We
did
not
get
an
artisan
coffee
experience.
A
got
cup
of
hot
oat
milk
with
no
taste
of
coffee,
though
at
least
they
did
have
decaf.
The
hot
cup
did
warm
our
hands
though
on
a
cold
day
so
7
out
of
10
for
that.
The
service
was
disinterested
with
what
seemed
to
be
only
one
team
member
trained
on
the
coffee
machine
and
hence
very
busy,
with
others
moving
things
around
and
looking
busy.
We
were
ignored
on
first
arriving
at
the
counter
and
only
when
the
barista
was
free
were
we
greeted.
Plenty
of
tables
had
used
cups
and
cutlery
on,
there
was
rubbish
and
food
on
the
floor,
with
clean-ups
taking
a
long
time,
giving
the
whole
place
a
busy
(school)
canteen
type
of
feeling.
The
side
door
does
not
close
properly
so
cold
air
comes
in
and
that
expensive
heat
escapes
out.
Bob
and
Bert's
website
talks
of
"a
commitment
to
exceptional
service.
Our
devoted
team
ensures
your
visit,
wherever
it
may
be,
radiates
genuine
warmth
and
hospitality
-
that's
who
we
are".
It
was
missing
in
Omagh
last
week
around
16:00
to
17:00.
At
£4.10
for
two
lattes,
it
is
higher-end
prices,
for
mediocre-end
everything
else.
