The office staff is friendly and efficient, and I have never had to wait long after arriving for my appointment. I have had one fractal laser treatment so far to minimize facial scarring and discoloration. Brenda is very professional and pleasant to work with, and I was happy with the result even this early. I expect to have at least one more treatment. I also had a treatment for spider veins with Brenda. It was a quick and fairly painless process. So far I am very happy with Olympic Dermatology and would recommend them to my friends.

My experience was very good though the receptionist wasn't very friendly checking in but the girl that she seemed to be training was very friendly. The receptionist seemed to warm up by the time I checked out so maybe just a rough morning. I was called in fairly quickly so I had very little wait time which was an unexpected surprise. Then every person that attended me was very kind, thorough and attentive to any of my questions and concerns. I was getting a biopsy done and the procedure was 99.9% painless which was another unexpected surprise. All in all, it really was a great experience. If anyone is considering using this facility, I highly recommend it.

Another excellent visit. I see Dr Susann Maegan. She is always professional, genuinely cares about her patients and hits on everything we need to talk about. I am very pleased and with the care that she and her staff give. I am confident that I’m in good hands when I visit her!

Front desk was very efficient. My technician was excellent. Post procedure paper work very informative for step by step care. I would have liked this list of supplies prior to my visit to be more prepared. So looking forward to a refreshed complexion and refreshed look.

I've been dealing with a rare skin condition on my shins for over 30 years. It started getting worse and my family practice doctor had no experience with my condition, so I called this clinic for an appointment, expecting a long wait. I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to get an early appointment due to a cancellation. The dermatologist that saw me was familiar with my condition and has started me on two medications and also administered a series injections. It's just the beginning of my treatment, but I feel that I am in the right clinic and have the right doctor to have this condition get the best care possible.

The front office reception staff are very friendly and helpful. However, very rarely are the incoming phone calls answered: I called many times, at different times of the day to make appointments, and my call always goes into voicemail. My calls are returned between the day I called and the day after. I enjoy the medical staff! Larry Robinson, PA-C and Dr. Hugh Nymeyer are my providers, and they have been very caring to my medical needs. Annabelle and Shataja, medical assistants have been very professional and caring as well!

My first visit today. I have been shopping around speaking with different providers around the area about my skincare treatment and decided on this one because of all of the positive reviews from other established clientele. I met with both Brenda and Dr. Brazil who defined and mapped out a good plan of care for me. I am looking forward to the journey in 2024 A BIG shout-out to both Rachel and Jenaya at the front desk who were most kind and helpful in answering my questions and scheduling me. So far my 2 experiences with the Physicians Assistants at this practice were great. Both were knowledgeable and quick to treat my issues, along with being compassionate and caring. The front desk staff have been prompt and professional as well. I really appreciate the positive experience and expedient scheduling!

They are such a caring and compassionate office full of highly trained and educated doctors, nurses and support staff. I am so thankful I am able to be cared for during a scary skin cancer situation. They are voted the best for a very good reason, because they are the best of the best.

The front desk people are always so polite and patient. One of the dermatologists who I’ve been seeing is the best. She’s very quick to tell you what medications would work for you and why. She’s also very great about answering any questions you have after your appointment just by calling her. This place is great!

I had a great experience here and highly recommend! I was called back to the room before my appointment time, the dermatologist was thorough, yet quick. Everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful. I didn’t even need a referral from my Doctor, which was great!

Yes my Dr. Paige was wonderful. Very professional, and very calming. the front desk a bit concerning to me though. They are a little more concerned about selling facial products than letting the doctor know that you are on time for your appointment. I think this could hurt the practice as some people expect better acknowledgment. So in my opinion there needs to be more training there.

Dr. Larry was able to identify my needs right away and saved me a ton of time by identifying what I could do to help stay young and healthy. I really appreciate the help he provided. Nice sanitary building too!

Suzanne at Olympic Dermatology is awesome. She’s well informed on my issues, explains things clearly and best of all, asks for my input regarding my health care. I’ve been coming here for years and everyone including the administrative staff has been great.

Dr. Nymyer was delightful. I went to see him this week following some years of sun exposure. He took the time to do a careful exam, listened closely to my concerns, and respectfully offered me choices in treatment. Also, front desk/ patient care coordinators were lovely- welcoming, intelligent, and efficient. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Dr. Brazil is always attentive to details, addresses any concerns you may have and is personable as well. He has always taken care of both myself and my wife. He removed basal from my wife's face early in his practice and did an excellent job getting it all and most people would never know that she ever had surgery unless she told them.

The staff was very friendly and easy to work with. My contact with Suzanne Magann was very good. She was very thorough, friendly and informative. I would definitely recommend her for my family or friends. I felt good when I left and would see her again if needed.

When I was called back for my appointment, just a routine exam, I was in and out in 5 minutes. I felt the Dr. did not at all listen to me. She said she only has 15 minutes and if I didn't make the appointment for a specific body part then I had to come back. I waited 3 months for this appointment and was in and out in less than 5. Charged the $20 copay. I will not be continuing services with this clinic. I honestly felt that they only pay attention to those in there going in for botox, fillers, and other age defining procedures.

Appointment went smoothly & on time. Prescriber answered all my questions & is very personable. Her assistant was efficient & quick. Ancillary staff friendly & polite. Just hope my treatment works as well. Skin issues are so difficult to treat!

Excellent care from Dr Nymeyer. Arrived slightly early before time of appointment and was kept waiting outside in the cold for someone to unlock the front door. Otherwise office staff was efficient and pleasant to deal with.

The clinic was prompt in caring for the problem I came to see them about. No cancer was found and I am certainly happy about that! If I have similar concerns in the future, I will contact them again!

Staff was friendly and professional. Plenty of places to sit. Dr. was very pleasant and thorough. Ambience- loved the pictures, very soothing. Music, not so much. Would prefer instrumental music. I had trouble hearing receptionist. My name is Shirley-one of the Assistants, called "Judy, " and I thought they said "Shirley." Overall, I am not fussy. I was comfortable and my visit was no stress. What a wonderful experience. I've waited way to long to have a mole removed on my chin/cheek because I always thought I couldn't afford it or that it would hurt...or even worse, that it wasn't removable. Paige answered all my questions and gave me my options for removal. I was soooooo thrilled that they were able to remove it on the same visit as my consultation apt. I was in and out within 20 mins and with no more mole!!! I'll definitely be back for other services in the future!

This is the second time I've visited this clinic for the same thing. They were quick to check me in, was a short wait in lobby. Also, a short wait in treatment room. All staff was pleasant, thorough, and efficient.

I saw Tammy Workman for a ruptured cyst/abscess. She had to do a simple procedure to remove it. She was so nice and calm and comfortable. I was really nervous before my appointment, but that went away as soon as she came into the room. Highly recommend!

I have had Skin Cancer and Surgery and Skin Graft in the past. I was much too susceptible to COVID-19 to make an appointment up until now. I got a clean skin assessment and I am so very happy. Thank you for still being there for patients. I appreciate your expertise and encouragement.
