Great beer, owned by good people who value their workers. I love having a union brewery in town! The free snacks are a plus, and when carbon pop is selling burgers out front it's a perfect evening to stop in. I can never resist the smoked rye lager or the Dark Czech.

Very cool atmosphere with friendly staff. The Smoked Rye is a very interesting experience that I was glad to have. Just stopped in for one beer, but worth the stop.

First look at the tap list online didn’t immediately prompt us to want to come here. Glad we did, beer is on point, super friendly! The cask with fire roasted hatch chili’s was delicious. Well done Headless!

Limited selection of beers but very good. No food menu but free pretzels! The bartender was really cool. They even have toys for kids to play with to keep them entertained so parents can enjoy their pints!

I wish there were more breweries like this. Every time I’m in the area, I make it a point to stop here and you should too. Headless Mumby is a come as you are, non-pretentious, relaxed setting where locals enjoy a pint while a community of brewers visit, sharing their latest creation with the brewmaster. Try this dear reader, let your hair down, drink a pint or two, talk with the person next to you, make a meaningful memory at a place that is certainly worth its weight in gold amidst an endless expanse of microbrewery options.

I'll be back for sure! I love the atmosphere, story, and vision of Headless Mumby. The vibe is friendly across the board. It kind of has the Cheers vibe 👌🏼 Even if they don't know your name, they make you feel like family when you walk in the door. I love that it's kid friendly with a stash of toys and games in the back. It makes going out an option for everyone. I am typically not a beer drinker, but found that I apparently like lagers! I even braved the coffee brew. It was excellent! I am also not a reviewer, but felt these guys really earned it.

This brewery is my favorite in the Olympia/Lacey areas. The beers are good, the vibe is chill, and they have lots of little events throughout the year to keep things fun. They focus on lagers and have fun German styles, and do NOT have IPAs. If you're like me and have no interest in trying 6 new IPAs when you visit a brewery, then you're going to enjoy the refreshing, easy drinking menu here!
