😠 Too bad the current HOA BOARD is criminal. You can only gain access if allowed by a renter who is current gate keeper. We have had to file a law suit for discrimination among other things. Could be a nice facility if not so mismanaged. People often mention park,

Private park, owners and guests only. Great asset to the community, if you are thinking about buying a house in this neighborhood - go visit the park (real estate agent can get you in for a tour). They host Hydroplane races here annually, that's a blast! Come down and meet the racers and their families. Admission is free for residents. Residents and guests can use the place year round. It's one of the best spots on the lake.

This should just be taken off of the maps. It is not public access, and run by rude entitled people who yell "It's our park stay away from it!" Don't waste your time. Not even one star. Zero.

This is a great property with great potential. Unfortunately it is controlled by a board that doesn't care about what is best for the entire community. Hopefully changes can be made to make this a fun and inviting place for everyone.

I have to say first off, it’s a private park for residents who live in evergreen shores. You do need an access card. But overall this is a really nice place to hangout with your kiddos. There is a pool, basketball πŸ€ court, swings, a playground πŸ› and a lake with a nice dock that you can fish 🐠 from or jump off to go swimming.

I've lived here for 13 years now and I'm loving the improvements. There is a new dock, the pool is well maintained, and new playground equipment is being worked on.

The fence needs reworked. It would be nice if more equipment could be added. Perhaps another shelter.

Tweeker town people can be very rude towards lower income bracket families, they can be racist they would prefer that the club house be used by home owners that make place look nice white owners who have money it's about money looks who buys the nicer property's . They have excellent clubhouse put a lot into the areas used by all alot of tweeker
