to explain with visual for him so he clearly understood what was happening to him. Thank you to Dr Cowan and his stay for amazing treatment!!

Dr. Mulder is the absolute best! I had my Thyroid removed and as scary as it was I was very confident in my Dr. He gave me all the information I needed, answered all my questions, treated me with respect and helped me to make the decision that was right for me........I am 5 months post opp and doing really good... I highly recommend Dr. Mulder...

I just had an incredible appointment. The dr and his assistant were awesome! I would absolutely recommend going there!!!

My’s wife came in to see Dr. Mulder Jorden on 11/22 2pm due to Vertigo issue. I normally go with her because she doesn’t speak English well but this time due to my work scheduled I can’t, so she have to go visit Dr. Mulder by herself with interpreter. Dr. Mulder was a great and respectful doctor but the lady doing the preparation for Dr Mulder in the room with my wife has a really bad attitude mistreated my wife commanded her what to do like a slave when she was a sick patient needed help and we pay to get treatment we deserve to have service. I was upset and call the office to file complaint so it won’t happen again but doesn’t seem to have anyone to talk to.

I have seen a provider here for the last 4 years. Recently started having flare ups for one of my ears and the provider directed me to schedule an appointment for an in office procedure. When I called to schedule this appointment the receptionist tried forcing me into doing a OR surgery stating that what I needed wasn't provided as an in office procedure. When I told her that the provider preformed this exact procedure in office 3 years ago she then placed me on hold for an extended amount of time. Uneducated scheduling results in wasted time.
