Lena always has a friendly face and adatude every time I come in. She is extremely helpful. And doesn't hesatate to do whatever it takes to answer any questions or problems that may arise. Even staying late if needed. Her smiling face and attitude is comforting and makes you feel like you're part of a family. It's refreshing.

Kim was a great help today. She listened to my issue with the unit I had and very quickly relocated me to another unit. Without asking or being prompted, she also went above and beyond by bringing out gloves and a mask for me to wear while I moved my stuff to a new unit.

Super friendly informative and professional. I worked with Kim to get all setup with my unit here. Kim was a delightful to work with. She helped me finalize the unit size and ensured all my details and paperwork was solid. Later in the month I worked with Kim again when I realized would be storing more then I had initially thought. Kim guided me through the transfer process so I was all prepped when I came in to work with Jessica to make the transfer complete and update my contract. Jessica made is easy sign out of my old unit and into my new unit! I have been very pleased with everyone's professionalism and diligence at their job they also have gone above and beyond with taking pride in the facilities. Feels super secure and positive place to store!! Oh yeah thanks to Ian too you rock as well!! ;) Thank you for your help.

Easy and helpful! I originally rented a unit that would’ve been difficult to back out of with a long trailer but planed to make do, upon hearing this Kim helped change my unit to a far more accessible one for my needs at the same rate! She was very helpful in showing me the layout of the property and how to access my unit, the halls are clean and easy to navigate, and the trollies helped a ton with moving! The first day after I filled my unit, I forgot to put a lock on, the next day Kim put a temporary lock on so my belongings would be safe till I was able to lock it myself. Very kind, quick, and helpful service!

I had a great move in experience. No complaints there! However, a couple months after moving in, they raised my rate 41% without so much as an email saying they were doing so. When I called, they told me they had sent a letter (to an old address). Not sure why I wasn’t notified by email too (we live in the 21st century after all). Either way, I went with them for the lower rate, and to have it increase so massively, so soon after move is unacceptable. I’ll pick another company now. Never going back.

Attendance in the office were super helpful and patient. They helped troubleshoot an online issue which was keeping us from being able to rent the proper space. Once it was sorted out they were around kind and efficient and getting us access to the space we needed. I absolutely recommend this public storage.

Ian worked with us today, moving me into a new unit. He had wonderful customer service and made sure we were happy with our space before we left. It is a wonderful location and a great unit! Very excited to work with Public Storage!

Lena, was the most help I've ever had from anybody at any source facility I've never rented from she was polite courteous help me out very sympathetic with my situation did everything she possibly could even stayed late after hours too make sure that I was taken care of and that my stay here was going to be a good one. Since I moved she has seen me and come out to help and make sure that everything was going good not only here but in my life she's been such a wonderful and great blessing that I don't know what I would have done without her at the time I just want to say thank you to Lena and for everything she has done for me

The service here is outstanding. When I walked in I was greated with a smile and a warm welcome by Kim. She was able to answer all of my questions and explain everything to me with great patience. She showed me around the facility and made sure I was able to use my codes and explained the mobile app.
