Will never return, just stopping by to get my kids something to drink. And for my 80 year old mother to use restroom. The young lady that worked there refused to let her use the facilities. Even while she had an accident on herself cause she couldn't make it. No common decency just plain hateful

Most rude staff I have ever encountered. Go to another gas station. Mr Chen and I believe his daughter were extremely rude. As another customer said both Mr Chen and his loud daughter called me a Karen and said it was none of my business when I asked why there were no restrooms for customers. I’ll be reporting them.

Accused of shoplifting! I have enough money to buy this place and then tear it down! Very rude owners. It’s against the law to make accusations like this unless they have actually seen it being done. Next time or if anyone else experiences this, call the police, file a claim and sue them.

I have been coming here frequently for months being as I work nearby. I find the employees to be kind and helpful, but the owners are rude and cheap. Needed a quick bite for lunch so I grabbed a couple of corn dogs. Asked the female owner for 5 ketchup packets. She said she could only give 3 and hands me 3 packets with nasty ketchup all over the outside of them (apparently some packets blew up and they did not clean the mess). I spend $30-$50 a week there and she can't give me 2 extra packets???? I'll be giving my business to the 7-11 down the road from now on. I'd give one star, but the employees really are nice.

I try hard not to write negative reviews. However, this gas station is awful. The cashier was incredibly rude. They do not allow paying customers to use the restroom, and when asked where locally we could go instead, I was met with an eye roll, a shrug and a suggestion to go elsewhere. Perhaps McDonalds. Avoid if you can, I’m surprised Texaco puts up with this.

So many nasty reviews. Yes there is no bathroom it's posted on both doors. Inside as well. The owners are very kind and hardworking people. I wouldn't let a lack of bathroom stop you from coming here. Great people and lots of options.

I wish there was a lower rating. We were on the road for hours and I needed to pee. I genuinely begged the owners and workers behind the counter and they turned me away. So unkind.

Filled our truck up to be told at 7 months pregnant that I can’t use the restroom. Horrible customer service.

No bathroom. Mean staff. Make sure you pee on the floor and around the building

This locally owned business takes excellent care of their employees and are very caring a kind individuals. I would drive the extra mile to bring business to this specific gas station!

Employee rude , asked if our daughter could use bathroom while we were stopped, he said ‘no public bathroom’ we left and bought over $150.00 in fuel at another gas station. Wouldn’t recommend this station

Good place to stop if you don’t mind spending more then anywhere else

No restrooms and super expensive gas. A huge disappointment and had 3 kids that needed to pee
