The new corporate private equity owners have raised the rent by $230 for new tenants, to $937...6 new owners were not advised of the increase in their 'buyers' paper work, took the issue to the Attorney General, and won, They've also taken away green lawn pick up...have a proposal to add 12 houses around the clubhouse, which would take away the largest green space and cut down many 40 ft trees, ... one new house has been on the market for a year, down from $210,000 to $185,000 and still not selling...clubhouse rehab has been postponed for 9 months...not open for any activities...difficult to get a straight answer from management...communication is dismal

Here at Friendly Ridge, we respect the fact that the park managers don't own the place, and that we, as residents can go about our business of Cornhole teams, breakfasts out with groups, even Bingo and garage sales, living together in this wonderful community. We all look forward to the end of the needed upgrades to the Ridge, but residents are having fun, nonetheless.

55 + community that I call home! All the amenities at what they call the clubhouse has been closed for 3 years and I don't see it opening anytime soon I give this a big 0. You don't get any amenities at this Mobile home park at all and you pay a fortune for what they call their amenities!!!

People in park are nice. No security, numerous thefts and problem with trespassers confronting home owners. Manager somewhat authoritarian. Promised enhancements in park ,never completed. Safety of park dwellers a low consideration. Very pricey rental fees.

The new management is not good and think they own the place!! Can't wait until we are able to meet again and get our park meetings going!! Not many I've spoiken with think much of them but are afraid to say anything!!!

They were not friendly at all. There was a grouchy old man and a woman and the woman behind the desk. Their prices are crazy! We were even cash buyers! Still $800+ for lot space if I remember correctly. I have to say I'm glad they didn't want us! Our place is paid for, and our space is less than $500. 😁

We have made an offer on a home here, and have tried contacting management to get the application process started, to no avail. I have been by the office a dozen or more times in the past 4-5 weeks and it is NEVER open! I finally get manager to schedule a day and time for us to get started and as Im driving in, he cancels! These people deserve better management! Afterall, the overpriced lot rent is where managements paycheck comes from! Do better!

Be careful if you move into this park. I've talked with a few of my neighbors including myself that have had broken bones due to the lack of maintenance it's!!

Their lot fees are so high it makes you wonder if they are trying to force people out, who's social security payments they are almost the same amount as, so they can buy and then sell their mobiles. This place is almost double the market rate for 55+ mobile home communities. These owners should feel ashamed as they are scum.

My grandparents live here and they have had nothing but issues with the old and new owners. They are currently looking for a new place to live. Been there for over ten years but trying to find a place is hard for them at there age.

Love living here! The park is for 55+. Everyone is so friendly and we have great neighbors. Management is wonderful. They answered all my questions and have been very accommodating. I couldn't ask for a better place to live.

Greedy owners! They need to lower their Space Rent! I was going to post how much it is but decided against that. Please

This was the first house that that I was offered to rent and I think Sheila took it in my name, possibly protective custody. Thats fine - but if that's the case then I will be in charge of her supervision. NO ONE ELSE. These are both my ID's and are both active.... I am not giving up my job and not allowing anyone else to travel back and forth with me - she can have her own ID under my umbrella ...... And she doesn't get to have any pets right now.

👍 I have been visiting a few people who reside at this Trailer park going on 4 years now, and my experience with most has been good overall. A few bad incidents, but nobody is not able to not have a bad day...no matter where you are living at!!
