Greg is the BEST of the best. He uses a holistic approach to really solve the problem. I first started seeing Greg back in 2018 for a back issue. Greg was meticulous in his care for me and was able to discover tiny small movements I was doing while running that were causing pain for me in totally unrelated areas. Due to his hard work and attention to detail, I was able to go on and complete my first Ironman PAIN FREE! In June 2019 I was in a serious cycling accident. We're talking multiple broken bones, days in the hospital, etc. My insurance at the time sent me to another PT. I would at best get 5 minutes with the actual therapist and everything I was told was just "in general" advice. Not only was I not recovering, but I was developing new knee pain and all other kinds of issues! As soon as I could I switched back to Greg. It's been the best decision I have ever made. Greg has worked so hard on my case. He didn't just fix one issue, rather he continues to evaluate where I am at and what really needs attention. This has helped me not only recover, but start to thrive again in my training! He cares about you as a person, your goals, your future races, even your cats! For me personally, it's especially important that Greg is also an athlete. He understands not only the physical challenges that come with injures, but the mental ones. He's helped me think about my training differently, how I schedule my workouts and how to take things one step at a time. If you are looking for a physical therapist that cares about you, that is committed to your recovery and that will continue to research and learn about your specific issue - then look no further! Greg is the best of the best!

I recently finished a couple months of PT with Dr. Greg and am blown away by how thorough, professional, kind he is and how he got to the bottom of my concerns and led the way to resolving my issues. He is an excellent listener and has an extensive knowledge base. He is an athlete himself, so lives and breaths that which he helps heal. I was given a portal with videos to follow at home for "homework" which helped in between sessions. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Greg Spooner for physical therapy!

This review is long because choosing a physical therapist is an important decision. I just can’t thank Greg Spooner enough for helping me to recover from a full knee replacement. After a couple weeks of home therapy my sessions moved to his studio where we could access a full array of equipment. I’m a bit of a geek and appreciated Greg’s detailed explanation of the purpose for every movement, stretch and exercise β€” and how they contribute to recovery. He challenged me at every visit but also pulled out his special skills when I needed TLC β€” working with the wound, massaging my knee, aligning my lower leg, and even cupping to relieve periodic swelling. Dr. Spooner treated me with absolute respect and ever-present good humor. I’m so impressed and satisfied that I’m going ahead with the second knee replacement and already booked more time at Fiziologix.

Greg is an excellent physical therapist with a wide range of knowledge, great communication skills and has used an analytical approach to help me with a spinal nerve compression that began about 6 months ago. I worked with a therapist 8 years ago when my achilles tendon was repaired and there is no comparison in the amount of attention and degree of hands-on healing that he employs.

So grateful I was able to contact Dr Greg Spooner for my knee injury. He was patient, listened to all of my concerns and sent my Physical Therapy plan right away so that I could get started ASAP. My knee felt better the very next day so I could go back to work and within a week was almost back to normal. 100% recommended.

Greg took the time to look, listen and evaluate my issue from a number of different angles a come up with a good plan to deal with my particular challenges. It also happened to totally work!! Thrilled to be back running with no pain. Will (and already have) 100% recommend his practice to my friends and family.

Greg is extremely knowledge in sports performance and body mechanics. He had me running pain-free in no time, with practical exercises and warm-ups I could do at home after our time together.

Greg is my go-to guy for all things concerning my rowboat motor (me). I chose him as my primary rowing doc because he is an ocean rower, river rower, physical therapist, and rowing coach. He's all the things you want on your team, in one person. He's super helpful and goes beyond physical sessions, helping me when I message him with any questions. He has helped me improve my rowing form from across the country through video, and follows-up on my progress without asking. Can't give this guy enough stars. I'm planning some ocean rowing and I'm sure Greg and I will be in touch throughout the whole expedition. If you have any doubts about RowPhysio, get rid of them - Greg is top notch!

Greg is definitely the best in all SD! I reached out in search of more information for help with a long term shoulder pain injury, that I never properly took care of. The injury started effecting other areas, mainly tension headaches. Greg gave me a handful of tools and information that beyond helped my road to healing and recovery in a natural and super informative way too. Going into just the second week of therapy with his services I had already noticed a huge difference. Tension headaches have reduced immensely and my shoulder injury has also gotten much better. He has set me up with a lifetime of tools and information to continue my road to recovery and permanent healing. Thank you for all you do Greg! You are a blessing to all.

I highly recommend Dr. Greg Spooner as he has helped me beyond my expectations in the recovery from a multiple fracture of my right knee patella in 2021, in preparation for hip replacement surgery which occurred three weeks ago and, currently, in recovery from that surgery. He is a pleasure to work with and has allowed me to develop an optimistic outlook on my full recovery. Greg has also selected a wonderful personal trainer who has and will begin again shortly to integrate his recommendations into my personal training plan. He, simply stated, is the BEST!

My son was seen by PT Greg for a sports injury and I was immediately impressed by the rapport, attention to detail and diagnosis my son received. He spent a few weeks with Greg doing all the required work and in short order my son's pain was gone and he was back full speed in both soccer and cycling. Thanks Greg!

Dr. Greg is an island gem. He’s got a wonderful personality alongside being full of wisdom and skill about how the body heals. We are so lucky to have him nearby. He’s also located in the Elevate gym and so the equipment and space you have to do therapy session is top notch. My only reluctance in writing this review is that it may be harder to get an appointment with him as more islanders discover his practice!

Greg guided me through the recovery for a total knee replacement. He first came to our home shortly after surgery for 2 sessions and then I graduated to his studio, Greg is very professional, fun to work with and I can totally recommend him. He listens carefully and builds on that information. The best I have ever encountered.

😠 The gym is good and the employees are friendly and unpretentious. I would give 5 stars except for the fact that out of the 10 TVs they have on, 10 of them are showing either FOX, CNN, MSNBC, or other news channels. I am demotivated from using any cardio machine since they all face those TVs. It is a...
